I have been coming here for years now and always have a great service. It's easy to schedule and I think I've had to wait maybe once even when I get there early. The vibe here is relaxed and friendly, the nail techs are all really quite skilled. I get tips and dip, pedis and regular manis here. Regular manis are $20 before tip and as long as I give it a day before I do dishes, it's lasts 10 days. They will do nail repair for free if one breaks really low. I never thought to do that until my tech explained how she could fix it so it could grow out vs me cutting it down. I love the range of colors for both regular and dip. They will offer you suggestions for flattering colors and nail shapes or you can bring in your own color. All the techs get along so it's nice to chat and get to know them if you're a regular. The nail tech didn't check if my nails were dry and told me I was good to go. However they were not dry and the only way to resolve this issue is to apparently trust them to fix it/redo them. Can't really do that when you don't have the time and you're leaving town. No refund was issued and no credit was given. $90 wasted. Don't be too trusting ladies. These things wouldn't happen if people took pride in their work or cared about good service. read more

This is the only nail salon that will charge a recurring customer if their no chip polish comes off. I went back to fix two no chip nails where the polish came off after four days. I was charged $8 because the original person who did my nails was not there. Even though I always leave an amazing tip. I will not be back. read more

The worst pedicure I have ever had- I walked in with my husband and 2 women were sitting with there legs up on the chairs with short shorts on-(I thought they were customer) but they were working there. of coarse I got one of the girls for my pedicur, & my husband got a different person that came from the back. I sat down and my pedicure person took out an e-file and started my pedicure (it dd not look clean) she asked what kind of pedicur. then proceeded to stop using the e file- then just did a poor job for the remainder of the pedicure. she painted my toes then used the lotion and there was no foot massage not rubbing of my feet what so ever! I looked over at my husband and his pedicure person was giving him a nice treatment. my polish on my toes was less to be desired it was not applied correctly especially since lotion was added after polishing. just very disappointing because I'm a nail tech and know this was wrong. overall the place was very dirty read more

Don't go if you're a guy. They assume you're an idiot and will give you a fraction of the service they would a woman. Went in for a pedicure, mainly to get the dead skin exfoliated and calluses shaved. No need for the clear coat, buffing, polish, etc. Did half the work of exfoliating and used zero of the tools she brought over while I watched the woman next to me get the full treatment with the shaver tools. When she asked if we were done I had to instruct her to use the tools the female patron next to me got. It shouldn't be that ya gotta make a point to ask for the service everyone else gets just cuz you're a guy. Just f***ing lazy. read more

Had a lovely treatment but couldn't believe the expense of it. For a pedicure with no chip Polish we paid $95 dollars. The lady offered a spa pedicure when we sat down and I asked what the difference was, she simply said 'more massage'. Yo be hit with this expense was an absolute shock. Then the lady continued to offer me a manicure. I politely declined and said I didn't like my finger nails done. She insisted they needed a tidy up, and I said just a file then & cuticle cutting. It took 5 mins max. I was charged $20 for this. To top it off, when I was paying the lady at the checkout suggested a $20 tip per service. This made me extremely uncomfortable. I'm not from the US , so I'm not familiar with tipping culture, but my family in Chicahe informed that the lady shouldn't have suggested an amount. I was paying for my cousins pedicure too. I ended up leaving $250 at the checkout. I was absolutely shocked and disgusted. To add to this they didn't have several colours that I looked for so I ended up having to settle for a colour I wasn't happy with. read more

It was two of us who walked in for a mani - pedi. The girl at the front said ok pick your color. After we picked our color we sat down and waited for them to direct us to the pedicure chair. Mind you there are three chairs available. Instead of seating us they took other walk ins. Reason because they wanted to keep us together. However, I was never asked. I was willing to sit separate. I don't know when the best time to come is, but we made a reservation and it was worth the extra minute to be there on time. Nice quiet atmosphere.
