They do accept walk ins but plan to call before coming in to make sure they have time for your service. i have been there when they cannot accommodate a walk in. But if you call they will schedule you pretty quickly. The prices just increased to $55 for a regular mani/pedi but I think that is competitive with other places. The nail techs always take their time and I leave happy with my nails.

I even simplified the design to make the second installation easier and quicker. Within hours of the second visit, a nail broke. After they fixed the first nail, another nail broke two days later. I had to go back four times in 10 days just to fix their mistakes. Despite clear evidence the application or products were faulty, the manager refused a refund or proper installation. She offered only to fix one nail or give me a discount after I'd already spent nearly $200 and was missing a nail days before a wedding. Unprofessional, poor quality, and no accountability. I do not recommend this salon. Save your time and money.

I had the Oat Milk And Brown Sugar Pedicure: Purifying soak baths to cleanse and soothe the skin. A detox masque to cleanse the skin of impurities, excess oil, and toxins. A gentle exfoliation using our sugar scrub. Callus treatment to smooth rough patches. Steam massage to relax muscles and enhance circulation. Warm towel wrap and paraffin wax treatment will melt away your worries and soothe your tired feet. I highly recommend this one. They scrub my legs with actual oranges and milk. It was really nice! I also really like getting calluses removed and the paraffin wax. My only complaint is I wanted a little bit more done with the callus removal. Next time I will just tell them that. The massage chairs are excellent. Overall, I'm happy with my pedicure and it was a very relaxing experience. I will be back!
