I went in there to get a quote for a loved one who's on hospice the lady who met with us decided to pick the plan that she thought would fit us best without asking us what we wanted then during the conversation, she asked us if we wanted to plan our funerals we are in our early 30s and our main focus was on our loved one and she was trying to upsell us cremation packages for ourselves, which I thought was extremely rude. Well, we're worried about our love when passing away she told us don't forget that we're all gonna die. Was her exact words. i'm disgusted with this business tactic. During the whole meeting, she kept asking us for payment and we said we haven't made a decision yet and we are not the family members that are paying. We just wanted to look around to see what our options are and she must've mentioned five or six times for us to take out our credit card checks or cash and we kept saying we're not the ones paying for this service. They made the process of burying my mother, easy, simple with compassionate love There were problems with the county kicking back the death certificate.
