When it comes to food at Chick-fil-A, it's always consistent no matter the location. My go to here is always the deluxe chicken sandwich and their amazing waffle fries. The way they make their fries is consistent which I love. Aside from the waffle shape, it's crunchy and fried correctly. Never too salty and very tasty. Chicken regardless of deluxe or regular is always very juicy, not too overwhelming and a great compliment to the buns, lettuce, etc. As for this specific location, interior is pretty big, they have plenty of tables and a moderate size area to the left for ordering. Mobile orders have a separate line next to the ordering line and it can be pretty cramped there. So when it gets busy, the place can fill up quickly. There's also a drive through lane outside the restaurant and it can be quite the mess. While the line is sizeable, with how busy they're most of the time, the line stretches out all the way out into the parking lot which can cause heaps of traffic, not ideal but just shows how much space they really need for how popular this spot can be. Overall, a good spot for a meal, whether it's online or in person, CFA is always consistent which is the most important. Highly recommend regardless of how busy they're, always place a mobile order on their phone to save tons of time. Plus you get can tons of points and rewards from their app. read more

Hey Chick, I know you're currently closed for remodeling, but before you reopen, I'd suggest sending the manager, owner, and employees over to the Yorba Linda location for some training. Their bread is always fresh--not hard, not overly buttered, just perfect! You could probably take some notes from what they're doing at the Yorba Linda location and apply them to the Chino Hills location. I think it would make a big difference! read more

Decided to stop by a Chick-fil-a to try their new pineapple dragonfruit frosty lemonade. I went thru drive thru because I order my food via their mobile app. I was greeted by two friendly staff at drive thru. Food is ready when I arrived at drive thru window. It's typical fast food but quality is higher. Decor is typical modern. The frosty lemonade is not too sweet; I like how the lemonade blends with other flavors and with the ice cream! This chick fil A has a RAT problem! Took my family to dine in and saw a rat run clear across the cashier floor and into the kitchen. The cashier (maybe supervisor?) saw it, evacuated and closed the dining room and then proceeded to instruct staff to process to-go/drive-thru orders only... knowing a rat was still in the kitchen! The other staff smiled and gave each other looks like they know it's a common problem. Zero panic or urgency outside of clearing the dining room so customers wouldn't see it. GROSS! read more

I only deed 2 salads. Both had very little chicken and toppings. My husbands market salad had 3 blueberries and 3 strawberry halves. We just paid top dollar for 2 containers of lettuce. Service was not the best at this location especially with the manager taking care of customer's orders. Went through the drive through and the experience went well overall, but I had a large order and asked for exactly 10 CFA sauce packs. I asked for 10 because I wanted 10, not because I wanted the employees to take it upon themselves to deem my order only big enough for 5. Got home and everyone's order had at most one sauce pack to go with it. Only went through the drive thru, so my review on the inside is still TBD. I came on Saturday during lunch time so it was pretty busy the drive thru is by some shops so it's easy to get congested. Staff very friendly and took my order very quick and got the line moving around very quickly and we were out in less than 15 mins. For Chick Fil A it's not bad! This particular location (grand and the 71)has had to figure out the parking lot logistics and it's still sometimes frustrating doing thru the drive thru line. All this to say that the food and service have been pretty consistent. I ordered 2, 4 piece strips, a small fry, and a kids meal with grilled chicken and a lemonade. The total was about $25. I also got a free cookie and free frosted coffee from my rewards. I was able to use both! Even the order taker was surprised. I will say chick - fil-a is rather generous with the freebies. The grilled chicken in the kids meal was juicy, not dried out! The lemonade was their usual fresh lemonade, and the frosted coffee was good. The strips were big! One strip looked like a piece of chicken from a chicken sandwich. This was enough for my girls and hubby to share, and the grilled chicken was for their cousin and there was plenty of that left also! I'd recommend trying to share meals here as they can be pricey. If you can get thru that drive thru line you will be happy with your reward at the end, fresh food.
