Came to try their Biscoff coffee and was surprised on horrible the service was, but I based on previous reviews I shouldn't be surprised. I waited for a few minutes before being acknowledged, while being the only customer in the shop. I ordered the Biscoff coffee and shortly after 4 customers came in and ordered the same thing - when 2 orders were called before mine I inquired about my order and the female employee then handed me a regular iced coffee. I reminded her of my order and then proceeded to hand me coffee without the Biscoff cookie topped on the coffee, literally the whole point of the coffee. I asked if what I had in my hand was the Biscoff coffee to which she agreed & then I proceeded to ask if it could be topped with a cookie. Every other drink she made was topped with a cookie but mine?! Highly doubt I'll visit this location again & the cookie made no difference, drink was mediocre. read more

Ordered the eggrolls with my sandwiches and ended up watching 5 orders after me being done before mine. The gentleman cooking and making the sandwiches and my eggrolls prioritized the sandwiches. Once he finally got around to completing my order I asked the dark haired heavy set girl in the back to hand me my order and she responded by slamming the blender cup in the sink and then saying she had to do something else first. I said thank you and left. I thank God that I married a girl with a great attitude and do not need to deal with someone with emotional trauma and anger issues. God get her some luvin! Next time I'll ask for my sandwiches first and say I'll come back later for the egg rolls so my family is not starving while we wait. Very disappointing experience at Lee's Sandwiches today, mainly due to misleading promotions and poor service. The blackboard outside clearly stated: "3-6 PM: Buy one sandwich, get the second half off." I ordered two sandwiches, but my receipt showed no half-off discount at all. When I asked a female staff member, she first gave me completely incorrect information, claiming it was a morning coffee promotion, which had nothing to do with what was written on the board. After she checked my receipt and realized there was no discount, she called over a male staff member. He then said the discount was already applied and that I "saved $2," explaining the sandwich was originally $10. That makes no sense -- half off should be $5, not $2. Then he changed the explanation again and said that since I ordered grilled pork, there was already a Friday special and discounts cannot be combined. Here's the problem: * I ordered two grilled pork sandwiches -- why would only one be discounted? * The blackboard never stated "only one per order" or "cannot be combined with other offers." The rules seemed to change on the spot depending on who I talked to. I stopped arguing because it was pointless. To make things worse, I ordered a coffee with less ice, and the cup was about 80% ice. When I pointed this out, I was told, "That is less ice," and then blamed with, "You already drank it." How else am I supposed to see that the cup is mostly ice without taking a sip? When my order was ready, the worker ignored me and refused to hand me my food, despite clearly being aware it was ready. When a coworker asked if she needed assistance, she dismissively said "no," even though it was obvious she was struggling and could have used the help. Her attitude was dismissive, uncooperative, and unacceptable for a customer-facing role. I visit Lee's Sandwiches because I expect friendly and efficient service, but this employee's behavior was far below your usual standards. The staff definitely needs training. It's a Vietnamese sandwich made by people who might have never had one. Bread wasn't cut incorrectly, the meat had no base to sit on, the Vietnamese mayo was only applied in the middle of the sandwich, it had maybe 7 pickled carrots and daikon, and the bread was not toasted and it was cold. The ice coffee had the Lee's sandwiches flavor but because it didn't have enough ice, it's just not the same. Other than that at least the staff was nice. read more

I recently became a fan of Vietnamese coffee and was told that this is the place to go. Located in a strip area of food places, I spotted this and decided to give it a try. I ordered the original Vietnamese coffee flavor (large size) as I was told by the lady helping me that it is a favorite. They also have vanilla and caramel flavors. The drink was sooo good and I love how they have the small round ice. I'm so glad that I tried this place. They also sell several drinks, sandwiches, chips, etc. This establishment is clean and it has outdoor seating which is shared by other food/drink businesses.
