TERRIBLE AWFUL PLACE. This place is incredibly disrespectful. Don't waste your time coming here. The staff is so rude you will regret coming and spending money. The manager refused to provide his name when I asked. Staff doesn't seem to have any updated licenses on display either. This place should be out of business!!! The customer service wasn't bad but I paid $40 for a pedicure and $103 for my nails and they didn't even last a week. My nails started breaking off and my toes started chipping. I feel like I was overcharged because at any other nail salon, I wouldn't have paid more than $100 for a nails and toes. read more

If I could give this zero stars, I would. I have been coming here for years, and this is the first time I have ever had a problem. I came in wanting DIP French nails (base pink dip and white dip), and I verified that the person they gave me knew how to do that. The man they put me with begins with my nails. He does the full nail with the base pink powder, assuming he's gonna come in with the white powder as well on the top of the pink powder for the french nail style, I let him continue the rest of the nails with the base pink dip, I let him know that I want French dip which includes the white dip, but he insists that he's gonna do the French tips with gel nail polish(I dont use gel because my nails are very sensitive to gel). I told him that's not the way I want to do it; I wanted my whole nail to be dipped, and I looked for someone who could do it. Because I did not get what I asked for. I just wanted to get out of there. I told the man doing my nails not to charge me for the French nails, which I did not get done, but he still charged me the full price for the French nails. Overall, the nails came out bubbly, and like the French nails I've gotten in the past, I was paired with someone new, who I assume didn't know or wasn't trained yet. I love the room where they do pedicures it's separate than all the nails it's quiet it has spa music and I really enjoy that I don't have to listen to a TV blaring or people chit-chatting about their nails and drama it's just quiet and love it and they do good in nails too read more

Today (November 4, 2021) was my very first visit to Lee Nail Salon. I've been getting manicures and pedicures since I was a teenager ... and some 50 years later, I've FINALLY met perfection in Lily. Lily is without a doubt the BEST nail professional I've ever had the pleasure to meet. She provides EXCELLENT service and gives a fabulous hot stone massage pedicure and a perfect nail dip manicure. Try shade #443 - which is a beautiful light shade of white with iridescent sparkles. Just the right amount of light reflection ... with a nail color that matches everything in my wardrobe!!! I have been a customer at Lee Nails for several years. The store is always clean and they sterilize everything from the chair you sit in to the tubs and utensils. I never make an appointment, always a walk-in customer. Rarely wait more than 10 minutes, if not taken in immediately. They have a steady stream of clientele but manage to get everyone in without a long wait. Lee Nails offers a large variety of services and the most current trending nail colors/techniques. I have had every nail tech, since I'm a walk-in, and do not have any complaints about their mani/pedis. I have read previous reviews who complain about their service but I can assure you that if you brought this to their attention they would quickly fix it to your liking. My daughter chose a color she did not like (not their fault) and she returned the next day. They repainted her nails at no charge even when we offered to pay. Definitely recommend this locally owned and operated business. read more

Even though the nail tech was extremely nice the gel manicure I received was horrible. Not only was it very thick but the polish peeled off completely within 6 days. Horrible service. Nextgen fill - all nails soaked and replaced. So thin, one broke an hour later. Never had this happen before with other salons...EVER. One nail was never smoothed and extremely bumpy. Return for repair, Get bounced to three different techs. Show the last tech two other nails are lifting. She repairs one and claims the other is fine, PUSHING MY HAND AWAY SAYING "NO". I have to go out of town and explain this saying I don't want any issues. Water mold under the very nail the tech refused to repair. I even gave her a $10 tip for the repair. They will NEVER SEE ME AGAIN..not for nextgen, Pedis, waxing. NOTHING!!! read more

Got a pedicure and a full set acrylics, they didn't even clean up underneath the toe nails and I asked for gel pedicure but got regular polish. Then the nails I got were horrible!!! Super thick super wide and not even the slightest bit of a natural look. And the nails alone costed $40!! They don't give you a ticket with your services and prices and they don't have them posted where you can see. Ask for Lai (pronounced as lie). He does nails to protection. I'm extremely picky and he has over exceeded my expectations every single time I go. My gel nail polish is always smooth no bubbles and never put on thick. His pedicures are always done right and he takes him time. I never feel like he's rushing to get to the next client. I usually drive all the way to PGA for my manicure but needed something done ASAP as I had a last minute event to attend. I've heard good things about this salon and it's close to my home so why not. The salon is clean and quiet which is nice. The girl who did my nails was very sweet but perhaps lacking some experience? Not sure. Don't even know her name. I get Nexgen and she gave me the color wheel with my color choices. I asked for French ombré. She said ok. She took off my previous set of Nexgen, cut them down and began. She did about 3 layers worth of dip on my right hand and asked if I liked it. I said "uhh you can't see the ombré, it looks like one solid color". She said yeah because the pink is too light. Well I'm not the professional here so you should've said that when I showed you the color. But I was like ok whatever it's fine. She said no no I'll redo, because she clearly noticed it wasn't ombré too. So she soaked them off. Again. And I said never mind, let's just do pink. I didn't want to risk her not being able to do it again and frankly, I didn't want to sit there for an additional 45 minutes. So she did plain nude pink. Color came our great. However, every nail was a different length. They were too square, too bulky for my nail bed and looked very unkept. I showed her that some were crooked and uneven and she said it was my finger. Uhh. No. Not quite. I was getting frustrated so I said it's fine, I'll fix it when I get home because I was losing patience. She looked in a hurry to finish it up and saw I was unhappy and kept asking if it's ok. I said it's fine. It's fine. It's fine. (Back of my mind I was just hoping to be done so I can fix them myself) she finished up and didn't even tell me to wash my hands. No cuticle oil. Nothing. The edges had a lot of Nexgen residue. The bottom of my fingers and some of my knuckles had Nexgen glue and powder. My hands just look unprofessional. Not like I just paid to have them done. I paid $35 for a less than satisfactory job. I did leave a tip because that's the right thing to do. I ended up coming home And filing them all down on every side to make them look more or less tidy. Lesson learned, if it ain't broke, don't fix it. There's a reason I drive to PGA to my nail tech. Because he's consistently awesome. Needless to say, I will not be a return customer. read more

Not a fan! Do NOT recommend. I had visited here 7mo ago upon moving, the nails didn't last and they were gel color. So I visited another place in rpb. Due to alot of work and rain I visited this spot because it's 5mins from my house and once again I was reminded why I do NOT give my business here. I needed refills and the technician said I need to remove them all start fresh would be $5. Ended up being $55. (Usually a full set is $35, plus $5 for removing is $40.) I asked where he was getting other $15 and he said gel remove is $15 and full set is $40 and the price has changed (yet they don't have any prices displayed for this reason to overprice clients!) go elsewhere. read more

I went to Lee Nail on Monday to get a full set of Nexgen nails and a pedicure. I got my pedicure first and it was fine. Then, I sat down for my nails. The younger gentleman asked me what I wanted and I told him nexgen but i'd like to put tips on without cutting my really nails because they were growing out nicely. He told me "No, we can't put tips on without cutting your real nails short. So I said forget the tips and just put the dip over my real nails. When he was all done, my nails were super short, not square shaped like I asked, extremely thick, and 2 of my cuticles where cut so deeply they would barely stop bleeding. They were closing so I paid and left. They were closed for the 4th so I called them yesterday and the owner told me to come back and he would fix it at noon. I showed up today at noon and the guy that screwed it up so bad said he was going to fix it and it was my fault because of the color I chose........ I talked to the owner and said I don't think the "color" I chose cut my fingers, shaped my nails down to nubs, or made my nails so thick they looked like bubbles! He told me to sit and wait that the young guy would fix. After waiting 30 more minutes I finally stood up and told them I was leaving after watching the young guy talk to his customer about me and continue to laugh about me. I told them I couldn't afford for him to cut up anymore of my fingers regardless of the shape of my nails.
