Pet Peeve: I dislike writing bad reviews...but here goes one. I was sooo excited for a trip to New York, a girl has to look good so I needed my nails did. It was kind of last minute and Lee Nails for the nearest salon. I should've know by the reviews but I figured I would give them a chance. To begin, as soon as I walked in, I was confused. No one formally to greet you. I only saw three employees and a beauty salon full of people waiting. I should've left but again I needed my nails done. Finally after a very confusing wait, I get called to the pedicure chair then to get my manicure done, all this took 2 hours! Slowest mani/pedi ever! Let's just say that I ended cutting my own cuticles off and fixing my nails. My tech did not want to cut my cuticles and was cutting my nails inconsistently (some round some square), a hot mess. Her nail painting skills were off as well. I went to the register frustrated, the employee, Linda behind the counter offered to repaint my nails but after being there for 2 hours I couldn't wait any longer. I end up going to New York with a sub par manicure and pedicure...how dissapointing. A basic mani/pedi is $30, cheap but not worth it. Unfortunaltely I did not get Kevin (the employee everyone raves about). My tech needed training. I feel like Lee's needs some restructuring and some customer service training. If the techs do not feel comfortable cutting cuticles, they need to say this to the client, despite of a language barrier. Worst nail place ever. They destroyed my hard nails filing way too much and attitude was disgusting. Nails looked terrible.

Worse experience ever. I went there Friday and he put nail polish all over my fingers didn't clean them. All my nails were coffin shaped the broke one he had to fix he shaped oval. The design i asked for he couldn't do. All the rhinestones on 1 hand fell off by Sunday. I got this set for a party and now I have to pay again for it to be done right. This place is truly sad. I got my nails done on Tuesday and unfortunately they only lasted four days before chipping/lifting. The guy that did my nails rushed and wouldn't let me change my color. I went in there. I told the man in the front who was doing nails that I wanted to try them because the place I go to the nails are not holding up more than a week. He said have a seat. I asked him if I can use the bathroom. He said no. I sat there for 10 minutes. They took three people ahead of me without appointments. He was rude. The man sitting at the first desk did not care that I was potentially going to be a new client. They took two ladies that came in 10 minutes after me and they were rude to them as well. Nobody smiled. Nobody said hello. I would not suggest going there. They had the doors open and air off and they don't seem to care and today is Saturday April 18th, 2025. I've never felt more unwelcome anywhere before. And I'm an excellent tipper. I always make sure to overtip so they lost a potentially great client. I would not suggest going there read more

If I could put 0 stars I would! Was in the area and needed my nails and feet done. Kevin did my pedicure which he did an okay job. When it came to my nails though OMG! I got dip powder (which is what I always get) my nails are all cracked and different shapes. Mind you I asked for regular short square nails! Like it took the lady forever and a day just to do one hand and not even shape them! My nails will typically last at least 2 weeks. If I could do 0 stars I would!! The owner is extremely rude, ask for a design and get charged $20 for something that looks like a child painted it on. They're constantly scamming customers. I went in for a full set and came with the design to show and i knew exactly how I wanted them (short and square). The owner refused to tell me a price until she "put on" the nail. Literally glued on all 10 nails then proceeded to never tell me a price until I demanded to know. She the. Says $75 after she's got all my nails on 5 inches long as if I could just leave with them glued on. They also lie and will tell you they don't do polish on toes only gel. Dropped my mother off to get her a pedicure while I ran next-door to grab food by the time I was done ordering they were already finished with her pedicure. The worst manicure and pedicure I've ever had. I walked in and one of the women asked if I wanted a guy or a girl. I told her that it didn't matter to me who did my nails. She then said "we can give you a guy or a girl, but can't give you someone gay." No, I'm not making this up. I just kept to myself I hopes that maybe it was a joke and the language barrier prevented her from understanding what she said. Regardless, I left with nails that were uneven even after I asked the man to fix it. i came here today with my partner because he like how a particular tect does his pedicure. I decided to get my nails and feet done also being I was already there. I later decided to get my eyebrows done I go to the back to the eyebrow tect and I show her how I would like my eyebrows. Kevin did my toes. He did the 4 step pedicure and I am absolutely THRILLED! By far the best massage I've received during a pedi in a very long time. My feet are so happy! Pedicures are super important as I've got planters fasciitis and heel spurs. Pedis give me relief of pain and pressure. I cannot speak highly enough of Kevin. I got a pedi and gel polish... about 3 weeks later I went back to get a polish change... when they took the polish off my toe nail was a different color.(( I didn't go nowhere else besides this place!!)) when I told the manager about my toe they didn't have nothing to say! Worst place ever would not reccomend at all this place is pretty new in the plaza.. 1st of all I said I wanted full service (cuticules, cut, shape nails) & dip in powder. I got all differently shaped nails and no full service, just a lady that kept talking to the other person next to her, no conversation or eye contact whatsoever with me !! I got my nails done and loved them. Also asked for eyebrow and lip wax. When the lady started with my lip wax she was so rough and unbalanced. I decided I wasn't going to risk doing my eyebrows there once I noticed how rough and shaky she was. My upper lip area burned yesterday the entire day. This is my second and final try with this salon the eyelash extensions great(were on point ) from the first try wasn't happy with my nails they were all different shapes and looked like chiclets on my nails. Second time it was a fill after cutting down and shaping my nails myself before going. The person this time did a good job.... but listen to this the owner I'm guessing, after paying for my service, and not to mention giving a TIP I asked where's the dryer the tech asked the owner. He then say we don't dry nails you should gotten Gel polish . I usually don't even comment on here but I went in for a gel mani and the little lady that does nails close to the door did the worst job. First she didn't even ask if I wanna cut my nails. She left streaks in my polish and she also wouldn't even let me keep my nails in the uv light for the full 60 seconds. She was in such a rush. I've never had a manicure that fast before. I still tipped out of courtesy because I'm like that but never again. Linda and her husband is extremely unprofessional, unethical and straight up rude. What I experienced today I wouldn't wish on my enemy. The way I was treated literally has me in tears. Let me start off by saying this isn't my first time coming to Lee Nails but will definitely be the last. Today when I walked in I wasn't greeted as he (owners husband) had done so with the other customers and I had to advise him what I was coming in for. John or Dawn not to sure but I know he's the owner Linda husband and he told me the wait would be two hours which was false as he proceeded to assist other customers that came in after me. I explained to him that I have a meeting and was he sure it would take two hours and he rudely and abruptly yelled at me and told me to sit down. A new tech who had previously assisted me during a prior visit did my pedicure after twenty minutes of waiting not two hours and she was extremely pleasant and I believe she did that to over compensate for the way that she saw me being treated. They were well aware of the services that I came in for yet after my pedicure they skipped over me with several people that had just come in. When the husband finish I asked would I be next and he advised his wife to tell me he's not taking me because he doesn't like the way I talked to him during my previous visit. I advised her that the last time I came I wanted someone specific to do my pedicure and he became extremely annoyed that I decided to wait on the person that usually does my pedicures which I found kind of odd. She advised he didn't want to do my nails which I explained to her that's fine but it's wrong, unprofessional and unethical to take people over me when I was next to get my nails done and totally ignore me when I asked am I next? The part that really really embarrassed me is that the owner started laughing at me in front of people repeating "he doesn't want to do your nails sorry" as if they we're waiting to embarrass me. They are always rude and nasty but because I never have to deal with them aside from paying and the other techs was pleasant, I kind of ignored it. But the way I was treated today they can't pay me to come back. I left without getting my nails filled, embarrassed and humiliated in front of a room of over twenty people. I should've known after seeing about 10 employees come and leave and complain about how nasty the owners treated them that I should've known that it wouldn't be better for me. They also don't clean any of their supplies, I usually have to ask them prior to doing my services. They talk about the customers weight, skin color and etc. They allow their little kids to run around with no shoes, no mask and makes a mess. They also ask for kids to wear a mask but allow their kids to walk around coughing with no mask on. If you don't have a mask they charge you extra, they are extremely money hungry, mean and nasty unprofessional individuals. PLEASE AVOID THIS NAIL SALON! read more

Horrible they over price for lashes and give you fungus they don't refund and have horrible customer service The manager is a short lady who laughs about everything and only cares about her business and not the care of the customers. After horrible treatment I called police to resolve issue and now I have to take her to court just to get a refund.$15 smh if you did a horrible job refund your customer.
