I hired Diego and his team for putting pavers in my patio. Diego arrived on time for a free estimate and sent me the estimate within a day. I wanted some additions to the initial scope we had discussed, so he came again, and we discussed the new scope. He sent me a few options for the paving stones and the companies to purchase them from. I sent him the pictures of what I wanted. All this was discussed in February, and the project was to start in April. He and his guys came on time, and were very professional, did an amazing job. In fact my neighbor asked me about the nice retaining wall he built for my front yard. His guys made some great decisions instead of me having to give too much direction. They finished the project ahead of schedule. I am very pleased with how my patio and retaining wall turned out. He is very reasonable and nice to work with. Really great bunch of guys! Will definitely recommend them. Not only did arrive at a short notice, but they also went above and beyond. We had forgotten to tell them to work on the left side of our house, but they went ahead and cleaned that side up as well. They also cleaned up the mouth of drains surrounding the house which was causing water and leaves to clog up. I tried to work with this company. Specifically someone named Diego. Things started out great. They were very responsive. First red flag was when I scheduled time for them to come give me an estimate. They said they would be at my home at 10am. Nobody showed, so an hour later I texted Diego to ask if he was still coming. He did apologize and said he would be by around 2pm. He did come by. I got an estimate a few days later. While I thought it was extremely high, I wanted to give them a chance. So I scheduled the work to be done on the following Monday at 10am. Monday at 10am came and went. So at 11:30am I reached out to ask if they were coming. I got a text saying they apologized but wouldn't be able to come that day. Yet nobody reached out to tell me that. I had to keep texting to ask where they were. While I was quite annoyed at this time, for some reason I asked if we could reschedule. Let's just say I have never heard from Hergom Landscaping again. Awful customer service. I would advise staying far away. Who runs a business like that? Highly disappointed, especially since there were some good, positive reviews. read more
