Went here w a friend bc we were at the mall and needed Pedi's. Everyone that worked there was rude and we could just tell they were talking about us . They had 4 chairs and they were so close to each other. We were left w no choice but to hold onto the persons next to our chairs legs or chair ( how relaxing huh?). Thankfully they were cool about it and helped us in. 2 out of the 4 chairs were broken and didn't vibrate . My friends chair vibrated . Mine didn't . Our pedis were rushed and very messy and nothing special . They just wanted to get you out of the chair and take your money . When the torture was over and she stopped the " so called " pedi on my friend and I; when we were paying they stood and watched to see if we were giving them a tip . Both of us are great tippers . However , they didn't get a good tip at all. They should be lucky they got one at all. We will never be back. They don't even deserve a star . read more

This was a huge disappointment. My nails were cut and filed but somehow ended up rougher and more uneven than when I walked in, and there was paint on my toes instead of just my toenails. The woman who did my pedicure barely acknowledged me - although everyone else working there said hello and seemed friendlier. She also spent most of the pedicure (before the painting began) with her head turned so she could watch the movie playing behind her instead of looking at what she was doing. Terrible wish I never walked in there today. I have never had such a butcher job done on my nails. I went in for a shellac polish change then decided to just make it a shellac mani. However as she was removing my current shellac wasn't impressed by the technique but no big deal she didn't understand ANY English my nails were a bit long so instead of file them I asked if she could trim them. She cut them down as short as you can go on a couple she took the side of the nail off cut it so short you could see the skin under what would have been nail I was horrified and said I am not getting the mani just the take off paid her 5 and left. I want that 5 back I am disgusted one of my nails is so short it hurts. They are ruined it will take a long time for them to grow back. read more

I will NEVER return to this nail salon, ever. Sloppy and unprofessional, my experience here was a complete waste of money and time. AVOID THIS NAIL SALON AT ALL COSTS. Paid $30 for an uneven, hack job of a fill and bloody cuticles. I am not usually one to complain, but this was by far my worst salon experience ever. Don't make the same mistake I did. I've been going here for years, for awhile they were very good, but my last visit this weekend is my final straw. I always get acrylic sets or fills. I like my nails very very short (right to the finger tip) because they grow out and get long and unmanageable. When I asked the young gentlemen shorter please, and explained to him how short he grabbed my hand not so pleasantly. It was clear he was annoyed and didnt want to do it. Trying to make conversation in there is impossible. I've begun to feel like they employees do not care about the quality of the work, nor the satisfaction of the customer. I have left this salon bleeding more than one because they have cut me/burned me with the drill while doing my nails. I do not like the way they take off acrylics by RIPPING THEM OFF, its very painful. When I expressed my feelings on this they told me this was the only way to do it. Also I was EXTREMELY over charged during my last visit. $40+ for a set, that was with the white tips, nothing fancy that was not done properly. He did not shape my nails, put one clear coat of polish, did not buff the nails and ignored me when I asked the gentlemen to have them shorter and round. To me, my money and time is very important. I understand people have bad days, and make mistakes. I myself am in retail and customer service and I'm sure some customers didnt have the best experience with me. However, I've given this salon many chances and the service keeps getting worse and worse. I will be returning to my other salon in dennis FOR GOOD. Went for a manicure and pedicure. Was the worst experience ever. no nail dryers tubs for pedicures were not washed and sanitized just wiped out with a towel. Had a girl doing my manicure while i was having a pedicure at the same time. Not a pleasent relaxing time as it should have been. The guy doing my pedicure cut my toe while filing my nails. Would never go back .. One star is too many for this place read more

This is the worst place I've ever been for a manicure. It's over priced and they have one person do this another do that ad someone else finish the job. Who are you going to give a tip to???? I went there in July and started going every two weeks because I noticed my nails needs to be polished. At first I was okay with it had a pedi and medi, the second time I left my nails where hurting around the edges a little and I remember the Hondorous lady asking me if I use lotion every night and I said yes, the third time I went the tips of my finger starting getting numb then I noticed my skin peeling around all of my finger and turning yellow. I going back t have the nails removed that will be the last time I go there. read more

Awful! Went in for a shellac and they soaked my entire hand in acetone. I thought it was water until it started burning one of my fingers. Then...they used a drill head to file the top layer of my nail completely off! When I told the girl she shouldn't be filing my natural nail she said yes she should be! Then when she burned me with the file...AND the heat penetrated my nail enough for me to yank it out of her hand all she could say was "so sorry". Then comes the polish...NO BASECOAT! My nails are so thin I can bend them over and they are now stained. My regular nail girl (didn't go to her because it was a Sunday and I REALLY needed them done) was horrified at the shape my nails are in. Awful, awful, awful! I will never go back to them! Shellac is supposed to last a few weeks...mine started chipping on day 5! What a waste of time and money. Not to mention, now I have to wait for my nails to grow out so they are healthy again. So mad at myself for going there...I'll never do it again. read more
