Shortly after moving to Fort Lauderdale in early 2019, I was on the hunt for a new nail studio... I had a couple of bad experiences & then decided to take to yelp & find a solid place considering the popping in route wasn't working for me. I came across Carrie & her reviews were stellar! I texted her for an appointment & she responded right away. When I got there I found out she didn't do dip & I was a little bummed BUT she's so incredibly meticulous when giving a mani & I don't know how but her gel manicures last forever! I am sold. Also, her pedicures are wonderful. She's a one off in a collection of studio pods so when you go, it's just you & her. Hence the appointment only requirement! But it's great because you don't feel rushed & all her attention is on YOU. I haven't been anywhere or used anyone else since. & I won't for as long as I'm here. LOVE ME SOME CARRIE! read more

Carrie was absolutely wonderful! Very meticulous, clean, and considerate! I love my light pink baby almond shaped nails I've had a large crack in my thumb for months. Other nail technicians merely comment on it, but Carrie fixed and glued it without me asking. I didn't even know fixing cracks like that was possible! I highly recommend Carrie to anyone! read more

Good service. Very clean, professional and Carrie was very nice. She has a small room and it's only you and her which was good. Everything is clean and disinfected and my mani and pedi was great. She also provides wax services. Happy to have found her based on the reviews here on Yelp and I was not disappointed. Also the location is great close to downtown Ft Laudy. Prices are reasonable. Make sure you make an appointment with her ahead of time as she tends to book fast. read more

No fluff and sugarcoating, just good professional service. This is not a lavish spa with wine and beautiful decor. I love the fact that their main focus is doing your nails perfectly and don't try to package their services with other bells and whistles to impress you. It's a small intimate room inside a larger salon building called ISalon. There's only two nail techs here, Carrie and Katie. I booked my appointment with Carrie and had Katie as my nail Tech. Both very sweet and polite ladies. I called Sunday morning for a same day appt cause I had to leave for a business trip Monday morning and needed my nails in tip top shape. Carrie told me that they're actually closing at 6pm but being it was my first time, Katie will stay for me. I had another appt till 5:30 and told her I'd keep her posted if it ran late. I didn't get out till 6pm but Katie patiently waited for me. That's what I call quality customer service. She texted me just to check if I was still coming. Katie works quickly and efficiently. I got a gel French manicure for $35 which is a bargain compared to other spas and salons. She pays attention to small details like covering the tips of your nails with Polish but not running it past the cuticles. I am super picky about clean lines and running Polish but Katie seemed to be just as much a perfectionist as I am. Definitely will be coming back to enjoy her services when we're both not so rushed. read more

I am smitten. What a great little place, located inside iStudio, looks like a professional building set up for aestheticians to have each their own very professional little space. Nail Station is is #19-21. There is a building map near the entrance to help you not walk in convolution. Nail Station was very clean, very well stocked with colors, very comfortable. My nail technician was Katie. She is professional, sweet and good at her craft, thankfully, because I would go back just because of her personality, she could have completely messed up my nails and I would have given her a million chances. Lol. ----my nails turned out fabulously! It's just such a nice change from those nail places with 30 five hundred techs and every visit you end up getting whoever you get, getting whatever quality service you get. Nails Station has only two techs, so its such a nice intimate environment where the ladies obviously take pride in their little place, you can't help but to walk in, relax--and exhale--here. Carrie is not only an amazing nail tech. She's an amazing person too! I have been to see her a few time for a gel manicure and each time it gets better. It's clean, she takes her time, and my nails could probably last 3 to 4 weeks if I really wanted them too. She doesn't put the polish right on my nail beds and my gel nails haven't lifted once or cracked. She deserves the 5 stars because she's not just a hard worker, she's a good person too! read more

Awesome experience! Highly recommend. Went there based on the reviews here and they didn't disappoint... unlike a regular salon - one on one service - no distractions or being shuffled around. Got a perfect mani pedi - pricing reasonable - Carrie is very personable and pleasant to spend time with. I am in the area visiting and will definitely be back when I'm in the area again. Carrie only responds and schedules via text - so text her if you are looking to make an appointment - you may have to wait a few days to get in, but I promise you it is worth the wait! read more

Carries was awesome. Never experienced anything like that before. She's got her own small loft so it's just you and her in there. She makes you feel so comfortable. She said "I'm here if you want to talk or I can just play really chill music & let you relax." & we did both, she had some great stories & she told me a bit about herself. She is truly an inspiring women. I had such a nice Saturday morning with her. She's so hardworking so I'm happy I was able to find her, your money is very well spent. She was very clean and very particular, she did a great job on my nails. She doesn't do dip but her gel is on point. I highly recommend her and will be going again in the future. read more

I found this place on Yelp a few months back and I've been coming here ever since because not only is the environment so relaxing but they do an absolutely amazing job. And the prices are not high even though the quality of experience is the best! They do not do fake nails (acrylic, pink/white) but those are bad for your nails anyway. They DO have a great selection of gel and shellac colors, and they coordinate them with the regular polish colors so your mani pedi can match! Call or text for an appointment. read more

It always makes me uneasy to go to a new place for nails or hair or any kind of service like this. Although I hated to leave the nail salon I've called home for the last 10+ years, I needed a more convenient location and didn't know where to start. I read some Yelp reviews and it made my decision so much easier. Everyone raved about Carrie's nails so I decided to make the appointment and give her a shot. I'm so glad that I did. Her space was cozy and she played soothing music and even gave me a stylus in case I wanted to play on my phone while getting pampered. Carrie was so wonderful I spent the entire appointment chatting with her and didn't use my phone at all. However, she said that if I wanted to do other things she could just work on me in silence. If all of that wasn't wonderful enough, my nails look great. She took extra time taking care of my cuticles and even painted my toes a bunch of different colors to choose which one I liked best. I have definitely found my new home for pampering and a wonderful soul to spend time with while I'm being pampered. Thank you Carrie! read more

Yesterday was my first time visiting Carrie; my usual lady is out of the country. I had a gel manicure and a regular pedicure and it was a great experience. Carrie is so nice, the atmosphere is relaxing as it is only you and her. Carrie offers wine, water, coffee and tea for beverages. I'm very picky about my nails and I don't have any complaints. Five stars every time I come. I've been coming here for at least a year now and I will keep coming back, Carrie is amazing with the gels and my nails are perfect every time. Perfect to relax since there aren't ten people sitting next to you waiting, she always has wine and is super easy to talk to the entire time. BEST selection of gel colors!!!! Carrie's nail salon is a private suite. Super comfortable and she is very attentive. She does a great job and you tell her how you want your nails to look like. My first issue happened during a builder gel service where the burning sensation was so severe that I became lightheaded and nearly fainted afterward. Instead of taking that seriously, the owner chose to publicly imply I was lying because they personally "didn't witness it." Just because something did not happen directly in front of staff does not mean it didn't happen. The complete lack of concern or accountability surrounding that experience is honestly disturbing. I decided to give the salon another chance anyway because I had built a relationship with Ross and wanted to believe the first incident was isolated. Unfortunately, the second experience was just as disappointing. I booked a builder gel removal and Dazzle Dry manicure. I was charged for a removal, yet almost the entire layer of builder gel was left on my nails. When Ross mentioned leaving "a ledge on the tip," I understood that to mean reinforcing the very edge of the nail, not leaving builder gel across the entire nail bed. The end result was thick, uneven, bulky, and visibly grown out underneath the polish. It looked unfinished and honestly amateur. The owner's response claiming the photo is "misleading" is especially frustrating because the photo was taken immediately after I got home, before I removed everything myself that same night. The reason the manicure no longer looked "fully polished and manicured" is because I literally had to fix and remove parts of it myself after paying for a professional service that was not properly completed. What bothered me most was the tone of the response. Instead of simply acknowledging the experience and attempting to make things right, they chose to: - insinuate I was dishonest, - invalidate a medical/sensitivity reaction, - blame me for not speaking up enough during the service, - and even bring up my other public reviews in an attempt to discredit me personally. That is wildly unprofessional behavior from a business owner. Clients should not have to defend themselves publicly for expressing dissatisfaction, especially after being loyal customers for over a year. A professional response would have been accountability, empathy, and an offer to correct the issue -- not passive aggressive accusations and attempts to undermine the customer's credibility. Really disappointing overall, and after this response, I will absolutely not be returning.

My nails turned out great with my usual technician Tom but my pedicure was a completely different experience. The technician Brady had a bad attitude almost like he was annoyed he had to do my pedicure with a shitty attitude the entire time....he did not clean under my toenails, did not trim my cuticles, my nails were all uneven with white polish all over my toes. He was also on the phone during my appointment which came across as unprofessional and inattentive. When I brought this to the manager (Sarah), the focus was only on the polish color "looking fine," instead of addressing the quality of the actual pedicure. Please find pictures attached!! I was offered a redo, but after already being there for a long time, 4pm u til 6pm I was unable to stay & ready to go at that point Despite the poor service, I was still charged $40 for the gel polish and French because I was "leaving with their product on my toes" After being a loyal client for years, that was really disappointing. A pedicure is more than just polish--it's the FULL service--and unfortunately that standard was not met today. Sadly, this experience and the way Sarah handled it has made me decide not to return. All she cares about is money and not the customers. I'll be taking my business elsewhere
