I have been to many nail salons in and I came across this place and picked it for its high reviews on Yelp. I have had Ken and Ann both do my nails and they are both amazing. Ann did some awesome nail art. I have also had a pedicure from here by Stephanie and she is exceptionally good at the pedicure. Prices are great. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND CALLING AND MAKING AN APPOINTMENT!! This place is always busy and it's not fair for people to leave a bad review because they had to wait extra long times for being a walk-in. I had been coming here for about 3/4 months now and thought I had found my forever place. I had one tech that I preferred even though she takes a bit longer than usual. She would get my shape right, would fix on request without an issue etc. The previous visit there was an issue with the cat eye color I wanted. It turned out to not be cat eye just a pretty glitter in which I refused to pay the extra $15 charge for cat eye since for whatever reason it didn't turn out to be cat eye. I had to speak with the manager and she hesitantly waved the charge even though she explained why it didn't turn out to be the cat eye I asked for. After this last visit 11/22/23 I showed her a picture of the design I wanted and she agreed that she could do it. They ended up 'not having' the burnt orange I picked out so I had to find the next best orange. I'm not sure if she had some personal issues going on or if she just didn't care for me as a customer and tried to play in my face.. She did ask what other design I would like, because apparently she could not do what she said she could. For the record I am a good tipper. So disappointed and searching for a new nail tech. Love this nail salon, the owners are very nice! I usually go with either Ken or Marsha for a full set, usually I am very satisfied the only complaint I can say is that at times they do fall behind due to their high demand. I think overall this nail salon is worth a visit, the prices are affordable and within reason for what you end with, I've had sets that last me three weeks before a fill, I've had nails for easily over a year and never had lifting or breaking ! read more

Very good service and the nail techs shape the nails nicely and know what they're doing. When I had gotten dip done it chipped and they gladly fixed it with no extra charge. Also the salon takes good covid precautions unlike many other salons in this area of Kissimmee. My nails still look good 2nd week in. read more

Made an appoint, walked in and had no issue. There was no one at the time so it was good. Washed my hands and saw the faucet was broken, which I get it happens. Sat at the table next to the cashier station. Lady showed me colors, I asked twice if she could do French and I got No answer from her. I asked for the third time and she said "No" French comes Out wrong on SNS. Which is weird since I've had it done before at different locations with different nail techs. I ignored it maybe thinking she didn't know how to do it hit by how I'm getting a gut feeling to leave. I currently still have SNS attached to my nails. This tech then gets clippers and pulls on my SNS to rip them from my nails. Well that HURT!!! I then just got up and told her I wasn't doing my nails there. I've NEVER walked out on a tech but I wasn't going to pay for bad service and going to stay around to get my fingers hurt. Long Story short, I do NOT recommend this salon. read more

Came across this place online and WOW! Im so happy with the results. Ann did a gel mani / gel pedi / brow wax on me and she was amazing ! Incredibly sweet and quick. I definitely recommend this salon. They take your temp at the door, mask are mandatory, washing hands after every service so i definitely felt safe during this pandemic. I always give her design ideas and she always tries to do what I ask and if she can't, she lets you know and gives you similar suggestions. I only go to her. The owner likes to double book Brandi bc of how good she is. So if you are waiting past your appointment time, it's usually the owners fault. the owner also likes to not listen to customers when they request a specific person. The owner from this place is absolutely the most disrespectful person I have come across. I had an appt that ran late by 3 mins and she cancelled my appt right in front of me and told me to call on another day and reschedule. I got dip powder on my natural nails and paid $40. 24 hours later 2 nails chipped. Within 3-4 days it came off of another 2 nails. It looked nice initially but did not last the 3 weeks it's supposed to, not even 3 days. I wear gloves to wash dishes & no manual work really so I'm not sure why this happened. They are amazing. Best pedicure I ever had and they r all friendly and the atmosphere is relaxing and clean. They will do whatever you want, ombre, nail art, glow in the dark, it's relaxing. I have been to numerous nail shops in my time and they always rush you cuz it's all about the money and they barely talk to you but this salon is amazing they care about you as a person and they take their time with you. The first time I went they did a terrible job on the shellac. I could see holes on the color. She cut my nails way too much after I told her not to. The second time a tall skinny guy did a pretty good job removing shellac and painting my nails. But when I went back some guy messed up my nails big time removing nail polish with that unnecessary drill. It's been a month and my nails still look really bad, very weak and hurting. Not only do they offer you a drink when you first come in, they are up to date with their technology but both Ken and his wife are extremely accommodating and truly care about their customers.
