I went to Dr. Terry Lee for the first time last week! My visit with him was a great visit to say the least. I felt more comfortable with Dr. Terry Lee than I did my previous dentist. I already have a good rapport with Dr. Terry Lee because we go to the same church, but I haven't been to him as a dentist before. He definitely makes you feel more comfortable and keeps it light. He's a funny guy too. It doesn't feel like just another dentist appointment when you go to Dr. Terry Lee.... He stresses the importance of brushing your teeth after meals and to floss daily. There were some things that he told me that I didn't learn from my previous dentist, such as the importance of brushing your teeth after meals, and how having food on your teeth due to not brushing your teeth after meals, could lead to gum disease. But yes, I think Dr. Terry Lee does a great job and I also would recommend him to anyone that's looking for a new dentist! read more

I was surprised when I came that Dr. Lee himself did my cleaning. It was nice to have his trained eyes taking such good care of my teeth. I know some dentists will encourage you to get more fillings becuase it is profitable for them, but I didn't feel this way at all with Dr. Lee. He's not super rough like other dentists can be either. A total fraud, avoid avoid avoid! I saw Dr. Lee for a routine cleaning about two years ago, and he somehow conducted and billed me for an oral exam, which my insurance didn't cover. When I disputed this unwarranted charge, the office manager was completely unwilling to be flexible on this, and sent the outstanding balance to a collection agency (of course I wasn't going to pay for something I didn't ask for or need). I was willing to let this annoyance go, but now that I'm refinancing my mortgage and this blemish on my otherwise perfect credit report is an issue, I'm reminded of the fraudulent and unproffesional business practices at Dr. Lee's. I really dislike going to the dentist. That being said, since taking care of your teeth is very important, I'm glad to have Dr. Lee as my dentist. He's very conscientious, knowledegable, thorough and gentle (and has a sense of humor). He listens to your concerns, walks you through the process of your procedure and informs you about the pros and cons of any treatment being considered.
