While getting my nails done, a black women came in to inquire about prices and the nail tech made a racist comment about hating to work on "them". If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience was terrible. Nina, the nail tech, was extremely rough -- she over-cut my cuticles and filed my nails way too much. Two days later, my nails are still sore and the cuticles are infected from being cut improperly. She seemed distracted and careless during the whole process. Please avoid this place -- it's not worth it. Definitely do not bring children here either. read more

Horrible service, didn't catch the ladies name gonna go back to get it. Went in for a simple manicure. I repeated myself no gel so many times I lost count yet she still insisted to upgrade me to some other kind of gel, acted like she couldn't understand me when I said no, and still put it on me and charged me five dollars extra. For a simple manicure that should've been $17. It ended up being $25, she nicked me three times and left my finger bleeding, none of the shapes look even let alone the clear polish is not evenly distributed on my nails. Even after my finger was bleeding, she didn't stop nicking me. Left in pain. Honestly, such horrible service no wonder they were empty. That should've been my first red flag. I came in at 12:30 and left at 12:44. 8/12/25. First time my daughter and I get our mani & pedi here. We are very happy with the results. Just wish they would not have left that big space between the cuticle and acrylic as pictured with the purple set. Place is clean, staff was friendly and very patient. This is probably the worst nail salon, their tools are not sanitized but are getting so called cleaned with the dirty water your feet are in, ladies are nice but overall such bad service, some how I walked in with terrible feet and walked out with worse, the nail polish was applied so badly and it looked terrible, my skin looked drier walking out than what I initially walked in with. Don't recommend but again the ladies working there were nice, they just need more experience and sanitize properly. read more

They just lost a customer...I called less than 5 minutes ago for an appointment they tell me come in..and suddenly cash only..so now its "can you go get cash"...so easy...no consideration for the customers time, work isnt great either, moving on... Very disappointed with my fill!!! I complained quite a few times but she just said it was because I should have gotten a new set which I even asked and she said it was good for another 2-3 weeks! Got my nails done about a week ago, love them. There is only 2 people at that shop that I trust which is Tom & the tony other than that no no no. The young guy can come off as rude but I genuinely know he's not trying to be. And I know this because I've been comming to this place for yearsss (as a back up). So if he like taps on your hands ect don't get offended. Other than that I like ALL THE MALE EMPLOYEES 100% (3 male employees) recommended them they know how to shape and file. this set was $40 not bad for gel and being long. My nails looks great exactly what I asked for as for my pedi I can't say the same thing the lady rushed it took her about 10 minutes to finish & she did not put a top coat which made my nails chip. If there is only 2 or 3 people don't get a pedi they will rush Update: got my nails done December 29th for my birthday the next day they were super cute I left satisfaced. Then next morning I wake up get ready for work and I get to work and some how one nails was missing, one nail snapped without me noticing! Then I start working and 3 more nails snapped!! After our disappointing visit to Boudoir Nail Beauty Bar, my boyfriend and I decided to get lunch at Pho Noon (really delicious and genuine broth, by the way). Just out of curiosity, I asked the host, who brought us utensils, how the nail salon a couple doors down was. To my surprise, I had actually asked the owner of the salon, Tram, about her salon; she told us to stop by right after lunch so I can remove my nails. The moment we had walked in, one of the nail technicians welcomed us, and asked what service I was interested in doing; I said, "Just a set removal please." Tram immediately recognized us, and took me in. She was very considerate about keeping my real nails. Removal was gentle and painless -- though she always remembered to check in on me every now and then. On top of that, the salon was very spacious and clean. I paid less than the asking price at Boudoir Nail Beauty Bar to get my nails removed gently, dealt with nicer people, and altogether had a pleasant experience at this salon. The service was okay but literally was in there for 4 hours. When I arrived I understood there was a wait. I waiting and noticed people were checking in just like me as a walk in. When I noticed the two people after me checked in were seen before me. That one one think that upset me. After I was never provided with colors like the rest of ladies. I had to as do them multiple times before I go them. After, I asked when I arrived mani pedis they proceeded with pedis which is understandable but then I novices the person next to me who came after me had also requested mani pedi started to receive both treatments at the same time. It's really upsetting when you see other people finish before you do. I only requested a basic pedi and gel mani that's all. The the quality in work was fair but not to the point that I am sitting there for four hours I arrived at 1 didn't leave closer 5. They had plenty of nail tecs working. I left very uncomfortable with their service overall they didn't apologize for the wait. And issues occurring in their business which was another incident that occurred other than mines. I always get my nails done here. GO TO TOM. Book him call for an appointment with him, he takes his time with his work, he is passionate and does an amazing job. He has amazing taste, sometimes I don't know what color I want my nails so I let him pick and not once have I been disappointed. I like to get my pedicure done with him because he gets my ingrowns out and makes my toes feel brand new lol. He gives a nice massage and rubs lotion. He makes you feel welcomed and is really funny.
