One hole he opened is an extra because he didn't use the proper tool to dedect the pipe. He also dump the dry wall trash to my house trash can which he shouldn't. We got billed for 2.5 hours at the rate of $180 per hour. They billed at their commerical rate for The service for my residential town house because I gave them my billing address as a PO box in a difference location. We got over charged by 30 minutes and wrong charged by hourly rate . and got poor service by a poor technision.

He explained to my husband another part had cracked and that he could pick up the part himself.
