Nice little shop tucked away off of 13th St (192) and Old Canoe Creek Road, across from the Wal-Mart. Relaxing space and friendly staff. Prices are reasonable and I was very happy with my pedicure. The shop was clean, and they took took measures to ensure patron's health and safety. Stopped in for the first time today and was seen in a relatively good amount of time for a walk in. They were busy and I still only waited 15 minutes. Everyone was very nice. Nicole did my dip manicure and it came out great! She was quick but efficient. I only give this less than five stars because while she was doing my nails she was also taking phone calls and texting constantly, clearly distracted. Also, there was a lot of topcoat gel polish on my fingers around my nails when I left the salon which I had to peel off. read more

I only went to spend time with my grandmother but I'm very unsatisfied with this "business" the hot towel was dirty and the pedicure bowl didn't have a plastic wrap on it. Very unhygienic. I had a full set of acrylics removed and did a gel manicure, this salon has a very comfortable environment and a very wide range of colors to chose from. They aren't pushy at all when it comes to adding extra services and are extremely gentle. Tracy began to soak my full set off, and Glory removed the remaining acrylic and did my manicure. 10/10 service :) read more

I've had no problem scheduling an appointment or getting my nails done as a walk-in even if it's full. Prices are average too so no surprises there. I've been coming here for seven years for my nails. It is definitely the best place to get your nails done. It's a very popular place, so you definitely get an appointment, especially on Saturdays. Very professional, very clean, and the friendly staff really makes it worth the time. I've done everything here from pedicures to manicures, gel to SNS powder to regular. If I could give them 0 stars I would. I usually go here with my daughter and never had an issue until today when I was assigned Nail tech Krystal/Nicole, she had a horrible attitude since the beginning, because I was her last client even though I made an appointment for 5pm. I gave her the design I wanted, and as she started she said I hate doing diamonds, she then proceeded to have conversations on the phone and making comments using profanity that she was going to be late because she had to do diamonds on each nail and it was going to take her F***ing hours. The owner not once said anything about this nail tech's behavior. I understand it's hard to hire people right now but to retain this type of employee is incredible to me, customer service is key to any business in order to have repeat clients, but I will definitely not be going back here. Horrible experience. They need to hire people that are attending to the client and not complaining about their job and holding conversations over the phone. read more

I drive over an hour to get nails done but ran into heavy traffic so I called to make sure it was still ok to come and Tracey said yes. I was 10 min past the time given the ok for, and she said she could no longer take me. She has my phone number and could have called me to tell me. I have had to wait on her numerous times for long periods of time and not once did I cancel on her. A phone call as a courtesy to let me know she can't take me would have suffice and would have saved me drive time. So many have stopped coming to her and because she makes them wait for so long and does not care. read more

Honestly the best place to get your nails done in Saint Cloud. They actually try to have a conversation with you and get to know you. Getting your nails done can be so boring sometimes, but having someone to talk to makes it more relaxing and enjoyable. And they always remember you from last time!
