While clearly, this is normal for owners and managers of this Ace Hardware store, they clearly have no idea of the Progressive clientele of this uptown area. I grew up hunting and fishing and so I'm no stranger to guns but have come to realize that the world would be a better place with fewer guns and ammunition. I'm very disappointed and will likely make more trips out to Lowe's to avoid supporting this store.

The front of the store seemed like they were renovating a bit or moving displays around. They have a small area there in between the restrooms that is a single dog washing station! They seem to have a nice selection of different products, and had I not been in a rush, I would have loved to look around more.

I just ran over there to grab some trimmer string, for three spools it was $28 bucks and change I thought, well that must be what it's going for so I grabbed it and then I saw the mower drive wheels I needed so I grabbed those which were $28 each! I was in a hurry and paid and got to my appointment, then I thought, man, those prices seem expensive let's checkout Amazon and see what they want for those products? Instead of the trimmer line being $10 bucks each, they were $1.50 each, the drive wheels for my mower were $28 bucks for two wheels instead of $28 bucks each I grabbed my receipt and back to Lowe's I went and returned them! The checkout girl said well we have price matching. I told her if Lowe's can't give me an honest price the first time I don't want them. I've been burned too many times by these big heartless corporations that steal money from working people to make some billionaires richer! Never again I hope Lowe's and all these other corporations rot in..... service sucks selection sucks and value well I think I've already expressed my feelings on that! 1000% markup? Had to replace a specialty valve in our plumbing system. It was going to be several days before I…read morecould get one from the manufacturer. M-One was recommended and on checking with them I didn't have much hope but to my surprise they had the exact part. When disassembling components I found an additional specialty part that was also in need of replacement. Perfect luck right ? This time 5-7 days before I would receive it from manufacturer. I didn't think there was a snowballs chance in hell they would have this part but figured why not give them a call and to my "absolute" surprise.. they also had this exact part. Outstanding ... Can't thank y'all enough. Saved the day and system was up and running that day instead of a week down the road. Again..... thanks very much.

I was referred to this store by another plumbing supplier. I was having issues with an old tub…read morevalve and they couldn't help me. From the street you'd have no idea that this was a store. But when I walked in I was greeted by Lou. I expected what was happening and he knew exactly what I needed. He helped me rebuild my value and expanded the reasoning for the issues and how it should be installed and why. The customer service I was given was 10/10. I'll be back to this place for another other needed parts or plumbing fixtures.
