Have been a customer for over five years and I've never been disappointed. Excellent service at a reasonable cost.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I booked a manicure and pedicure appointment. After finishing my pedicure, Kim told me she couldn't do my manicure because I hadn't said I wanted my gel polish removed. That made no sense--if someone books a manicure while already wearing gel polish, it's reasonable to assume the gel needs to be removed unless otherwise discussed. The communication was very unclear, and it was difficult to understand what was being explained. I believe staff members who are responsible for booking appointments should be able to communicate clearly to avoid misunderstandings like this. Because of the confusion, I never received my manicure, yet I still paid for the pedicure. I left disappointed and wish I hadn't spent any money there. Better communication and appointment booking procedures would go a long way in preventing situations like this. NEVER GO TO KIM. DO NOT COME HERE! read more

This is my favorite nail salon. I have tried many other places and this is the highest quality manicure and pedicure. They honor your time by keeping a strict schedule while not rushing. Always make an appointment and you will not be disappointed. They start right on time so if you would like to pick out your polish then arrive early! They say walk ins but then you go in and they say they're too busy. Not good customer service. The parking lot is a nightmare too. Businesses in that plaza have specific spots reserved for their store. With only like 6 spots, it's hard to find parking. Shady business. read more

This review is based solely on my experience with customer service and trying to make an appointment with this establishment. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to actually have my nails done here so I cannot speak to the quality of their service. Here's what happened: I called about 8-9 days in advance to make appointments for myself and my sister to have dip manicures and regular pedicures. The guy (I would normally say gentleman, however he was anything but) was rushed on the phone and was difficult to understand (not something I'm judging in any way, you just have to be very sure he's hearing you correctly). I stated more than once that I needed 2 appointments, and we got scheduled. A few days later I called to switch the appointment time and spoke to another person who easily switched it for me. Now fast forward to the day of our appointment -- we arrived right on time, only to find out from the same guy I originally spoke to that he had only put me down for ONE appointment. Oops. That's ok, mistakes happen. Here's the issue though -- he was incredibly rude and accusatory, raising his voice as he adamantly stated that I had only requested one appointment because he had only written down one and he never makes mistakes. So, all my fault. He also did not have the time change noted on his little calendar, so he also accused us of being a half hour late. When I told him I called and spoke to someone else (a female) to change the time 6 days earlier, he simply said "no you did not." I'm sorry? I have a very difficult time wrapping my head around a business built on this kind of customer service -- take responsibility for your mistakes, apologize, be kind. He said there was no way they could accommodate us, so we left and went to a place right down the road who could accommodate us as a walk in (and they were kind and pleasant). All in all, I do not understand how this place functions with this man in charge. Be sure you repeat yourself several times when making an appointment, be prepared for extreme disrespect and rudeness, and potentially for your appointment to be messed up (which will inevitably be your fault). read more

Love this place! Tammy is my girl, she does such a nice, clean, neat job. I've been going to her for years!! Very Covid safe, they make everyone wash their hands as soon as they walk in, and they have shields up everywhere and wipe all seats and tables down after each customer. read more

New owners after C n D Nails. Very young, owner not on site. Limited staff available. Technician needed to get home because family was waiting for him for dinner. He turned off the lights, met his wife in their car, locked up and told me to come back the next day and he would finish. I was sent home with no polish! I called before I went in to see how late they'd be open. They said to come in now, please. They said they'd be open until 3:00 (Thanksgiving) but shut the doors at 2:00. I will never go back again. Three or four other nail salons in neighborhood, some cheaper. Not nearly the only game in town. read more

I rarely get mani/pedi's but as the warm weather approaches, I decided now was a good time to get one done. The only time I had available was on a holiday Good Friday and knowing that these places get busy especially around holidays, I decided to call and make an appointment. One would think if you do this - you will be guaranteed a spot. Well apparently not here. I made an appointment for 2:00 pm as I was getting out of work early and had plans later that evening. On my way there, traffic was beginning to get backed up so I called to let them know that I MAY be a few minutes late (I wasn't) The person that answered the phone said.."No, Problem, we're here waiting for you." When I arrived, I saw a disproportionate number of nail technicians vs. customers. There was only one person doing a mani and 3 others were working on manicures (which by the looks of it - looked like they had just gotten started) They seemed to know I was the 2 o'clock appointment because they asked If I had made the appointment- I said yes and they asked me to pick a color. After ten minutes of waiting and no more acknowledgement, I had to speak up to remind them that I HAD made an appointment - one of the ladies said it will be 15 more minutes..(on top of the 10 I had already waited)- I could understand if I was a walk-in and had to wait..but that is why I had called ahead to schedule an appointment. I had things to do and really couldn't afford to wait. Not to mention that IF they were running behind, she could've told me over the phone when I called but instead she made it seem as though they were ready for me for when I arrived. Not sure why they would choose to neglect someone's scheduled appointment being that nail salons are a dime a dozen in this city and I walked out and found one on Peterson Ave that could accommodate me right away. read more

We made appointments for two people over a week ahead which they did not mark down properly. When we arrived, the man was rude and said we only had it for one person at a different time. They made no effort to accommodate and only told us we were wrong. Absolutely terrible customer service. Do yourself a favor and go to VIP nails just down the street, they are nice people and it is very clean! read more

So I've actually lived in the area for a few years and finally decided to check this place out. They are my new go-to spot for manicures! I've never been anywhere that spends so much time getting the shape perfect, I've never walked out of here feeling disappointed. Just started working in the area and wandered in to grab a business card. I wound up getting a manicure from Kathy who finished it with a shoulder massage which was unexpected and wonderful. The shop was clean, quiet with soft music playing. I don't polish my nails but like to have them shaped and buffed so I can't speak to the staying power of polish. I found it to be a nice place and I would go again and recommended it to my coworkers. As with any business, it is always best to call ahead for an appointment. As a complaining customer should have known - walk-in means you wait and don't stay when your toddler throws a fit ruining it for everyone else. read more

Incredibly rude staff. I'm a newcomer to the area and have been searching for a new nail salon. I can't even review their services because they turned me away in the rudest manner. They also stated they were "too busy", which in a sense is understandable. But mind you, they only had two customers and a handful of technicians. Don't even bother considering this location, they just might turn you away in the most humiliating way possible as well. First impressions are the most important and they failed. read more

The staff here always treats me with so much kindness! They seem to be friendly with everyone who walks into the door and always go out of their way to make accommodations. They could maybe update the decor, but it doesn't bother me at all... especially with their amazing foot massages and beautiful manicures! Great quality, great price, great atmosphere. read more

I have gone twice so far (once for no chip and second for no chip mani and reg pedi). I think they do a great job. The no chip has lasted a long time on both occasions and they shaped my nails how I wanted them for the most part. Parking can be kind of tight here. And I have only been on weeknights around 6pm. This place is amazing! I went to a different shop to get acrylics and they were not sanitary nor did they do a good job. Mario was my tech and he looked at my nails and asked if they were done there so I could have my money back. I thought that was hilarious because I knew they looked really bad. He had a light hearted demeanor and FIXED my nails under an hour and im now in love with the shop (it's very clean) and I will be rebooking with Mario. He's awesome!! He also took the time to give me a light arm massage after. Not many places I've encountered do that still. I originally asked for regular polish but he was flexible and helped me choose a no chip color. My total was 35$. So incredibly affordable and worth it!! Shop is very clean and they have relaxing ambient music playing for a relaxing spa experience. Over all great experience. read more

I came in for a mani with the boyfriend's mom and was pleasantly surprised with the results. They have a good selection of colors and worked quickly and professionally. They even throw in a shoulder and neck massage, which is always quite lovely. We were there first thing in the morning so they weren't super busy, but I'd love to come back later in the day so I can double up and stop in to East of Edens next door. read more

Absolutely love this place! They always have an appointment available at a convenient time (provided, I always call ahead).  The work of all the ladies is very meticulous and I'm always happy with the results. The regular manis last me a whole week and they are only $14 , their no chips end up lasting impeccably from anywhere from 2-3 weeks. The pedi just amazing, love their special mask and scrub leave my leg so smooth , I belive if u do a pedi and mani together they will give 4$ discount. The big plus I will give them that they take their time. Even when I'm there for a regular mani I have time to relax and enjoy the process. read more

I came here based on the reviews but my experience here was not good. My technician was very rude and did not say anything . i felt very rushed and uncomfortable, pedi was ok, hands were cleaned very sloppy, when i asked if she can give me a deeper cleaning because i have too much skin she acted very upset. I purposely did not write a review the first time I tried this nail salon because the great service could have been a fluke. I have been going there for a few months now and I am still a very satisfied customer. The place is small but clean, the technicians are all very friendly and their work is always satisfactory. I never felt rushed when I go there, I never looked back at my nails and said, they could have cleaned my cuticles a little better. It is always a relaxing atmosphere when I go there, it's not crowded and it never feels like they are rushing to get you done because they have 5 other customers waiting (but this may be because I usually go during the day on weekdays).
