The gravy that came with it was a good consistency, like a classic brown gravy you'd get from an American Chinese restaurant, but it was a little bland (I always try my Chinese without soy sauce first and I did have to add a little bit to this dish). The fried rice was fresh and had egg and some vegetables. Overall I would go there again if we were in the area and probably just call ahead to bypass the wait for ordering.
