Against my better judgment, I walked into this place, looking for a kitchen table and a sofa table with stools. I ended up buying a kitchen table that I liked, and I also liked a sofa table that they did not have in stock at the time. The gentleman ordered it for me and said it would be shipped out to the store and they would call me once it was ready for pick up. We went around back, picked up my kitchen table loaded it on my truck and drove home. I waited a few days for the sofa table. No big deal. They called me and told me it was ready so I show up and there's a box waiting for me in the rear of the building. I explained to them that I did not know it was going to be in a box otherwise I would not have ordered it at all. There is a tall black gentleman with braids in the front of the store, was extremely rude. He jumped at the chance to tell me... "You signed for it. There ain't no returns. Everything is a final sale here. You should read what you sign for" (which I agree) but the attitude I could have done without. First of all, no one was even talking to him. He did not greet me. He saw me at the front door and walked right past me like I wasn't there & didn't bother with me. (Yes I looked a mess) but that's no excuse. It looks like he's just ready to argue with whoever walks in the door. He's been working there for a very long time so I'm sure they won't be getting rid of him anytime soon, but I think people should know what they're dealing with at this location. So I walked back into the store and asked them if there was an extra charge for the build. There was a woman that said we don't usually build anything, but we will do this one time as a courtesy. I really do appreciate that the woman was actually helping... but that was only after I called the customer service line. I had many people tell me they were unsatisfied at the store, and I still went against my better judgment and walked in. Shame on me, it won't happen again. Next time, give people all the information and let them know that they will have to build it themselves when they get home. I could've went to IKEA if I wanted to build my own furniture. Sad.

A nice distressed look for an old-school Spanish colonial home we are building. What showed up was like a commercial-grade door that looked nothing like what was on the website. When we asked them (nicely) to make changes so that it mirrored what was on the site, they told us it would cost more money. Total extortionists. And then they beat the crap out of the door, totally overdoing it on the distress as if to punish us. I'm warning you: These people are the worst. Not worth the trouble. Don't be romanced by their clear design talent. They're bad, bad people.

Save yourself the headache and go to a store that actually respects its customers and uses professional logistics.

This is my new guilty pleasure store. If you see something there that you like, definitely get it because it most likely won't be there when you go back. My biggest suggestion would be to get another register. The person working the register is usually pretty quick, but the like can still get long, and if someone has a lot of stuff it can really hold up the line.

The pricing of the items was not too bad on some and phenomenal on others, but definitely worth coming back again and again.

Apparently their so-called "Goof Proof" coverage doesn't actually cover the product deteriorating under normal use, which is absurd. To make matters worse, multiple stores and sales associates repeatedly claimed that the sofa was "leather everywhere the body touches." That is a complete lie. If that were true, it wouldn't already be peeling and deteriorating this quickly under normal use. Customers are clearly being misled about the actual materials used in these products. Their service process is just as bad as the furniture quality. If you report that something is making noise, they don't actually troubleshoot or investigate the issue. Unless the furniture is literally falling apart in front of them, they look for every excuse possible to deny coverage. The biggest red flag? Multiple sales associates openly suggested exaggerating or lying about when damage occurred just to get a claim approved. Think about that for a second, their own employees know the warranty process is designed to deny legitimate claims, so they coach customers on how to manipulate the system. That alone tells you everything you need to know about how this business operates. They are more interested in selling overpriced protection plans than standing behind the quality of the furniture they sell. Once they have your money, customer service disappears and accountability goes with it. Avoid this store unless you enjoy paying premium prices for cheaply made furniture, misleading sales tactics, and warranty coverage that appears designed to protect the company,not the customer.

Silly dog shredded the skirt of my slipcover and Faviola was able to find/match the fabric and replace just the skirt. Totally washable slipcover, super comfy sofa was new again. Fast forward, sofa cushions got tired, cover still lovely, so Faviola and team refilled my cushions, made the cushions like new again. Fast forward to this past visit.... dog again... shredded too much, so we had a whole new slipcover for my 20 year sofa and it's fantastic!! Faviola is a great careful, communicator. I always know what I'm getting and what the price will be.
