It looked clean and modern. They played cooking shows on the TV screens, which I enjoy. I was seated at a pedicure chair right away and given a choice of colors for my gel manicure and regular pedicure. I did ask to ensure that they would not use the electric sander on my nails. I was quite pleased to find that they never use that for gel nails, a policy that I wish more salons would adopt. There were only two customers when I arrived, but people began to shuffle in during the time I was there. The pedicure was fine. I appreciate that they did not try to upsell me, but I do think it would have been nice to have more services such as a bit more of a massage or some more scrubs. It was quite basic and I wasn't offered other options. I was then moved to the manicure table after the pedicure was complete. Like the pedicure, it went by quite quickly. Not that it is necessary, but the staff really made no attempt to have a conversation at all. I'm OK with it, but they could have come across a little friendlier. No one was rude at all, but it just wasn't the warmest environment. As far as the manicure, I liked the color, but the gel dried unevenly with a few bumps here and there which annoyed me. Also it just wasn't quite the length or shape that I requested. All in all, I was glad that they were able to get me in and it was a decent service at a reasonable price. However, I do feel that the services were quite basic and it wasn't the best looking manicure that I've had.

Thankfully what I assume is the owner, handed me a towel and cream for my burns. Before I went to leave a tip, she said "Sorry about the spilled coffee." To me this warrants a discount or some type of complimentary service. I proceeded to tip 20% and decided I will take my business elsewhere. Important note * I am not a new customer, they see me on a monthly cadence. A warning to all that go here, they are fantastic at nails, but you are not there for great customer service or luxury treatment. I paid $149 total (plus cash tip) over two appointments in June 2025 for acrylic nails and a color correction after he used "Piglet" instead of "Cashmere." I even simplified the design to make the second installation easier and quicker. Within hours of the second visit, a nail broke. After they fixed the first nail, another nail broke two days later. I had to go back four times in 10 days just to fix their mistakes. Despite clear evidence the application or products were faulty, the manager refused a refund or proper installation. She offered only to fix one nail or give me a discount after I'd already spent nearly $200 and was missing a nail days before a wedding. Unprofessional, poor quality, and no accountability. I do not recommend this salon. Save your time and money.
