I love wonton soup and have had some pretty bad ones in the past. It's a really simple soup but this was the worst I have ever had. It should be several wontons in a chicken broth but this had mushrooms and peas in it and a garlicy taste. Yuk! If I ever go back I would not order the soup. Ordered the Kung Pao chicken. I ate here with my wife and five kids. When we recurved the check, I was surprised to see that they automatically added an 18% tip. I have never had a tip added by any restaurant for a party that only contained me, my wife, and my kids. I assumed that I had just missed the notice of an added tip on the menu, and the $10 tip was what I would have left regardless, so I paid the bill without questioning it. I tip and I generally tip well, But I was a little flustered about not being given notice about the tip being added. Had I not been paying attention, I probably would have double tipped. I checked the menu on the way out, and it said that a 15% would be added to parties with 5 adults or more. I asked the gentleman at the the front and he said that the policy changed due to the coronavirus. It was no longer 5 adults - we were charged the auto tip because we had a large family. It was also no longer 15% - it had gone up to 18%. I said that they couldn't give one policy and one amount on the menu and change it once the check came out. He thanked me for reminding him to change the menu and again blamed the virus. It is absurd that they felt justified in charging us more than the menu price and changing the menu policy without notice. I would have left a good tip, but to force me to leave that tip through fraudulent activity is unethical. When confronted, the man should have offered to refund the difference between 15 and 18%. I wouldn't have taken it, but he should have offered instead of suggesting that he had the right to charge us more than the price that was on the menu. read more

I really enjoy the cashew chicken here and the service is friendly. We've recently been taking advantage of their delivery being the dining rooms in Georgia have been closed thanks to COVID. Then after about 10 minutes brought us our food, along with the check. The soup was good, but the food wasn't that good. I ordered the Golden Buddha chicken because it's supposed to have more vegetables. It didn't have that many. Got plenty of rice though, which I don't really eat. The food comes in large portions for the price and is of high quality. Their "crab angles" are my favorite appetizer and their wonton soup is delicious. My husband and I have been coming to this location for years, but this last time (a Saturday) was our final time. The waitress, who has been there for a while and knows us, took forever coming to take our order and asked, "Are you ready to order? Because it's last call for the kitchen." What? It wasn't even three o'clock, so we figured she must have meant it was final call for the lunch menu. Anyway, we happened to be ready to order since she took a while to come to the table. Then she argued with my husband when he asked for wonton soup for two. She kept trying to tell him we got free soup with our meal, but I had to interrupt her to tell her he wanted the soup for two because it has the shrimp and chicken and such in it and the free soup doesn't. I ordered sweet and sour shrimp and a California roll. My husband, in addition to the wonton soup, ordered pepper steak. The sushi was terrible. The sushi chef clearly didn't give a damn, because the sushi rice was pure mush and the roll was so lose the filling nearly fell out of every piece. I wish I had taken a picture of how epically awful it was. At least the flavor was halfway decent. The sweet and sour shrimp was good, but my husband said his pepper steak tasted 'off', and now he has been running to the bathroom all morning in severe gastric distress. Not long after our food came, all the kitchen staff came out and started eating in the dining room. I guess that's what 'last call' was about. They just wanted to hurry our food up so they could eat. I just can't believe how much this place has gone downhill. Very sad, and we will not be back. They have lost two very long-term customers, and from the look of the very empty dining room nearly every time we go, they should be worried about keeping every single one they can. read more

I've ordered delivery from here three times now, and it has always been delicious! The food is always fresh and hot. I always stick to the Japanese menu, as that is what I prefer. Usually sushi just isn't good when you aren't eating it in the restaurant. But not from here! Their sushi is really good! They have great fried rice! And the side salad they give you is huge! I think it's very reasonably priced. The delivery service isn't the quickest, but it has always been within the time frame I was quoted and nothing has ever been wrong or missing! The only drawback...I wish they would lower their minimum order price for their delivery orders. Not always, but many times when someone is ordering delivery, it is because they are staying in and not eating with anyone else or ordering from the office for their self. At this place, sometimes it's hard to reach a $15 minimum order when you are ordering for one. I think a $10 minimum order would make more sense, personally. read more

There aren't any pictures on the menu. So you'll need to be familiar with Chinese food selections by name. We weren't. So it took us a while to decide what we wanted. Our waiter seemed impatient and rushed us. There was only one waiter for five tables. That may be the norm but he needed help. Food was delicious. While I was dining in at this restaurant, I noticed 2 asians having a meal that was not included in the menu. I asked the waiter, he said it is a Korean dish not American or American food. He didn't seem to want to tell me. He finally said it was Jajangmyeon, a Korean noodle dish. I also noticed that there was another Asian family also having Korean dishes, looked like Korean fried Chicken. The waiter also brought them what looks like Kimchi and something else to the table. I didn't get anything nor did the other Non-Asian customers. I've ordered take out and dined in before, they never mentioned anything about a Korean menu. I also noticed it's not on their website. I felt left out and slighted. I love Korean food and I would have liked the opportunity to enjoy the Korean dishes also. My dining partner ordered the sesame chicken and we each tried the other's dish... both agreeing the food was amazing. I was very surprised at the interior of the restaurant based on the exterior shopping center view. The atmosphere was calmer than expected. I didn't expect a decent seating area with booths. We went in to just order something quick and go while running other errands, but I could go back to sit and enjoy a meal. We were glad to see they deliver, which we took advantage of shortly after our first visit. The meals I've had so far were great. I'm a big chinese food fan and love a variety of seafood, rice and pasta dishes. I'm new to the area and avoided it for a while because of the shopping center view. I really hate to say this but do not go here. I love chinese food. I eat it ALL the time. So me and my family decided to get take out last week. Our favorite place was closed due to renovation so we decided this would the best runner up. Not only was it very pricey but we all ended up with food poisioning. Me, my father, and my THREE year old sister all ended up with food poisioning the next day. The problem was from old oil and we all got very sick. My father was so bad he ended up at the doctors, who took blood and confirming our suspisions. It had been years since I've last eaten here. It's nice to know my old delivery spot still does it right. The thai area has been moved from the hibachi/sushi side of the restaurant called Momoya and into the Chinese dining area. What hasn't changed is the quality and richness of those thai dishes. The menu lists standard regimen of options but always done very well. This is the place that I had tried my first spicy basil and to this day still one of the best I've had in GA. Thai curry lovers should not be disappointed either. Rich but balanced flavors throughout. In my opinion the thai food here is Thai Norcross' only real competition outside the perimeter. If you were smart enough to read the reviews first, you skipped this spot. The food is poor quality at a high price. I had sweet and sour shrimp and the shrimp were tough and chewy. The breading was overly plump and thick to make the shrimp look bigger. The service was at first surly and then non-existent once she brought my food (which came quickly). The rice was good. As large as this place is, the food is bad so I can't imagine who comes here to fill it. Do yourself a favor and go down the street to the spot in the strip mall next to Lowe's (near Walmart).
