Ham and Cheese Egg Pancake Kimcheese Egg Pancake Old Fashion Black Tea with Milk Toast
    Stella C.

The egg pancakes were delicious! Very nicely flavored with great texture! The old-fashioned milk tea tasted great as well. Serving sizes are pretty big so I do recommend sharing. You self order at a kiosk. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The restaurant is cute and clean and was empty when we stopped by on a Sunday at 1 pm.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]There are a few tables inside.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

I'm so happy L'uxweet is in our neighborhood, even though I dont get a chance to visit often enough! My favorite is their Taiwanese style egg pancakes, love the chew and the savory flavors with just ever so slightly sweet sauce AND cannot leave without order the oolong sugarcane light tea (last time I ordered the old fashioned tea, it wasnt as strong or as the yummy oolong), plus the soy milk, this is probably the best around town The ham sandwich reminded me of spam. Not bad but could use more sauce of some sort

I always come here for breakfast when in town. Looks like the menu got streamlined so slightly less selection than before. The toasts and egg pancakes are still here! Tried their wintermelon juice and brought back flavors only experienced back in Taiwan. While slightly sweeter than desired even with the less sweet selection, the stroll down memory lane was worth it. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Today, the cafe was also full of people but just enough to feel buzzing without having to wait to order![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Food came fast and all was well! [[HIGHLIGHT]]Literally hears Taiwanese being spoken walking in through the door. Music to my ears[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

好久沒吃這麼地道的蛋餅,點個讚 Tea's really good, the Taiwanese Egg Quesadilla's got that tapioca starch in the mix so it has a chewy texture, love it! First time here, definitely will be back. Lady up front was really nice, food came out super fast. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Overall nice little store front, clean, can't believe I've never noticed this place all these years.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Cute decor inside.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Raina who eats a lot signed their wall! [[HIGHLIGHT]]Came during lunch-ish and it was empty. Good amount of seating available and there is a kiosk to order quickly.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I got the house Bbq pork toast ($9). It was honestly a little disappointing. I liked the soft fluffy bread and the cucumbers and the eggs and the pork, just not together. Also couldn't justify the price just because the Sando wasn't that good and when $4 BLTs are a thing.

My husband and I were driving down to San Diego for lunch, but we got hungry so we decided to stop here on the way. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It's such a cute little spot! The cafe is located in a plaza with plenty of free parking.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We tried their house BBQ pork toast, original egg pancake, and wintermelon old fashion black tea. The toast didn't meet expectations, unfortunately -- the bread itself was dry, and there wasn't much flavor in the pork. The egg pancake was yummy! Texture was good and the sauce was slightly sweet and full of flavor. The wintermelon black tea was too sweet, even though we asked for less sweet (I'm normally a 50% sweet but typically try a 75% sweet drink when first visiting a boba place), but the boba texture was perfectly chewy. Not sure if we'd come back, but if we did, I'd try another egg pancake, and I'd get a drink at half or even less sweet.

I've never had Taiwanese Egg pancakes before so I excited to try something new. I ordered online and chose the original egg pancake the house bbq pork egg pancakes and an Old Fashion Black Tea with milk. The container with the pancakes looked really small and I was worried I didn't order enough food but I was wrong! The pancakes were so filling. Out of the two my favorite was the house bbq pork. I liked that they came with the sweet pickled cucumbers to give it the perfect crunch. I had kimchi at home, so I added that as a side dish and it was perfect with the bbq pork pancake. The milk tea was really good as well and not watery. I saw they have toast and rice bowls as well so I will come back and order those next.

Three of friends decides to grab lunch after pickleball games. L'Uxweet Bakery Cafe of Chino Hills is a Taiwanese eatery / cafe specializing in Breakfast and brunch. They have very good sandwiches, but the egg pancake is thick and a bit too soggy; I personally preferred them crispier. Rice dish is fine. The BBQ meat is really good! Will be back for drinks next time. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The cafe is small, simple and eatery style.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Service is very friendly as the one taking the orders first and then you pickup your own orders. She is very helpful and cheerful!

Solid 4 stars. Came here to try the Taiwanese egg pancake and it's very good. Service was fast and friendly. We got one of the bbq egg pancake to share and it was very fresh and tasty. Freshly made to order and we didn't wait very long. The shop is small but very clean and staff was friendly. Easy parking.

Very small and clean place. Their menu has definitely changed within the past few years. But they still have a solid menu. Today we got two egg pancakes: the Pealantro and the house bbq and basil. I also got a bbq plate. Whenever I come here I always underestimate that amount of food. But we got full off of the rice and one pancake. I really liked the pealantro: it had a nice sweet flavor in it. The rice was good as usual. As for the service, the worker always greets the guest at the door. And the place is always kept clean. :) They have a kiosk that you can order.

FIRST visit: Delicious Taiwanese breakfast fares at decent prices * FARES feasted on:   === Kimchee egg pancake   === BBQ pork toast sandwich   === Black pepper beef toast sandwich === Osmanthus oolong tea * FRIENDLY service: Yes, but you order/pay at self-order kiosk anyways * FRESH air seating outside?  N/A * FAIR pricing: Yes * FEE processing: None. Accepts credit cards * FREE parking: Yes, lot in front * FYI: All the foods we tried was delicious! Loved how fluffy the eggs were inside the toast sandwiches and how thick the egg pancakes itself were... and the option to add roh-song inside! Great Asian breakfast joint opens early as well (with drinks available!) FOUR stars ****

Vegetarian here! (3.5/5 stars, rounding down due to several factors--slower service, overly sweet soy sauce glaze for the egg pancakes, and the mediocre bento box) The food: L'uxsweet is probably best known for their Taiwanese style egg pancakes (蛋餅), which is made fresh per order! The texture of the egg pancakes are a bit bouncy (QQ) and soft, opposed to a crispy/flakey skin. It comes with lightly pickled sliced cucumbers (not sour), and a sweet soy sauce glaze. Personally, I found the glaze way too sweet, and I think it would be much more tasty with a savory flavor. You can customize the egg pancakes to include different meats, basil, cheese, etc. They also have a series of bento dishes, toast/sandwiches, gyozas, and drinks. I have tried the Tustin location before and I preferred it more than this Chino Hills location. My friends ordered various egg pancakes, drinks, gyozas, and two different bento boxes (that they definitely regretted ordering). There's compact parking in a spacious plaza, clean bathrooms, and a kiosk to self order. There's seating indoors but slightly limited, so I'd caution against bringing a huge party.

Parking is easy, but reversing is tight. Be careful finding parking and backing out. You have to go up the stairs in order to reach the store. It's not up a whole story, but you do not to go a bit higher than ground level. This store was open since 11 am. Upon coming in, they have Lunar New Year vibes and decor. Instead of ordering with the cashier, I ordered on the kiosk. I had chosen an almond milk tea with boba just to try out. The person making my drink was nice and suggested black tea instead of green tea, which I didn't mine. I received my drink and quickly left to drive back to work. Their almond milk tea is subtle. Much water, less tea, and barely any almond taste. Their boba is chewy like taro or mochi jelly, but bland. Absolutely bland. So bland that I couldn't really fathom finishing my drink. I didn't reach the halfway mark and just tossed the rest. I don't think I will be back. I should have stuck to my choices, because the boba and tea aren't good. Surprisingly when they have such high ratings. I'd rather spend my money on a different boba place.

I had a lovely experience at Chun Yang Tea (Chino). I ordered the Osmanthus Honey Oolong Tea…read more($5.99 - 30% Sugar - Quarter Ice). WOW!! It's one of the BEST! I felt my stress immediately fade away as this chill, crisp tea carried me along a honeyed, happy adventure. In that moment, I found unadulterated, bottled joy. (Important Note: Cash is not accepted. Bring Card or Contactless Payment. Also, be wary of the sugar levels if sensitive. I selected 30% sugar, and it still fired a welcomed, punchy sugary taste.) I arrived at Chun Yang Tea (Chino) on Tuesday (around 3:21PM). Parking is very easy. The lot is HUGE! Chun Yang Tea (Chino) is a stall in the Eat Up Food Court inside the 99 Ranch Store. Customers primarily order at the self-service kiosk. Customers can also order at the counter, but Staff speaks limited English. Staff is very hardworking and professional. My drink took about one minute. FAST!! As mentioned, I absolutely adored the Osmanthus Honey Oolong Tea ($5.99 - 30% Sugar - Quarter Ice). I had to hold back the instinct to cry tears of joy. The tea flavor is prominent, fresh, and not burnt. The liquid is honey-like, thirst-quenching, and refreshing. I absolutely LOVE this drink. I had to immediately fight back the urge to purchase another. On ambiance, Chun Yang Tea (Chino) surprised me. It's located in a foodcourt, but the location felt clean, well-ventilated, and useful. I saw several flat screen TVs playing the baseball game with English captions. Upbeat, playful music chimed. And there's a Gender Neutral restroom several feet away. In addition, the location is spacious. There's over seven nearby tables. And there's two available electrical outlets nearby the stall. However, if I had to nitpick, there's a very faint scent of the Asian grocery store in the background. It's very faint, but it's noticeable. Overall, I found myself gobsmacked and enthusiastic from my experience at Chun Yang Tea (Chino). The tea is affordable, high-quality, and TASTY! It's one of the best! As I'm typing this review, I am already craving another.... I NEED MORE!!! YES!!! 5 out of 5!!! GO!!!

Parking is easy since it's in a large plaza for grocery store patrons. Instead of walking through the 99 ranch store entrance, I used their food hall door. I walked right inside and noticed they had 5 other food areas, though I don't recall any of them besides the bar. I walked up to the boba shop and there wasn't a cashier, only a kiosk. The bobarista was actually enjoying his meal. He quickly got up to assist me and my order. As I stood around, I watched him make my drink while looking at the decor. He made my drink fairly quickly and I was able to drink it while going grocery shopping. The green tea is decent and the boba had a good chewy consistency and size. The purple rice was very interesting and unique! It was my first time having a topping like it and it's exactly what it sounds like: rice in milk tea. Overall a decent boba spot. I need to come back to try other drinks. Nothing makes it memorable for me just yet, but I'm willing to come back to try it again!
