Total ripoff. The staff that came out was honest and friendly, but didn't bring the correct tools…read morethat was needed. Before they came out I explained the situation and even sent pictures. They should have been prepared. So when the guy left to get the correct tools he apologized and said I don't have to pay for the time he took. He came back after about 40 minutes, still couldn't fix it so I had him make a quick, but temporary fix. Total time he was at my house was less than an hour. The owner made the staff tell me I owed him for two hours. I scoffed at the notion. The staff was obviously embarrassed. Shame on the owner for putting his staff in such a situation. The final result was a threatening text from the owner, "We will be sending your remainder balance to your home address. You have 10 business days to pay the remaining balance otherwise it's 10% interest per week up to 30 days. After the 30 days it will be sent to collections if that is not paid, a lien be placed on your property. If you'd like to call to discuss this, I'd be happy to come to an agreeable balance.
