Go elsewhere! The other reviews are probably accurate. Ordered orange chicken, beef w/broccoli, green beans and an egg roll through Door Dash. Didn't get the green beans or egg roll. Door Dash gave me a small credit for the egg roll only. Called the restaurant. They apologized and said they would give me a refund that would appear "Monday or Tuesday." This was a Friday night. I stopped here just recently, and let me tell you that this was the first time, that I actually walked up and didn't have to wait to order. Of course I pretty much knew what I wanted. I decided on the sweet and sour chicken and my other entree was the cashew chicken, (I know it was different, but so good). Plus some cream cheese wontons were a good snack before I had to work. I have to say that everything not only looked fresh, but tasted the same as well. Just like the saltiness of the cashew, was a good counterbalance to the sweetness of the chicken. My husband goes to the Coon Rapids one often, but tonight he had had enough. He's written to the headquarters who replied that they would send a message to this place about his concern. Tonight he went in and walked right out. Once again the workers are not in hats or hairnets. He notices the girls usually will have ponytails but the guys have long hair and nothing covering it. The food isn't always that great. Yeah they always have great deals for perks members but you pay by waiting twenty minutes. read more

Second time this has happened where we order our food and the employees claim to have never gotten it even though when we call to say we are there they say yep will be out soon! We wait for a ridiculous time having to call back where they tell us they never gotten our order at all my family is out right disgusted with this. read more

It may be true that they allow curbside delivery, but this spot doesn't care about taking care of the ones who want to stay safer during the pandemic. I called when I arrived, while they were done with the Doordash order and only had a couple of customers. They went to assist the 15-20 odd other customers who decided to swarm the place, all the while I sat outside waiting and waiting. They had a chance to have it done on time yet I waited an extra 15 minutes over the specified ending time while every other person kept going in and out with food. I then walked into the store and got no apologies for having to do so. Seriously will not be giving them my business again. And if you want curbside delivery go to another one or a completely different food establishment. read more

Quite disappointed with the whole experience of this Leann Chin. I arrived about 8:30pm, 5 people were in front of me. A buy an entree/beverage get a free entree text began this day. All the food behind the glass didn't look very fresh except mongolian chicken. I ordered two meals, and asked to have the other two 1/2 entrees cooked for me. The young guy who took my order never put in appetizer sauce, as one meal was a 1/2 entree 1/2 appetizer, getting eggrolls, fried rice, and lemon chicken. All the tables were not clean when I went to sit down and wait for my order. Everyone behind the counter presented themselves as mostly untrained and very novice. I really expected more than this and general cleanliness is a requirement. The food was below average. Won't be going back nor recommending it to anyone. We stopped in for dinner tonight and it was a complete train wreck. The ladies working the buffet not only bickered at each other but also bickered with the line cooks. It was very immature and unprofessional. In addition they were out of multiple dishes and the buffet line was filthy. There was food everywhere, nothing was wiped down and old food sat under the window and was glazed over. I watched a cook sneeze into his apron while on the line. This place has really gone down hill in the last couple years. We picked up take out food there tonight. I was starving but had to dump the whole thing down the garbage disposal. it was absolutely terrible. The vegetables look like they were canned or old and the broccoli was yellow. The food quality was extremely poor and the flavor was...I'm not even sure how to explain it. I should have brought it back but we live too far away. This is now the 3rd time I've had the same interaction with one of the ladies working there. I don't eat meat, but want an order of vegetables in the Thai coconut curry sauce. The first time, she said she had to ask her boss, cane back out after a few minutes and said she could do it "this once." The next time, she made a big stink about how I should eat one of their already vegetarian options. I totally get it but, I really enjoy their Thai coconut curry sauce. After that interaction, my husband and I had chosen to eat at the Blaine store, but this location is closer. So tonight we tried the coon rapids location again. We entered the store and their were 3 workers right at the counter. None of them interacted with us and there weren't any other customers in the store. It took several minutes for the lady to say "it'll be a minute." I went to order the Thai coconut curry with no meat, one of the workers said sure, and the lady said "we can't substitute anything." I said "since when?" And she just responded "yeah we can't substitute anything." The Blaine store does it, no questions asked. Any other time I've gone to coon rapids, the workers have been polite and willing to complete my order. But for whatever reason, this lady does not want to do it. If she would explain why, or there be a reason why others will do it and this lady won't, I would get it. It's unfortunate that she has made us choose not to go there anymore over stupid vegetables in a sauce. I would hope management would figure their shit out with this lady. read more

Ordered through Food Dudes, they were only good part of the meal. Ordered lemon chicken dinners only received 1/2 orders ea., that was not all bad as it TASTED TERRIBLE! Also got an order of Asian noodles had to immediately trough them in garbage they were terrible, had some unknown ingredients that smelled bad and tasted worse. My fiancé and I came in at 8:30 when they close at 9. The young girl who was helping us at the counter was very sweet and helpful. The manager working around her was obviously trying to do everything she could to get out early, taking all the food out of the heaters. The girl helping us would ask the manager (or at least who I assume to be the manager) if they still had "____ entree" tonight since the manager was getting rid of everything and putting everything away. The manager was very rude to the worker... telling her "don't make a mess I just cleaned all of this" and not helping her or any other customers that walked in the door who were waiting for a while. Alongside of the manager getting rid of all the food when they weren't closed yet.. they were out of fried rice and weren't putting any more out. I understand - you close in 30 mins and want to leave. Totally get it. But get a different job that doesn't require you to be there after close time if you're so worried about getting out of work earlier. Because especially when you're a manager and are supposed to be an example and leader to the ones around you..... being a rude c*** to your young employees and to everyone walking in the door... not a good look :) to add on... the "manager" didn't look at or acknowledge any customers.. looked very angry, grumpy, didn't put off a good vibe.
