David came up, explained and showed me what he was going to do (explaining that there were two different ways of repairing the cutoff valves and, hopefully, he wouldn't have to do the more difficult one that involved soldering, etc. I mentioned that I had to go out but that I'd be back in about an hour and a half. 'Don't worry,' he said. 'I should be done by then.' He was and the work was done expertly. Hopefully I won't need a plumber in the near future, but guess who I'll call should I have an issue? They showed up day 1 with all the tools needed to inspect my main sewage line which continuously backed up even though it was snaked many times. Eric suggested we water jet the line to clean it properly, and then scope it. It was immediately clear i had tree roots in my main sewage line. A few days later Eric was there with his team to excavate and we found about 20' of old clay pipe which was cracked and had roots in it. That same day new PVC lines were laid and i was back in action. ZERO issues since, and i couldn't be happier. Eric was great from start to finish, and made sure i was comfortable with everything and made sure i learned exactly what was going on. I have to give special recognition to both the office staff that handles scheduling and, in particular from the plumbing team, Nick (although his colleagues have always been equally professional). Nick is extremely easy to talk to, explains everything clearly, and does not "hide the ball" whatsoever. What he promises is what he delivers in both scope of work and pricing. A particular point of appreciate we have is Nick & his team's responsiveness between Facebook messages with the company to get in touch at off hours and promptly returned phone calls/texts (scheduling and ETA communication for appointments).
