We moved recently to the north end of Rialto so my old place was far out and I was having a little trouble trusting and finding a spot. I came across this place from all the Yelp reviews and its close to my work. My experience at Lee's was one of the best I have had in the Inland Empire. The staff was warm, welcoming, and extremely kind and my gel manicure/pedicure looked fantastic. Price was not bad paid 84 for 3 manicures and one pedicure. But honestly the older lady who does nails did a horrible job. It's been less then a week and all my gel peeled or came completely off. She cut my nails crooked and just horrible. Let so much of my cuticles there as well. Then when she was doing my gel she left some on my fingers and it burned. My sisters and moms is so nice and was done right but mine was just bad. If you go do not let the older lady do your nails! read more

This place gets three stars: one star for every pedicure they successfully completed. I went in with my girls for a birthday surprise pedicure. We booked four but only had 3 pedicures completed. Fortunately, the girls had successful pedicures. I did not. I've never done this before, but I had to stop the lady doing my pedicure because she managed to make at least 5 of my toes bleed on the sides. I had to tell her we were done. She had the nerve to say that my bleeding toes were "ok" and proceeded to get that mystery green stuff to put on my toes. I replied, " No, it is not ok," which is sad. She should know that it is not ok. Shame on her. Another lady who worked at the shop noticed my pedicure abruptly stopped and I explained my issue with her. She kindly offered to finish the pedicure but at this point, I did not want to finish the pedicure and put nail polish on or near my cuts. She did not want to take no for an answer, which is almost as annoying as getting my feet cut up. She apologized several times but after the 4th or 5th time, it gets old. Where was the apology from the lady who ripped my cuticles up? She pretty much just hid the the back until I left. My girls enjoyed their pedicures, which is more important to me than enjoying my pedicure. Bottom line: I wouldn't go back but if you try this place, be careful not to get the lady that butchered my feet. read more

I came here yesterday to get a full set and I am so tremendously disappointed with the entire experience and the quality of my nails. I got a full set on my nails and toes which I understand is a lot of work. But I was fully prepared to pay the cost and tip generously. Which I did despite not being satisfied with the service or the finished product. First of all, I was extremely rushed. They made it well known that they did not want to do what I was asking for. I would have left if I didn't already have the acrylics on my hands. The entire time they kept sighing and talking about how many people were waiting. Again. I understand it's a lot of work. But if it's not something you offer, then don't offer it! I wouldn't have come here if you had said that you didn't have the resources to complete this job. Which in all honesty, is not that strange for a nail salon to do! I know I'm not cthe only person who gets acrylics on their toes. So it's nothing they haven't done before. The manicure is blotchy. I got matte finish and it doesn't look matte it looks worn out. Because they were rushing so much, they did a really messy job and I had paint on my fingers and toes. They didn't even clean my nails or do my cuticles !!! Mind you I paid 90 $ for this manicure !!!! And I tipped each of the three people who worked on my nails 20$ ! And they couldn't even clean my nails or trim my cuticles ? The nails themselves are jagged. Even worse the next day my fingers and toes are sore. I mean , sore. That can't be good.... read more

The lady who did my pedi was amazing and did an excellent job, however the reason for the two stars is because the lady who did my full set didn't listen when I told her some of my nails looked crooked after she filed and shaped them. Went without (uncharacteristically of me) looking at reviews first. I was waiting for my car to get detailed and saw the nail shop across the street and decided that would be a great way to spend my time while waiting. I went in for mani pedi. The women that helped me did a great job. Especially Tau who really scrubed the rough bottoms of my feet. They are nice and smooth now. I would have given 5 stars but an employee(?)/owner(?) appeared to be yelling at everyone (other employees). It was a bit uncomfortable. I've been going around trying different places for a while now. When I came across Lee Nails, it was really last minute because I was on my way to San B for a special occasion. I googled & came across Lee Nails. They did more then just the average for me. (Which I was not expecting because I arrived almost at closing time, but it was an emergency). Because of a recent work injury, my spine is now having issues if I do not do pressure release/repostion every 15, 30 minutes. & if I don't do this, cold sweats, nausea, feeling faint, & dizziness, follows shortly after. & after slight discomfort of sitting there for a while from getting a Pedi, I think they noticed I wasn't feeling too good. I didn't even say anything, they asked what was wrong, if I was feeling okay, I explained it was normal. & they took it upon themselves to go out of their way to do my mani/pedi to my comfort. They brought out a fan, some ice cold water, and did everything they could to do my nails In position to where I was comfortable. They hooked me up. Their customer service was the best I've experienced yet!! Now, of course people are nice cause they wanna get paid. But this night was different for me, because I've been struggling with this beginning spinal cord injury. It's scary, stressful, humiliating, & the pain is overwhelming. And because I've already been so sad because I've been scared, it meant a lot to me the love and care they showed me the night I showed up. They all sat around me & told stories & made me laugh and feel better. And took my mind off of the nausea I was experiencing. I live all the way in corona, & I will definitely make the drive to come back here. And I'll never forget their names. Tan, Sareng (Sarah), & Titi.
