So much delicious food! My family and I ordered the all you can eat hotpot and it was amazing! There is every conceivable vegetable, protein (from meats to lobster balls and puff tofu), noodle (there's like 5 options of noodles including a fantastic house made one) and 5 different soup options to choose from. There are dozens of appetizers/sides you can also order like spring rolls, edamame, curry fish balls (just to name a few) as well as some good old standards like lo mein, fried rice and even chicken nuggets and fries that are ALL included in the all-you-can-eat. The red bean sesame balls are my daughter's favorite dessert bite but the servers came around and offered us popsicles/ice creams at the end of the meal as well! I actually get their hotpot lunch menu at least once a week, like clockwork. Because it's just that good. What makes this hot pot special: Large cooked kitchen menu AUCE included in hot pot price. Including rare items, like; braised tea eggs, sichuan shredded potato, gyoza, Taiwanese style pop chicken nuggets, and more. Unlimited chicken wings, made fresh. And, the wet lemon pepper slaps. Meat portions are so large that I order half portion. Sauce buffet bar here is the best in Georgia. Super clean, refilled often, and even has amazing peppercorn oil 花椒油. Want my sauce recipe? Luxurious and cute interior space, filled with white marble and Tiffany blue tableware. Their house pickles are on the buffet and are super addictive. I eat about 3 large bowls per visit. My only complaint here is that the broths are very mild in flavor and meats aren't the highest quality --- but the value, price, cooked items selection, and sauce bar makes up for it. The beautiful Tiffany blue plating and white marble decor here reminds me of the late and lovely hotpot place in Taiwan, Jiu Zhai Shi Guo 九寨十鍋-中山旗艦店. This is the Buford location only. We got here right as they open first thing in the morning at 11. They offer AYCE Chinese style hot pot. They have the most affordable price all around. $20 for lunch on weekdays and $30 for dinner and weekends. This place is decorated with a Chinese Japanese Asian theme, with pretty cherry blossoms all over. This restaurant is brand new and so it's very clean. In fact when we walked in you can smell how fresh and clean it still is. It's a single building in the middle of the Sam's Club parking lot in Buford. I love all the large windows all around the building give it an air of openness. They have a mini sauce station to make your own sauce. Thought we came early and the service would be bad, but we were greeted right away at the door and he found us the best spot in the restaurant. The waiter was very accommodating and nice. Most all you can eat restaurants don't check up on you and rush you to order and leave but he took his time and kept checking to see if we wanted anything else. Because it was still early in the morning there wasn't much to clean after, but the staff went around and continued to wipe down the sauce, bar and the restaurant. They have the same menu for lunch and dinner, however, on the menu, there are a handful of items that are only served during dinner such as crawfish. Which is also all you can eat; there's no limitation on time or the amount of dishes, which was a plus. They had some cooked items too, that you can order from the menu in addition to the hot pot. Such as chicken, wings, dumplings, edamame, braised, fried rice, fried noodles, marinated egg, french fries, ect. Plenty to choose from. You get to choose from six different hot pot broth. We tried them all, and I preferred the golden spicy sour broth and the tummy broth. You could always add some more flavoring to your broth from the sauce station. I was told to come here since this is the 2nd day during their week of the soft opening. This is an AYCE Hot Pot restaurant with a ton of appetizers. This place is located off Hwy 20 in Buford. It's located at the old Del Taco fast food Mexican. Parking is very small and can be tight at busy hours as this isn't a typical Hot Pot sized restaurant. The size is as small as a McDonald's/Arby's. Walking in and finding the front desk to be seated is a bit confusing as this layout it for a fast food restaurant and not a sit down restaurant. The booths are small and seating is very limited. The tables are small so I can see it being a problem with a bunch of Hot Pot food with a crowd of people at your table. We were seated right away and said in an open area along with 2 other parties right next to us. Service was very slow as they were working out the kinks and figuring on what to do since everybody is new. I won't ding them for service at all. The variety for lunch when is priced at only $19.99 was an amazing deal which included all kinds of shrimp. I won't go into detail on what's all about there to eat but will attach the menu on here. One highlight is there are ton of appetizers that you can order that is included in the lunch price. The fried shrimp dumplings, fried pork buns, lotus salad, and fried shrimp were all amazing. I would skip the vegetable fried rice and noodles as it had 0 flavor and looked like a 5 year old had cooked it. The soup bases are okay as I got the Mushroom soup base. Sauce bar is tiny and lacking. The sauce bar ran dry as they just didn't have enough staff to serve everybody. I had to keep reminding them on what they forgot to bring us. I would say, a better ordering system and communication with the server and cook is much needed. One thing I would do away is the metal hot pot spoons. I burned myself many times as I always been used to plastic spoons at hot pot spots. All in all, this is a decent spot with a ton of foods for an awesome price. I will definitely be coming back to try out their dinner menu as there is crawfish! I am sorry I didn't take many photos as I was preoccupied with my little one jumping around. read more

We finally stopped by yesterday to try it and immediately after we left, my partner said "this is now going to be a regular place for us." And it absolutely will be! When you walk in, it's a small but bright place. It smells amazing! Once we sat down, they explained the differences in the foods we could get, price, etc. We both opted for the hot pot, which on Sundays is all you can eat for $30. There's a ton of options to choose from and even more ingredients. There's a few levels of spice and the one picture (in the red) is extra spicy. They have a bar of sauces, green onions and garlic to add to the top too. Also, the service is great! Food: This is your standard AYCE hot pot for about $30 a person. We went during the weekend so it was more expensive. I think if you go during the weekday, it's like $20. I wished they had more sauce options. They have your standard green onion, garlic, soy sauce, lime, oyster sauce but there's not that much variety. What really surprised me was the variety of food I was able to order ON TOP of hot pot items like dumplings, fried rice, bang bang shrimp, chicken wings, edamame and soooo much more. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend getting the garlic crawfish!! I think this item might only be a weekend thing but it's so good! And it's UNLIMITED and comes with the $30. Right when we walked in, we got told the options to eating and our waitress was very patient in explaining. The entire courses offered were excellent food choices, especially the ribeye and soup bases. My mom really enjoyed her mushroom soup base and I enjoyed my bok choy with my sesame sauce. We started small with our choices, but we really loved the lobster meatballs and the rice cakes. It was a great ambiance, with a mix of pop culture and the sound of people eating. My friend and I came here for lunch on a weekday but we opted into the dinner special for $29.99 since we wanted to try the full menu. (Lunch $19.99 with some limit options). I was kinda disappointed as the dinner option gave us more seafood things to try and everything we tried did not seem fresh. The crawfish flavor was good but the meat just crumbled..we couldn't even get it out of the shell in one piece. The raw oyster had a smell and came out in a bowl (not on the shell). Even the raw shrimp seemed to not be fresh either. Ultimately, I was more happy with the food options that we were able to get just on the lunch menu, so the price step up was a waste. I do like that they have a lot of variety in cooked food and the entire menu is AYCE. We will be back but won't be doing the dinner option for awhile (maybe on a weekend when they are busier?). The sauce bar isn't as big as other places, but it has what you need. The customer service was good, they are a very friendly establishment and the decor was super cute as well. First time trying for it had a no delivery fee with DoorDash promo. Food arrived within reason and hot. I had spring rolls, tofu hot n sour soup, and broccoli tofu meal. The soup was very tasty, a good balance of sourness. The spring rolls were very good also. The meal was fine but might try something else since the tofu wasn't as crispy as I would have liked and had a gel like coating on it which was a little off putting. The tofu in the soup was better, so maybe they could work something better for that. I'm trying to stay away from too much animal protein due to kidney issues. Tofu was a little weird getting used too at first but like it now. So wish they had a few more options with it. I would think they could substitute it in the chicken or beef entrees. I'll have to call them and ask unless they read this and answer in a reply. Just having the soup and one or two appetizers would be a good option also. Now this might sound stupid or nitpicking but the bowls that the soup and rice came in was kind of a pain opening. The lid pops down into the bowl which makes a really good seal and kept it hot but you pretty much have to pry a spoon or fork to get under it to lift off.
