I had a full service done, pedicure , tech made the water scalding hot when I expressed it was cold. Another tech stopped and put her hand in the water and flinched. She adjusted the temperature and told my tech in their language the issue. From then on the tech was not very friendly and made me uncomfortable. On to getting a fill in with nail trim‍ she cut my nails too short and when I pointed out the polish errors she became annoyed and did not correct any of my concerns . Instead she rushed to finish my visit. Atmosphere..music playing was in their language, super cold as I got caught in the rain, so I was a little wet when I walked in. For the money I spent, being patient to get services, (3 techs were visible, yet I had to wait 10 minutes). I will not return to this location again. read more

After experiencing poor treatment here twice, I feel obligated to share my experience. First incident: I accompanied my mother during her appointment and was simply waiting near the entrance for the wax technician. While sitting there, one employee repeatedly glared and stared at me in an accusatory way, as if she believed I was going to leave without paying for a service. Other employees had to tell her multiple times that I was there with my mother. She then awkwardly approached me, laughed nervously, and said she "thought I was someone else." Given that my mother and I have noticeably different skin complexions, the entire interaction felt incredibly uncomfortable and left a bad impression. I chose to give this establishment another chance. Second incident: Again, I accompanied my mother and was eating breakfast when I arrived. I was invited to sit at a nail station, but politely declined because I was actively eating and did not want to handle food while beginning a service for obvious hygiene reasons. I clearly stated I would come over once I finished. Instead of respecting that, another employee came and stood directly over me while I was eating, pressuring me again after I had already declined. A third worker then approached and repeated the same thing, despite me already communicating multiple times that I would move when I finished. To avoid further issue, I decided to sit next to my mother after another employee suggested I could. Immediately afterward, the first worker approached me with an attitude and demanded I move to her station instead. I responded that using basic manners such as saying "please" would have been appreciated, to which she responded with unnecessary sarcasm and continued speaking to me disrespectfully. I explained that her coworker had just directed me elsewhere and that while I had no issue moving, the way she was speaking to me was completely unwelcome. Rather than acknowledging the confusion or correcting the miscommunication between staff, she disregarded what I said entirely and continued insisting I should have known where to go. The common denominator between both visits has been feeling singled out, disrespected, and unwelcome. I will never return. Customer service costs nothing, and no paying customer should repeatedly experience this level of rudeness and hostility. read more

I received overall decent service. If this review was based on my nails service only, it would be a 4 star. The Gentleman, who seems to be the owner or manager, took his time to ensure my nails were done very nicely. He was also very kind and aimed to meet the needs of everyone who entered the door. I I got a gel refill, and he did very well with this service. As for my pedicure and eyebrow service, I didn't feel like I was getting the same quality service. The pedicure was good but very rushed. I had to ask her to go back over some areas. I asked for a regular spa pedicure, and she seemed to continuously ask if I was sure. I had to double take, because I think she even rinsed the hot towel before applying to my pedicured legs. That's a first. For my eyebrow service, it was rushed also. She did well, but went very quickly and didn't offer a mirror once she was done. Just a quick 3 minutes and "okay, all done" and left the room. I would return again. They definitely do nails better than many places. I would just hope quality service becomes the standard across the board. read more

By far one of the worst salons I've ever been to. I've been to California and Arizona ones. The lady I had was very impatient and she was more focused on getting out rather than my nails and she was being mad rude to the young girl who is the cashier there and when I told her no gel she did not listen and she still put gel on my nails anyways and she charged me for it even though I told her I didn't want gel. Never going there again. The only nail that got replaced was the only nail that fell off. Don't spend your time, gas nor money for this place. read more

Ive given this place about 5-10 chances. Way too many. The owner is so unfriendly to some and so friendly to others. There are only a few nice nail techs and i never get one of them. My original nail place was revamping I guess post-lockdown and my lady wasn't there. I took this opportunity use Lee Nails since it's around the corner from my home... I was very disappointed. I have really bad ingrowns in all 10 of my toes and I needed an experienced person who can take them out , I expressed this to the person who did my feet. The first time I went here was good, which is why I went back. The second time was terrible. The tech was filing my nails and I pointed out that they were uneven and asked her to fix them, but instead she literally handed me the nail file and said "can you help me". I let it slide because I know everyone has bad days. Then, I noticed as she was putting on the gel polish that she was putting more on some nails and less on others, making the color darker on some nails. I didn't point it out for fear she would ask me to do it myself. Then the gel started chipping after about a week. I'm not rough with my hands, my gel manicures usually don't start looking bad until 2 weeks minimum. Long story short, I will never go back here and I don't recommend it. read more

My husband and I live local. We really wanted to like this place. Twice they have let our pedicure tubs overflow. Twice my pedicurist forgot my top coat and it lasted three days max. Tonight was the last straw, we made appointments for 6:45 with our favorite pedicure folks (because I wansnt going to use the guys who forgot the top coats two times in a row) and they tell us that one lady is off and the other is double booked. I usually get my nails done here and I went in hoping to get my lashes done as they had recommended it to me. They told me "tina" was going to do my lashes but then two ladies walked in asking for tina. Then this younger male (not the older male) took me to the backroom and proceeded to do my lashes. He did medium on me even though i wanted light. He rushed and was very rough with me. I could tell he was getting annoyed because my eyes were watering a lot due to the discomfort. When he was done my left eye stuck closed and he pried it open with his fingers (no gloves) which was very painful and scary for me because of covid. I looked in the mirror in horror and i told him that there glue all over my eyelid even on my bottom lashes! He told me it was normal and to lay back down and he would fix it. He then started picking at the dried black glue on my eyelid. It didnt come off and it hurt so much. Everytime i would close my eyes something would poke me. It was my first time ever getting lashes and when i was very upset with my service he just didnt care and told me thats how it was supposed to be. Payed $35 and gave him a $3 tip even though i wanted to slap him and yell because of the pain that i was now in. I went to a lash tech and she told me it was the worst thing shes ever seen (shes seen bad lashes done by salons before) This experience makes me never want to come back again and im thinking of going back and demanding a refund but I know they would never care enough to refund me. Its a week later and my eyelids still had scabs on them from where the glue was that my lash lady removed afterwards. Also not to forget to mention this. This glue would not come off with professional glue remover! My lady was very concerned and we had to do remover about five times to get the glue to soften so she could remove the horrible bundles he put on me. The manager there is very racist, he doesn't like black people. I've had two encounters with this guy and I am not about to have a third one. I'm not going back to that place, if you are black, watch out for the manager. He will give you an appointment, and as you get there on time you still have to wait 30-45 minutes later. Even when you begin to speak to him, he automatically becomes so disrespectful even though he started the issue and makes you feel like it was your fault. He needs to go back to school and learn customer service. After I waited for 30 minutes, he comes up to tell me to come back 2 hours later because he has to go buy some supplies. I went in for a new set of acrylic nail with gel polish and they fell off and were separating from my natural nail. I went back to get fill and have it fixed, they gave me a new set of nails but also charged me the regular price for the new set when they were the ones in error. Terrible first time experience and I will never go back to this place. Male asking which service you want was very rude. I was checking the nail polish colors on my nails to pick one, and he told me "only grab one at the time or you can drop it and make a mess on the floor". Then I get a lady that took one whole hour to do my pedicure, she didn't understand any English at all. From the begging I told her I like my toe nails very short, well she ended the process of the pedi and was ready to paint my toenails and had not cut it trim my toenails yet :( I had to call another nail tech to translate to her, then after curing and applying clear coat she called another nail tech to paint and told me using sign language she can't see well. Ok then we finally finish and it's time for her to put the foam flip flops and she messed up my big toe :( she tried to fix it by applying 3 more coats of polish which looked gross! I had to bring again someone to translate to tell her she needs to redo that toe ! Finnsky after one hour for a basic pedi it was turn for my mani ,,,, now with a guy to whom I told "please be careful and gentle with cuticles and do it soft cause my skin is thin and sensitive " he said ok ok and first thing he does he pulled as hard as he could my cuticle and makes not one, not two , but 3 fingernails bleed !!!!!! I'd like to start off by saying i'm very picky with the way my nails get painted. I do seek perfection but I also reward accordingly. (I'm a great tipper! I always give at least 20% of what my service costs.) With that being said when I find a place I like and a nail tech that's wonderful. I always return to the same place and the same tech. I've been going to lee nails to see Susan since they opened. She's always done a wonderful job. Extremely friendly and a wonderful nail tech in general. However, the salon is becoming busier with people getting to know it better. The last two times I've gone, I felt the service was rushed due to volume and the paint job was mediocre.. I decided to give it one last chance. Sadly I was highly disappointed!! I called for an appointment days ahead. I wanted a gel mani pedi. Day of I arrived 5 minutes early for my appoint. Susan was with another client, which was totally ok. Honestly I don't mind waiting. I was greeted by another tech who wanted to wrap my nails and remove the old gel. Still, no problem.. I allowed him to soak my nails in an acetone cotton and wrap it with foil. He directed me to the chair they perform pedicures at and I soaked my feet in cold water.. obviously not happy about the cold water but STILL OK. Then he walked away and after 10 FULL minutes of my nails being soaked in acetone.. you read it right ya'll. I HAD MY FINGERNAILS SOAED IN ACETONE FOR 15 FULL MINUTES. I finally couldn't take the pain anymore, so I got up and left... the end. read more
