I wasn't going to call my plumber back because this is the second heater that he installed. The first one (2yrs. Old) had to be replaced because it filled with water. My plumber said the company would cover the new heater under warranty but I still had to pay him $1300 to install the new one. So when the new heater was having problems, I called Cullen. Turns out my old plumber, who I really should mention so no one uses him, installed the piping on the roof wrong & the directions clearly state what is the proper way. Cullen Plumbing told me that was why the first one was damaged and why this one almost went. They fixed the piping on the roof and repaired my water heater. Great group of people.
