Management tried to tell me different their medium pink is a different color so why didn't they lmk that could happen beforehand? But some of the nails look good so that's not true. He did not offer any way to to resolve the issue or to redo the ones that needed fixing. read more

i used to love coming here, but it seems like they're main priority is getting people out as quick as possible. this is probably the worst dip manicure i've ever paid for in my life. $102.... swiping my card genuinely hurt. there's still dip on the sides. my toes are two different lengths. all my nails are different shapes/lengths. the top coat has bubbles. and i paid EXTRA for my cuticles to be cut and it was done half-a**. the sides of my nails aren't painted fully. it's honestly infuriating that i paid for this. read more

I'd rate them a zero if it was an option. The receptionist working tonight was beyond rude. She must have hated her job. My husband bought my little girl and I a pedicure for Valentine's Day, so we decided to go use it tonight. When we arrived, I requested the children's chair and adult chair beside it (I was fine with waiting), she told me it would be a wait if I wanted to do that. I said "how long"? After she rolled her eyes, she replied with "a while".. so I told her I would wait and if I could go ahead and reserve those seats since I'm waiting for them to open up. She told me no because kids come in all the time. I then walked back to see that the kids chair was available (as it always is when I visit the spa). Moral of the story; they don't like to do children's pedicures because they don't make as much $$$ and because they were busy they didn't want to waste their time. Basically denied us service: unfortunately I have a gift card there for 100$ or I wouldn't have even wasted my time with them. This spa only wants to get you in and out. I had been going to Lee Spa Nails for over 2 years. Wound up with an infection in one big toe and 2 fingernails. Had to go on 2 rounds of antibiotics and take an oral fungicide. Dr. Told me it is because they do too much cutting around the nails and push the cuticle back too far. I would stay away. read more

I have been going here for over a year and a half. I have been seeing Lucy after my daughters recommendation and have never been disappointed. I have had all the services they offer at one time or another. I go in regularly for pedicures and gel . I have had others do my pedicure in a pinch and have never been satisfied. So now I always make my appointments ahead of time and schedule my services with Lucy. I've had problems in the past getting the nail techs to do my nails short enough, because I work in the healthcare field, and Lucy has always done what I request. read more

I went in last night to get a full set and pedicure. I asked how long of a wait there would be. I was told no wait. Great so they started with the pedicure. What a mistake. The young lady was a little put out because I did not want to upgrade the regular pedicure. She ended up burning my foot with the hot towel. She finished and said sit here they will come get you for your nails. after 20 min. I went to the front and asked how much longer for my nails and was told by Baylee " Oh I don't know 5 min, 10 min., just sit and wait". I was so upset with this visit the rudeness and getting burned that I went to another spa to get my nails done. I will never go back. the place is dirty, and during the pedicure I noticed that she used the same battery operated file on me as the last person. Disgusting This place could really use a health inspection. read more

Normally a decent place with decent service, but today, it was a catastrophe. My nail tech rubbed so hard in the same spot, my calves got sore and either the midnight blue polish I selected was old, or the the nail tech was not properly trained to apply polish. It looked like a 7 year old did it and when I indicated I was unhappy and the polish appeared to be old, the tech removed it then wanted to apply the same polish. Since she didn't comprehend what I was was saying, I instructed her to just put clear on. Once I got outside in the daylight, I could see on a majority of my nails that the blue polish was not completely removed. Unfortunately, I had already tipped her ahead of time because I was paying for my granddaughter's manicure too and she was finished ahead of me. My granddaughter told me her technician cut her cuticles on two fingers to the point of drawing blood. I certainly will not be back. read more

I have gone here for many years. This salon is always really busy but if you make an appointment or plan ahead you shouldn't have to wait too long. The employees are genuine and really work with you. You will always get the occasional up-sell line, but just tell them what you want and they will do it. I only have had great experiences. They are worth it! read more

When I made my appointment they told me they could do it, but when I got there they tried to change it up on me. I always have someone different, which I don't really like and they don't talk to you much. I always get almond shaped nails and they make mine slightly too pointy for my taste. No big deal. Less than 1 star. My daughter and I went for A relaxing pedicure/ gel manicure and dip polish. I had Bee doing my nails. My experience they were way too thin (which the owner agreed) and she fought me with me about trimming them, she didn't like them short. That night three of my nails had broken. I went in to have them fixed, you could tell Bee was upset. She was grabbing my hands hard, going way too fast and then everything she did just started to hurt. Filing my hands and not my nails. Poor customer service by management as well. They work as individuals apparently. My daughter showed a picture at the beginning to Kathy, we asked if it was able to be done and we were told yes. My daughter started playing on her phone and didn't realize. They had done her nails everyone all white and she picked a tan color. Instead of trying to fix the mistake they wanted her to be happy with the suggestions of changing nail color. I'm sorry but we were very clear before we started this color wasn't even close. They were both very rude. Now after waiting days I have my nails fixed again for the second time. They are too thick, I have two fake artificial nails on my thumbs due to them being broken from the first time, and they look just awful just in time to go out of town. Been coming here for a long time. I like how the people are actually nice! Due to the fact that they have many technicians working, they get me in pretty fast. The atmosphere is relaxing. They use disposable buffers and files unlike the other filthy salons I've been to! I also love the different variety of pedicures that's available. I have tried to give this place a chance many times, but every time I come here something goes wrong. This last visit I had yesterday was the last straw. I went in with my grandmother to get a pedicure. The lady that took care of my grandmother did a great job and we were very happy with her. But, the nail technician that took care of me gave me terrible service. She rushed through the pedi the whole time, she didn't rub my feet at all, didn't hardly wipe off the residue from the lotion on my legs, and didn't cut my toenails nice at all. Not to mention, she was constantly on her phone the whole time, texting and having phone conversations. I was furious. I even saw the manager(who I thought was the manager), walk right by and saw my nail tech on the phone and she didn't say a word. Not only that, but these kinds of things are not the first times that have happened to me. I always feel rushed, and why am I paying for someone to just rush through when I'm supposed to be relaxed? While the location and decor are very nice, that's where the positives end. I visited for a manicure and pedicure. After being pushed to upgrade my pedicure (which I repeatedly declined), the nail tech told me I didn't need a manicure and instead he'd just do a polish change. Being short on time, I agreed. He went ahead and had me bend forward at the pedicure chair, and he filed, buffed, and sloppily applied two coats of color to my nails. My nails were coated with nail dust, bubbles, and uneven streaks of dark polish. My pedicure was just OK. After I left, I called to voice concern and ask for a refund. I was left on the phone for 8 minutes while the receptionist dealt with a register issue. When we finally spoke, she told me the manager would call me back as she was not authorized to process a refund. After two days, I called back after not getting a return call and finally spoke to someone who told me they'd issue my refund, but I'd have to visit the salon again. What a waste of time and energy. This place is similar to a puppy mill. Avoid at all costs. I will never go here again. read more

Yes I know I get pedicures, it's called food hygiene. So went to check out this place on the brief stent I had staying in Lakeland and it was just meh. It's a big place in a plaza with other major stores and food options. Needless to say it can get busy on the weekends. I get a chair and get a pedicure and I don't know if they were in a rush but took maybe 10min. No real focus I felt on my toes. As someone who plays sports we can build a lot of callus on the side of your toes. And I normally pay the extra $3-$7 to do the removal. This was not even offered. She proceeded to just doing a light side shave. And then my toe nails weren't even filed or shaped just cut. No real communication between the technician and myself. She was just speaking to someone else. After getting outside with better lighting I saw my toes were just meh. You could still see cuticles not removed from my toes. #Ineedsocks read more

Went to get my nails done for my wedding. Nail tech didn't paint entire toe nails with the clear pink and you could see it pretty bad especially under the drying light. Asked for her to go over it again and she was mad. A gentleman came over and asked what the problem was. I told him and they all gave me a dirty look. Will not be back again. read more

After she was finished, which only took her around 10-15 minutes might I add, you could still see some of my natural nail through the dip powder. I went in there yesterday to get my nails done and they did such a bad job that I want to take it off today. Sadly I didn't realize how bad they were until after I got home so I was not able to complain to somebody. Not only did I pay for my mani/pedi but I also paid for my daughter's who were also messed up although not as bad. In total I paid $118 for this crap. The service was not pleasant. The person doing my nails changed her demeanor when I opted not to get the gel nail polish and the man that did my daughter's nails was just plain rude.
