Horrible!!! They refuse to listen to what you want. I showed a picture several times. Thick, uneven, crooked, different lengths. I mean damn you literally couldn't have done them worse if you tried. I didn't even get the polish or design. They look so bad I paid and left. I'm going directly to another nail salon. I don't know how they stay in business. The lady didn't seem to be paying attention to what she was doing. She nicked me 3 times with the Dremel tool and it was super painful. And then when she was removing the calluses, she was looking all around the shop and not at my feet and she kept grazing over the soft areas of my feet. I told her that she cut me and she didn't seem to care and put some numbing cream on the cuts. She then assured me that it was ok to now put the open cuts in the wax. My toes look pretty bad now and polish is spotty. She only did one coat with no top coat. I have cuts and my skin is red. I called and spoke with the manager he was very nice but said there are no refunds and I would need to come back in for him to fix the paint. I don't want to go back in there with open cuts. I came here on a Thursday around 1 and there wasn't a wait so I was seated immediately. The gentlemen greated me and asked me what I needed as soon as i entered the door. I was temperature checked by a gentleman who was my nail tech. I came for dip on my hands only. The issues i had with the place were because i chose a specific color that i already painted my toes with, was able to find the exact color however, when he brought out the dip powder it was not the same color. I needed a dark cool beige color and what he brought out was a very light Nude skin tone. It looked pink from the bottle. I went to ask him 2 times "is that the same color i chose?" And he had headphones on and couldn't hear me. I needed to motion a third time to grab his attention and he said yes it was, made sure the number was the same, but again, it was NOT the same color. He didn't want to admit it wasn't the same color and grab another one. I wanted to keep my nails as long as possible but they came out like short chunky squares. I'm not totally upset at that but he filed down so much growth ive been waiting for the past weeks. You could see maybe 3-4 mms of nail if you turned my hand and now there is no nail showing. Dip came out bumpy and not square or rectangle. Looks very uneven. Lastly, this service came out to $42, with an addition 18% tip of $8.00 i gave. So $50 in total for a dip manicure. I think it is pretty overpriced considering I've had acrylics and dip with all tips for $40 at other nail salons. I don't think I'll come back here, it was just OK. read more

Big mistake. I wasnt planning on reviewing this experience however I'm annoyed. I very rarely get my nails done and decided to treat myself for my birthday to a basic pedicure and also powder nails on my natural nails. I thought to give this place a try after seeing some positive google reviews however I should have checked and trusted yelp instead. Prior to my pedicure the lady kept asking me if I wanted gel on my toes but I didnt care for it and told her numerous times I just wanted the basic one which was written is $28. She then told me she wanted to eat lunch before she started to which I thought sure I understand and waited for her to eat before starting on me. Once she came back she proceeded to complete an EXTRA basic messy paint job which AGAIN I let it go and didn't complain. She then walked me over to get my nails done by a male who I'm assuming was the manager. I was hoping that at-least the nails would be a better experience however once he started working on me another customer walked in who seemed to have an appointment. He told her to give him 10 minutes. I may rarely get my nails done nowadays but I've still never had powder completed in 10 minutes... he then proceeded to give me the roughest nail experience I've ever had. I was literally in pain the whole time but pushed through cause I just wanted it to be finished. He went so fast he snipped the side of my nail causing it to bleed but I held back and STILL didnt say anything even thought I knew it's cause he's rushing. I then noticed one of my nails was slanted and not even, I asked if he could file it to make it even. He took the file and barely filed it and asked if it's okay without even looking himself. I still saw it was still uneven and decided I'll just let him finish since he clearly wants to attend to his other appointment. Once we were finished I just wanted to leave and paid the amount of $73 which now that I'm thinking of it doesnt add up to what the pricing should have been, i even tipped on top of it telling myself to not get frustrated. But here I am writing this review at 4:30am because ever since I left the salon my nails have been in ABSOLUTE pain. He clearly filed my natural nail bed way too much and left my nails so sore and in pain. NOW I'm frustrated because I waited for HIS staff to take their lunch while I waited patiently because I didnt want to rush her. However that delayed the extra time that could have been spent being gentler on my nails but instead he rushed the experience causing them to lose a customer. I understand you may have a customer that has an appointment but that doesn't make it okay to rush the customer that you are working on at the moment, both are paying for your service and both should have been completed properly. Safe to say I will never return. The only other salon I've been to around here is Sassy Nails and I should have just went there again instead of giving this business a chance. End of rant. read more

Sadly I have to agree with other yelpers on this one. I hate writing bad reviews but my experience was not good. Overpriced and service is terrible. Which is amazing because this place is busy. Is it because it's the best of the worst? I went in for a simple mani pedi and eyebrow wax. The water was too hot on my feet, nails were stained from The blue water and I was cut during the pedi. My mani was rushed and nail polish was left on my skin under the nail. No clean up and was charged $75. Does not include my eyebrow wax which I had to remind them about several times. I was also rushed through my eyebrows and they were left uneven and I had to fix them myself when I got home. I'm not one to complain so I paid for my services and left. My gel polish started cracking and chipping 2 days after I had them done. I don't do any kind of manual labor that would cause this and it never has happened at my usual salon. I called right away to let them know and they told me they'd fix it. I went in to have it fixed and the manager and some staff were incredibly rude and refused to do anything besides the exact same gel that they used before- that had cracked terribly. Made an appointment and was seen right away. I explained I wanted a pedicure and no chip manicure several times. She started with my pedicure and then acted like she didn't know I wanted a manicure too. Again acted upset when I asked to see color samples. I picked a pink color but my toes turned out more of an orange shade while my fingers were more pink. I mentioned this to lady and she just said my toes were pink. I'd give lower stars but the staff was nice so I gave some stars. I went in for a pedicure. The lady was nice and tried to upsell me gel nails, then when i declined it was lousy. The lady didn't even rub my whole left leg or foot. She gave me probably a 1 minute massage on the right leg, then maybe 10 seconds on the left. The water was cold. I'll probably never go back there. Found my new nail salon. I have been waiting to try this location since I noticed the sign go up. Once they opened I couldn't wait. I waited a few days before they open to go in as it always looked busy. They were pretty busy when I did go in. A good sign. I did not have an appointment. I will not do that again. Always make an appointment here. I waited around for a bit and the owner Howie asked me to come back and they still were not ready so I just made an appointment for the next day without a problem. Howie even offered to come in earlier for me. So no issue here, they try to please the customers. The service by Howie was the best I have had in a long time. I was just getting a fill with he also take great care with my cuticles to make sure they liked good. Most places I have been to do not do that anymore. I love the care he took to painting my nails as well. I also had my eyebrows done and they were perfect. The location is of course brand new and looks it. Nicely decorated and clean.
