I would always rate this place 5 stars -- without a doubt, they are the best nail salon in Naperville! The service is absolutely amazing, and every employee is so kind, respectful, and welcoming. I constantly receive compliments on my nails thanks to Lee Nails. The atmosphere is unmatched -- fun music, great energy, and conversations that always make you feel comfortable and appreciated. Lauren is one of the nail artists there, and her technique is truly flawless. She is incredibly talented and pays attention to every detail. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Lee Nail! I have always had superior nails without fail for the last 10 years! They are accommodating, professional, clean and have consistently delivered EXACTLY what I wanted. I usually get the no chip natural look. Today I got the nails a bit shorter and am obsessed with how they turned out. The color # is 2468. All nail techs are fabulous! I didn't have an appt but I asked for a gel manicure, was taken immediately, and got a beautiful, perfect treatment, including an amazing hand massage. The place is very clean & attractive, & the manicurist was friendly and helpful. Will definitely go back. read more

This is my go-to nail salon in Naperville. I have been getting pedicures here for 20 years, thus I clearly love the salon overall. I was compelled to write this review because Helane was absolutely amazing! I'm too embarrassed to admit how long it has been since I've had a pedicure, I'll admit years. Helane made me feel comfortable, was personal, excellent at every part of the pedicure. I almost didn't write this review for fear everyone will request her now and I want her! She deserves 5+ stars! I've been going to Lee nails for as far as I can remember. Van has always done an incredible job and is very attentive. There's been many times I accidentally bumped a nail and ruined the polish and she fixed it for me. Today I went in hoping to match the color to my dress. When there wasn't an exact match she combine two different colors to make it identical. I can't recommend this place enough, everyone is kind and I've never had a bad experience here! read more

This was my first time here. It was the day before my vacation and since this place was close to my work, I decided to stop on the way home. Turned out to be the worst "no chip" that I have ever had in my life! Total waste of $85! One of my nails chipped the NEXT day and by the end of my 9 day vacation I had 3 that were still intact. The irony of this is the lady that did my "no chip" said to me "its called no chip, not never chip" CLEARLY! Maybe that should be posted on their walls. read more

I was looking for a New Year's manicure and was told the acrylic nail gods work here, so I had to try it out. This was one of the best manicures I've had in a while. Well this was a major disappointment. My dip manicure looks like garbage. My cuticles were never pushed back so the dip could really go on the whole nail. The powder left color on my fingertips and all around my nail. There was no base dip which I remember from other places. Multiple nails have fibers in them or bubbles. Thumb has a whole section where no powder was even put on. My nails look like crap for $50. I could not believe it when she rang me up. Really didn't want to tip but left her $5. Very rushed... 30 minutes from start to finish. No lotion or any hand massage at all. They were not busy. Girl was very unfriendly. Won't be going back. read more

100% my new nail spot. This is the first place that I have found in years that ACTUALLY TRIM YOUR CUTICLES. I have been to maybe 20 diff nail salons and none of them have trimmed my cuticles?! This may seem like the bare minimum, but it seriously makes a world of a difference. They look so neat and clean. read more

I appreciate that they did not try to upsell me, but I do think it would have been nice to have more services such as a bit more of a massage or some more scrubs. It was quite basic and I wasn't offered other options. I was then moved to the manicure table after the pedicure was complete. Like the pedicure, it went by quite quickly. Not that it is necessary, but the staff really made no attempt to have a conversation at all. I'm OK with it, but they could have come across a little friendlier. No one was rude at all, but it just wasn't the warmest environment. As far as the manicure, I liked the color, but the gel dried unevenly with a few bumps here and there which annoyed me. Also it just wasn't quite the length or shape that I requested. All in all, I was glad that they were able to get me in and it was a decent service at a reasonable price. However, I do feel that the services were quite basic and it wasn't the best looking manicure that I've had.

I love Lee Nails! I have been getting my nails done there for over 15 years. Jimmy and Van are the owners and they are sincerely the most caring and kind people I know. I was getting my nails done after I had a recent brain surgery and I began to feel sick during my appointment, Van was trying to help me and Jimmy left their salon to go to a local restaurant to get me some soup. This is just one example of many, how they really care about their customers. Their staff is amazing too and they do excellent work! I would never go anywhere else! read more

Lee Nails is an amazing nail salon! The environment is so comfortable and enjoyable, and the salon is always very clean. The nail techs are kind and professional, and they are always on time and make my nails shine! I get so many compliments on my nails, and the quality of work and service is top notch. This is by far the best nail salon in Naperville, and I would highly recommend Lee Nails for all of your manicure and pedicure needs. read more

I was staying in the area and needed to get my nails ready for a week of events…read more I called at 9AM on a Tuesday morning when they opened, and they were able to give me an appointment for 10:30, which was the time I requested The salon was in a small strip mall with plenty of parking. It looked clean and modern. They played cooking shows on the TV screens, which I enjoy. I was seated at a pedicure chair right away and given a choice of colors for my gel manicure and regular pedicure. I did ask to ensure that they would not use the electric sander on my nails. I was quite pleased to find that they never use that for gel nails, a policy that I wish more salons would adopt. There were only two customers when I arrived, but people began to shuffle in during the time I was there. The pedicure was fine. I appreciate that they did not try to upsell me, but I do think it would have been nice to have more services such as a bit more of a massage or some more scrubs. It was quite basic and I wasn't offered other options. I was then moved to the manicure table after the pedicure was complete. Like the pedicure, it went by quite quickly. Not that it is necessary, but the staff really made no attempt to have a conversation at all. I'm OK with it, but they could have come across a little friendlier. No one was rude at all, but it just wasn't the warmest environment. As far as the manicure, I liked the color, but the gel dried unevenly with a few bumps here and there which annoyed me. Also it just wasn't quite the length or shape that I requested. All in all, I was glad that they were able to get me in and it was a decent service at a reasonable price. However, I do feel that the services were quite basic and it wasn't the best looking manicure that I've had.
