We love Lee Sushi! Took a chance on this wanting to go somewhere "different" and outside our regular beaten path of restaurants that we "always" go to. SO we basically threw a dart and ended up at Lee's. Over the years this has been added to our quiver of regular places to eat. My wife lover tempura shrimp and loves those type of rolls at Lee's. I always opt for the Spicy Poke Bowl. It is so good!! I'm one of those people who find a good dish and it becomes my go to probably a little too much. :) We've also know the owners and they are super hard working people who really want to provide their patrons the best experience with super quality food. One of my favorite newly discovered places. The service is great. The restaurant was empty on a rainy night about a month ago. I was waiting a long time for a sushi burrito, and the girl behind the counter brought me some tempura shrimp. On the house. :) Good service will bring me back even if the food isn't the best, but this place has both. Great service AND great food. The ramen is amazing you get plenty of noodles for your sumptuous, rich pork broth. I only wish for a few more pieces of fall apart tender pork. Tried to order on both, and could not get past the mandatory wasabi and ginger screen, would not take my input. Great little casual sushi place! It's the style where you order at the counter and they also have a kiosk where you can place a digital order. Lots of pictures and lots of options on the menu. I got the dragon roll, edamame, and miso soup. The miso soup was delicious and steaming hot. The dragon roll could be made with tuna, salmon, or eel. I went with tuna and it came out with nice thick fresh pieces on top. It looked like they had some yummy ramen options as well so I need to go back and try that. I love burrito-style sushi and Sushi Stix did not disappoint. I ordered a Vegas burrito and really enjoyed it. The salmon was fresh and cut into bite-sized pieces, and in combination with the fresh and non-chewy seaweed wrap, made the burrito the perfect consistency to eat. Sometimes other sushi burritos are tough and stringy, making the burrito come apart at the first bite. So messy, especially when the fish slips out and kind of slaps your chin. But no fish slaps or general messiness here! The burrito contained the right balance of salmon, crab, cream cheese, cucumber, avocado, rice, spinach, spicy mayo, and eel sauce. In my experience, Vegas rolls don't usually contain spinach, but it was great in this roll! It made the whole roll taste fresher. Sushi Stix hit the nail on the head for me. I wish I lived closer, because I'd love to return at least a few more times to try their other menu items (the regular sushi rolls look beautiful!). read more

We eat here a lot because it's close to our house. It's FINE. We went there last night and I spent $80 on a sushi combo (it comes with 3 rolls), 3 veggie rolls, a bowl of ramen, some 'cream cheese" wontons (mostly wonton wrapper), and a Ramune beverage. Eh.. maybe that's a good price? I dunno.. I didn't complain, but the operation is strange. You order at a kiosk and they bring it out. The strangest thing to me is their pricing. If you get a 3 vegetarian roll combo it's $31.99 but if you get a 3 roll sushi (fish) combo, it's $18.99. And before you tell me it's because avocados are expensive, they are in the fish rolls, too. I'm not sure I understand other than the vegetable sushi combo comes with 2 drinks and the fish one comes with 1 drink. MEH.. anyway, we will still come here now and again. Having tried Tsunami and Takashi, I didn't think there are good sushi here in Utah. (Takashi is okay but way too pricy and wait is too long) Sushi Stix definitely changed my view. Their salmon and tuna are flown in directly from Alaska twice a week. It feels as if the salmon and tuna melt in your mouth, a feeling I missed from Vancouver.
