I decided to purchase 2 tea pots, 1 - ~24oz, another ~8oz. I was eyeballing and guesstimating, but since one was $4 and the other $5, I decided to get both so I have a range of satisfying tea options! I also picked up 2 small bamboo cutting boards, perfect for when I'm slicing just 1 piece of fruit or veg, or a simple 8oz hunk o' meat. They were $2 each. My 2 impulse buys were 1 bamboo rice spatula, since I use my other one all the time, it's getting a bit worn, and a 4pk of metal straws. Each of those was just $1! Against my better judgment, I walked into this place, looking for a kitchen table and a sofa table with stools. I ended up buying a kitchen table that I liked, and I also liked a sofa table that they did not have in stock at the time. The gentleman ordered it for me and said it would be shipped out to the store and they would call me once it was ready for pick up. We went around back, picked up my kitchen table loaded it on my truck and drove home. I waited a few days for the sofa table. No big deal. They called me and told me it was ready so I show up and there's a box waiting for me in the rear of the building. I explained to them that I did not know it was going to be in a box otherwise I would not have ordered it at all. There is a tall black gentleman with braids in the front of the store, was extremely rude. He jumped at the chance to tell me... "You signed for it. There ain't no returns. Everything is a final sale here. You should read what you sign for" (which I agree) but the attitude I could have done without. First of all, no one was even talking to him. He did not greet me. He saw me at the front door and walked right past me like I wasn't there & didn't bother with me. (Yes I looked a mess) but that's no excuse. It looks like he's just ready to argue with whoever walks in the door. He's been working there for a very long time so I'm sure they won't be getting rid of him anytime soon, but I think people should know what they're dealing with at this location. So I walked back into the store and asked them if there was an extra charge for the build. There was a woman that said we don't usually build anything, but we will do this one time as a courtesy. I really do appreciate that the woman was actually helping... but that was only after I called the customer service line. I had many people tell me they were unsatisfied at the store, and I still went against my better judgment and walked in. Shame on me, it won't happen again. Next time, give people all the information and let them know that they will have to build it themselves when they get home. I could've went to IKEA if I wanted to build my own furniture. Sad.

Be sure to check their IG page for hours as they are only open one or two weekends a month or by appointment. Parking can be a challenge. It was a Sunday when it appeared all the suites in the building were closed and I asked in the shop if it was alright to park in the lot and after about 30 minutes someone came in asking for the driver who was parked in their designated spot. So...do yourself a favor and park on the street. They have a few different rooms set up in tasteful vignettes. The prices seem reasonable. I am not sure if they are negotiable. A dressing room is available to try on clothes before purchasing. It was opening weekend so it was a bit hectic. I will be back soon to take a better look.
