It was worth the wait, usually nail salons tell you 10minutes but ended up waiting an hour or more. Chris was the manicurist who did my nails. I loved how he carefully removed my old nails without discomfort. He gave me a tip on how to take care of my cuticles. My nails came out beautiful, thin & slim looking for me. I got my nails done here back in March so it's been a while but lately I've been having really bad experiences with nails salons in my area so I've decided to start leaving reviews so that others don't go through the same. I remember I got here an hour before they closed so I knew I'd probably have to wait a while before I got attended and it was my fault for not scheduling an appointment in advance so I didn't mind that I had to wait an hour to be attended. I appreciated that I was still attended even though they closed and the process went well so my main complaint isn't about the service it's about what they charged me. I came here because they had decent reviews and they supposedly had affordable prices. I even saw pictures of their prices and saw them in store too and it didn't match what I got charged. I was charged $55 for these nails and I honestly do not think they are worth the price. I was told that it was because they removed my previous acrylics but even then I've been to other salons where I had my acrylics removed and got a new set and was only charged $45. I got simple yellow nails and the length isn't even long in my opinion. I didn't ask for gel or anything just simple yellow nails and got charged $55. I felt like I was ripped off. I'm new to the area so I'm trying to find a salon that actually has reasonable pricing like the salon back in my hometown but I can't drive an hour away just to get my nails done so I will continue to search for a good salon and will be reviewing all that I come across. read more

Arrived on a Sunday afternoon and was accommodated right away. I opted for a mani/pedi because, well, treat yoself, right? Parking is awful, good luck. The shop itself is smaller, but pretty clean. They have a fairly limited polish selection which was underwhelming. The woman who did my pedi was an older woman with salt and pepper hair and glasses. She wasn't chatty but was nice. I opted for callus removal ($5 extra) and she really got into it. They used a really nice smelling orange scrub that I liked. She filed some of my nails crooked, and though I don't expect a perfect job, it was very obvious, even to my untrained eye. The polish job was okay, but she also missed some left over on my skin. The woman who did the mani was a younger woman with brassy blonde hair. She didn't speak much English but was nice. Like my pedicure, my nails were filed a little crooked and there was excess polish left on my skin. The polish was also applied a little unevenly and you can tell that there was less placed on the bottom of my nails. $38 plus tip for a lackluster job? Perhaps I just didn't get the right nail techs but I was a little disappointed and expected more out of a place with four stars and that price tag. The bright side is that I was in and out in less than an hour, but not enough incentive to come back. I'm still on the lookout for a regular salon in the East Valley, and unfortunately this place isn't it. read more

I was pleasantly surprised by this place! I got a mani pedi with normal polish. I try to keep up with my feet at home, but my big toes were getting out of hand. The corners were impacted and sore, which I forgot to mention to the tech, but she was so gentle and thorough anyways. My toes feel so much better, and look great! I also was nervous about the manicure, as SO many places will cut me on my middle fingers. Always in the same spot, so I think my finger is a bit irregular. The tech that did my manicure was just as gentle, and I really felt that they took their time despite it being busy. I certainly hope to return here! read more

This was a great mistake! I originally had searched for the nail spot down the street and ended up here, like an idiot. Well, it all worked out for me :) I walk in and see that everyone is getting down with their customers and people were STILL waiting to get their nails/eyebrows/ whatever the f*** they were there to to. I'm thinking to myself, 'GREATTT! I'm never getting the fuck out of here!' Well, after waiting about 10 minutes and being stared down by these 'wanna be' cholas talking about a flyer party and how excited they were about inhaling balloons later, I was finally called to a seat. I sit down and this gentleman quickly started to get to work. Asked me what I had in mind, and obviously I wanted to get my gel nail on, so I did. I usually don't like getting my nails done by men because I think they're so rough and don't know a woman's hand better than a woman, obviously. But he was great :) They have a wide selection of gel colors. Le's Magic Nails did one of the best pedicures I've ever had, hands down. I've never had my feet and toes cleaned and prepped as thoroughly as they did. They spent quality time on my feet and toes, with a no rush atmosphere. My pedicure came out fantastic and I was still receiving compliments over 2 weeks later!!! You need to know this is a local mom and pop salon and not chain-spa salon. As a matter of fact, they bring a bucket of soapy water to place your feet in for soaking. Very different than those chain-salons that you sit in the fancy massage chairs with the spa for your feet. Regardless, they are very CLEAN. They have the sterilizing machine viewable so you can see the equipment they use comes sterile and clean. That was a huge plus for me. The "attention to detail" they performed in my pedicure was way better than I have experienced at a chain-spa salon. The staff are all very friendly and completely attentive to their craft. This place gets busy; by the time I left, there was a line, which is also a sign they are good at what they do. Especially considering there are several "spa" type salons in the area. They are also very reasonably priced. Parking can be a challenge. I was impressed with Le's Magic Nails and plan to stop by the next time I visit the Valley. read more

It's sad to see that all these people think that $30 for nails is expensive compared to what I used to pay for a full set and a pedicure! Let me start by explaining that Chris has been doing my nails since the end of time! I met him before he even started working at this location and somehow our paths crossed by accident when I made the wrong appointment at the wrong nail salon ! I was super excited to finally get my nails taken care of the way that Chris does. He is amazing and if you can get an appointment with him you're one lucky gal! He is amazing !! From design to shape if u know what u want , he will make sure u get it ur way ! As far as the salon goes it's amazing what a fresh coat of paint and some rearranging can do and I'm glad they took advantage of that ! The aura has improved quite a bit after that. I will admit at times I was disappointed by their pedicure staff and the fact that they don't know what you're talking about at times so -1 star for that but as far as customer service and nails and design Chris is amazing ! read more

Finally found my new salon! First time there today & I love it. I got acrylic done by Andy. He knows exactly how to be gentle, he makes sure you get your nails done the way you want. I don't know why I decided to come back here after having a sorta rough pedicure here last year. I was convinced by my mom that she found a better person there who did her nails so we both asked for this particular person, (I think her name was Lynn...) and she gave us manicures and pedicures. While she wasn't very rough on the pedicure and did a great job with painting everything, it's a little over a week later and as I'm typing here looking at my big toe on my right foot- it's probably infected. Sure this place is super cheap with their prices, but it's definitely not worth it if you wanna risk your health. read more

Now keep in mind every salon has someone that's really good and really bad!! I am slowly growing to love this salon, my first time, the experience was not so bad . I did not have a long wait and I had my hands and feet worked on at the same time . However after 3 day my acrylic nails began to lift, and lady's we all know that's bad business . So after a week I decided to give them a second chance. They remembered who I was , I told them the issues I had and I was immediately seated with a new stylist, hint ( the only man in the shop). Got the extra $5 to remove calluses which she did a great job except got a bit too far on one spot and I started to bleed. Don't expect a spa atmosphere though for a $24 mani-ped. Also next time will bring my own polish. Took one star due to lack of color choices. One girl was diluting them with thinner. A Couple of days ago, i was looking around the area, looking for reasonable price and great quality of work on my nails and damn right this is just the right place! :) Andy one the best manicurist I've ever had! well he was the only one i tried at this place. I probably won't try any other unless their review is really good, then i might but so far I'm sticking with Andy. made an appointment and as soon as i got there he started working on my nails right away. didn't even wait at all. he did an amazing job on my toe nails! :) but what i loved the most was the way he did my acrylic nails french tips. very very very clean and he really took the time. he's just really really good. I've gone to many places and they all look sloppy and dirty, his was exceptional! the time i stayed there and the tip i gave him was all worth it. i like that all the employee that were working there weren't speaking across the room to each other. they were all just working really hard with their customers. read more
