Outlets are usually a hit or miss in furniture. Was lucky to find exactly what I was looking for the day I went. This PB location has a lot to choose from and although some items are still a little too retail priced others have great extra discounts on them. The service from staff was excellent, very helpful in breaking down final cost, and also loading in to our vehicle. I would periodically check in and find some good deals here. read more

I had an unpleasant experience with Monique on Sunday 6/28. So rude . I think one thing I used to like about this store was friendly , kind a a helpful staff. Apparently I interrupted her morning when she had to ring me up and bag my items. There was absolutely no line and no one in the store and she rudely pointed to the line que and said "the line starts over there but I guess I can help you !?" Then said nothing to me except " your receipts in the bag" .. Honestly someone needs to train Monique on customer service. I will say that this outlet can be really hit or miss if you're looking for bit furniture purchases. But, if you can find what you're looking for, you're going to get an incredibly high quality piece for a fraction of the price. One thing we do like to come here for are for smaller sized options. Towels, back to school backpacks, etc. They always have a good selection here and things are reasonably priced. And, once again, you know because these are Pottery Barn, they are very high quality so you are going to get a great lifespan out of what you are purchasing. Staff here is friendly, but often times are confined to the register area. If you are looking for some help, you might need to hunt around a bit to find someone. However, once you do, they are always very helpful and will go above and beyond to help you out. read more

The part of your barn outlet was fine. It was our first time there, and it was a little underwhelming in my opinion. There wasn't a ton in comparison to the other Pottery Barn outlets. I had been with that being said everything they offered there was quality and prices were definitely a lot cheaper than going to the main store. Coworkers were friendly , the store was well organized, and if I lived in the area, I definitely would go back if there were things I was looking for. read more

First if you're going to come here, know the dimensions of furniture , pillows, tables etc . that you are seeking or currently have at home , All sales are final so k is before you go. I Came up here for the cookware store a few doors down . Was told this was a disappointing store , but i barely made it half way around the store before i realized i had already been in there for an hour . Not disappointed at all . They already have holiday as in Christmas items , tons of furniture chairs , bedding , travel leather goods , lots of fabric shower curtains 40-70% off. I left with two big bags . They have a small area of PB Kids, and PB Teen, and they have a ton of backpacks if you are looking for a replacement for your kids or even to use as an inexpensive beach bag come here , they have a giant wall of them something for everyone's taste . I'll be back to check out the remainder of store i never made it through . read more

I moved into a new home this past year and needed all new furniture. This outlet was a blessing. I was able to get several key items for just a fraction of the price. hard to begin , bought a table as is. then could not use the extended as the clamps on the table were damaged. decided to call and ask about maybe getting replacements . the phone conversation was terrible. finally they under stood, that I realized the outlet is as is.it was the way the women spoke to me , like I was lying. do you have a receipt? well yes, not trying to place blame at all. she was just rude. and it took 4 calls to get through. read more

I entered this store an hour before closing time and as I was browsing around the store, I noticed that the sales staff were just standing around, they appeared to be bored since there weren't many customers in the store at that particular time. Each person working there approached me asking if I needed something. As I continued to circulate through the store, more and more salestaff approached me. Which would normally be fine, but they were not friendly about it. The third person approached me and told me the store was closing in half an hour, which I knew, so I said "okay, great" and I turned back to what I was looking at and noticed she was just standing there staring at me. So I proceeded to browse around since they were not closed yet. She eventually left. Then the fourth person approached me asking if I needed anything, I finally mentioned to the fourth person that I had been approached by everyone so far and I still do not need anything at the moment (kindly) and she told me I should just tell them I am browsing around. That should have been self evident to her / all of them. Coming in an hour before closing is enough time to get around the store without being made to feel rushed out of there or unwelcome. I eventually left because the furniture pieces I had come to look at were all badly damaged and there wasn't really anything else in the store that I was interested in. Unfortunately, much of the furniture looks badly damaged. This isn't the first time that I've come in to possibly buy something that they posted on instagram only to see that it has a lot of damage. Although this is an outlet store, does it have to mean that a lot of the furniture appears to have been drop kicked or that it fell from the back of a truck in order to be marked down? read more

This outlet is massive. You do have to really now what you want to navigate thru the place. It's had to find assistance on the floor, but the prices are great. It can use some cleaning & a little more organization. read more
