I was on Redlands looking for a last minute pedicure and manicure for 3 people. This place popped up and was the only one open until 730p.m on a Friday. It is located in downtown San Bernardino near the movie theater. There is parking right in front but more at the back. I drove past it and parked in front of the movie theater. That was the wrong move as the sidewalks are closed. They had to unlock the front door for us. The place is heavily secured. Plenty of homeless around. It is a sketchy area. My mom in law who has dementia was scared. She even asked the one male worker at the salon to walk us back to the car which he was kind enough to do. The lady who did my spa pedicure did a great job. She took her time. She even reminded me to turn on my massage chair. The price was $30 for the spa pedicure. Manicure was $20. I thought they were very reasonable. read more

I recommend it! They pay incredible attention to detail especially with cuticle care and it really shows. My polish always lasts way longer than it has anywhere else and I'm always clacking away on my keyboard. I've tried gel and gel x mani and their deluxe pedicure packages. They also have paraffin which not a lot of salons carry. I usually bring in my own inspo photos, and somehow they still make the design look even better than what I show them. They are super friendly, patient, and you can tell they genuinely give their best to every client. If you're looking for a place that's consistent, talented, welcoming at an amazing price this is it. Right before the 4th of july I went back to this salon because i broke my thumb nail. I had john again do my nails and he said lets do a new set i was like okay. 50.00 dollars for a new set and all i wanted was clear gel polish on my new set of nails. He did a great job. 3 weeks later I noticed on 2 nails there was fungus. So I went back and told the nail tech kora i have fungus on two nails and she said it was slime. I told her ni its fungus and i dont even know what nail slime is. So she says i will soak off your nails for free i was like okay lets do that. Then i said lets do a manicure and paint my nails she says okay. So I out 20.00 dollars for a manicure and a 10.00 dollar tip on the manicure table to pay for the manicure. Then she says i dont need a manicure and she would paint my nails. Okay i said so she paints my nails and i leave She kept the 30.00 dollars. So i called vip nails and said I paid for a manicure and never got one. Now they said i have to pay for the soak off and to paint my nails so they did send me back 15.00 dollars. Honestly they didnt want to do my manicure because of the fungus oh no wait the slime. Every thing that touches the fungus spreads like files, drills, polishes. I should call state board and report this. This salon is not clean and this is why i have fungus wait no its slime. read more

Highly disappointed with this nail place. Called early morning to see if I can do an appointment, they said yes at 5:40pm! I work and get out at 5:30pm ( work close by), went to the shop at 5:33 pm and it was closed. Their open signs were lit up so I called them and they said they were full??? It's crazy because my mother and my aunts have had a very good experiences here. That is why I went in, hoping that I would have the same luck. Unfortunately, that was not the case I went in and I asked if they could do that design they said yes, but that they didn't have that color. My first red flag should've been when he was popping off my nails with a nail tip from a box. Then when he was putting the tips, I told him I wanted the straight nails and he told me that since I only wanted a little bit of length. That it wouldn't curve because it was gonna be short. They showed me the colors that they did have available which quite honestly didn't look blue at all the colors kind of looked old. once he got the powder out and put some acetone on it. It looked like a beautiful blue and once it was actually on my nail, it looked nothing like it to which I did let him know before he continued with the rest of the nails. I ended up telling him to just remove the nail tips and the one acrylic nail that he did. They filed my nails so much that they were red once I went to another nail salon to have my nails done. I most definitely will not be coming back . I paid $45 in total for the gel pedicure and for them to remove my old nails when honestly, I probably shouldn't even paid the removal of my nails because they pop them off and it was hurting when he was doing it. He also broke one of my natural nails because he was popping them off like that. My nails are super thick and strong so the fact that it broke is insane . I did also have my toes done. Those were completely fine because those were gel and a very nice blue. The other lady that was there did apologize and told me that if she wasn't busy, she would've helped me but she was with a client. But at the end of the day, I did leave very disappointed and with a broken nail so that sucks. read more

THE WORST Experience I've ever had in my life. I sat down, and I told them what I wanted before I can describe the designs. They made me pay in advance before they were even finished starting on my nails. Then, when I was done, they rush me out as if I did something to them because they say people rob them and run off with nails all the time, literally only visiting from Texas for a few days.
