I am typically not someone to write reviews, but my experience prompted me to this time. I think this was the worst pedicure I've ever gotten. We first waited about 25-30 minutes for someone to be ready and start our pedicues. We asked to get dip and a pedicure, and they don't have the man power to do it at the same time, and since we didn't have 3 hours to spend at the nail salon, we ended up leaving after our pedicures. The lavender lotion and salts smell like old lady, and are not pleasant at all. The tech I had barely cut my toe nails, and barely attempted to cut my cuticles. To end it all, my big toe's polish bubbled and looked messy, but I just left. $55 was not worth the quality and service I received. Contrary to the 4 star reviews, youre better off going somewhere else. read more

I just left from doing my nails and I will Never return. They Couldn't do any design I requested and nothing out of this world. I asked for a pink undertone color for a French regular polish on my feet they said they couldn't do it cause it was too difficult since it wasn't gel as if I haven't been getting my nails done for 20 yrs and it's impossible. So then I ask for gel nails on my hands and regular polish on my feet in white. As basic as it gets. Some tool named Tim decides he's gonna use a powder on my hands when the other guy finished my feet so I asked is it the same price as gel and he says yes then asked if I'm keeping the same shape which was coffin. So I say sure. When it's all done he charges me more for dip which I had never done and didn't even ask for the. Charges me for a " CUSTOM" shape. This place is incompetent, and just plain rude to blatantly lie to someone who is willing to pay and usually a great tipper but after the stunt he pulled for those extra charges I left no tip and I will NEVER go there again read more

I had no wait for a regular manicure and regular pedicure. My nail tech, Victoria, was amazing, however she kept trying to upsell me on everything. She was telling me that she didn't have the "razor" for the callous removal and asked if I wanted the cheese grater. I asked if it was more expensive. She said no. I repeatedly told her I did not want upcharges. We got to the manicure part and she kept trying to upsell me on gel. I told her no. I got the bill and noticed she charged me $5 for the callous removal. I decided to not fight it. I've included a photo of my manicure that didn't even last a week. I was in Florida for vacation and wanted to get a nice pedicure. I browsed on Yelp! and found this gem. I chose this place because of the reviews and how nice the the interior looked. I made a reservation a few days before arriving for three people (my boyfriend, his great grandpa, and myself). However, when we got there, there were only two techs available. They both got their pedicures completely finished and I had to wait until one of the techs was free. I had the same tech as my boyfriend's grandpa. My boyfriend kept saying that our tech was better than his because she had a funnier personality. In retrospect, they probably should have started with me first since I was the only one who wanted gel polish, so I took the longest. If they were to start with me then we would have finished closer to the same time. I wanted the classic pedicure, but then they kept adding things so I really didn't know what pedicure package I ended up with. There were three of us and the total price ended up at approximately $200. This was my first pedicure like this. I've gotten pedicured before but it was so simple compared to what I got from this establishment. I got a hot towel wrap, hot stone massage, paraffin wax dip, etc. My feet felt so soft afterwards. I went with my boyfriend and his great grandfather; it was both their first times getting a pedicure. My favorite parts were the hot towels that they wrapped around your legs and the paraffin wax; it was hot but it felt so nice and made your feet so soft. My boyfriend really like how they took care of his calluses. read more

Stopped in on a Tuesday morning for a pedicure around 10:30 and the place was packed. Barely greeted as I signed in. I was fifth on the list and waited and WAITED and WAITED with no update. After 30 minutes and no sign of getting in I asked the receptionist and was rudely told that she had no idea how much longer it would be. Honestly, if she had just told me that they were just super busy and that they'd be with me soon, or apologize for the long wait, etc. but to give me attitude and act like I was the one with issue? Sorry but uhm, no. I left without my pedicure. Oh and the menu prices posted on line are not accurate. It seemed expensive with some pedicures coming in at $79. On a positive note though, the place was clean and attractive and peaceful music was playing. Too bad that the rest of the experience didn't match up to that. I won't be back. read more

I get there, and the woman doing my nails started mocking me after I asked her a question about gel polish and I had to literally ask to have someone else do my nails since she was so rude to me. Afterwords, I had someone else do my gel manicure only to see 24 hours later my gel polish is completely coming off. I spent over $70 on a gel manicure and pedicure that is chipping off.... I got my nails done on the Friday before Thanksgiving and they're wrecked for the holiday. So not only was the staff rude, but they did an awful job on my nails. So happy to get my nails done again after quarantine! Taylor did a great job with my gel manicure. Sonny was excellent for my pedicure. Importantly, the whole salon is taking the precautions seriously. Everyone is required to to wear a mask and all the technicians wear them as well. A plastic "sneeze guard" is across all the stations further reducing risk. Will definitely be back! read more

The shop it's self is so clean, new, and soothing. I had booked my appointment with Michael but unfortunately he was busy when I arrived so Cindy took care of me.
