My recent experience with Leesburg Auto Imports and salesmen Anthony Walker and Moises was nothing short of deliberate deception, bait-and-switch fraud, and complete disregard for professional integrity. Mr. Walker aggressively pursued me for business, calling repeatedly, leaving voicemails that bordered on harassment, and ultimately convincing me to drive three hours with my family (on the eve of my redeployment to Iraq which he was aware of) under the assurance that financing had been approved and the vehicle in question was legitimate. I explicitly confirmed with him, more than once, that the Maybach he advertised was not a lemon, and I would not drive unless the deal was genuine. Upon arrival, Walker cowardly refused to acknowledge me, hiding outside while another associate admitted that financing was denied because the car was, in fact, a lemon, exactly what I had asked about twice. To make matters worse, they attempted to inflate the sticker price by $20,000 until caught, then attempted to divert me into another vehicle I never requested. This was not a mistake, it was a calculated bait-and-switch scheme. The entire operation reeks of fraud and regulatory violations. Walker's silence, the inflated pricing attempt, and the fabricated approval were not errors, they were deliberate misrepresentations designed to trap a customer. These are violations that fall under the jurisdiction of multiple enforcement bodies, including the Virginia Attorney General, the Virginia DMV Dealer Board, the Federal Trade Commission, and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. This review is not the end of it. I am filing formal complaints with all relevant state and federal authorities, and I will ensure a record of their misconduct is logged with the Better Business Bureau. Awful. Car was found online at a "too good to be true" price. So I called and they confirmed, and then drove 2 hours to the dealer. Turns out, the listed price ASSUMES a $1500 trade in AND a $1500 credit for financing with them (with high fees). And of course didn't include the $999 "bonus dealer profit" that most dealers charge. Sure, all of this was buried in not-too-clear words in the fine print. Oh well. Argued down a bit, and agreed to a price. Then, after all paperwork was done, and they were putting tags on the car, they put another piece of paper in front of me to sign. A disclosure that the car had a "branded title" and the odometer reading was incorrect. I tore up the paperwork, walked out, and called the 7 hours of my day (and $47 in tolls!) a lesson in car buying. They had several angry customers when we were inside the office. Police had to be called to the location. We bought a vehicle. The service engine light come on the next day. It would not start once running and shut off. It turned out to be the fuel pump was bad. I believe they knew this because they tried telling the customers after us that it was out of fuel and that is why it would not crank. We purchased the vehicle but then mysteriously they could not locate the keys. We waited for over an hour. I had to have the fuel pump replaced that cost over $1300. My husband bought a jeep from here in August and it's been nothing but a headache. The day after purchasing all of the emergency lights came on and we took it to a shop, there was a number of things wrong with it. We called the dealership and they refused to do anything, call us back or allow returns. They refused to make it right. They hide codes so make sure you have a code reader that can see deleted codes and someone knowledgeable about vehicles with you, they do random inspections after you pay for the vehicle which then messes the vehicle up even more (how can a vehicle pass inspection if the vehicle is messed up?) yet passed Va inspection which says y'all paid someone to pass it, the price online is only for trade in or finance which they don't tell you, they don't give you the bill of sale so how can you do anything with motor vehicles without the bill of sale, and they aren't honest about what's wrong with the vehicles. You think you're getting a vehicle that is at least decent per their description but no. Then they have you get parts from a gas station that doesn't even carry the parts you went to them for. I called the dealership and spoke to Bryan, I was looking at 2 trucks both listed on FB. I specifically asked if they were there as it was a 133 mile trip for me. Bryan said wait let me check and came back and said yes they are here and assured me he would have them out front ready for me to check out. I got an appt update for 2 texted to me. I get there at 130 and no truck (Lie #1). He walks the lot looks around and strangely he claims they are at their other location. He state they are being detailed and inspected. So needless to say I am livid and some other guy says oh well just take him there, he can see and drive them but Bryan already told me that one of them was on the way here (Said 10 Min was waiting for 30 (Lie #3). So we drive what was suppose to be 10 min turned more like 20 and Bryan was driving 70 plus in a 55 MPH zone. We get there and surprise, one was outside, covered in snow (obviously not being detailed-lie #2) and it was damaged on the side, as the imaged on the internet hides that very well, so I say where's the other one, oh Bryan says they have it at the lot we just left!!!! Are you kidding me, so needless to say, I was pissed and was sitting in my truck looking for other vehicles in the area, Bryan leaves, no apology nothing, no calls from Management nothing. Just a oh well we lost another customer who cares. The crazy part is there was a lady and her son that drove all the way from Burke as I heard them say looking for a car that wasn't there that they were told it was, but sure enough that slick sales rep talked them into looking at something else. After doing a ton of research on vehicles, I found one here that checked most of my boxes. I went for a test drive on a weekday morning, easy in easy out. I didn't sit down with them to discuss it as I had several more vehicles on my list for a test drive that day. I brought my wife & young son back a few days later for a test drive after making an appt. so she could see it, feel it, drive it & decide. No one was available. After about 15 mins, I called the store from the rather small lot. Yasser said he would be right out....after about 10 more mins, I called again. "On my way right now" ....10 more mins go by...we left. Luckily, they had left the vehicle unlocked, so my wife got in, got the feel, checked out everything for what's important to her etc. Mind you, this will be my vehicle but as a large family & this being a significantly larger vehicle than she is used to, I wanted to make sure it was good with her in case she needed to drive it. I still had thoughts of buying it as it fit most of what I wanted/needed & the price was fair. However, there was no warranty & most of the other dealers I dealt with offered a minimum 3 month/3,000 miles on their used cars & several offered 6 months/6,000 miles. After no return call from their team to my last 2 phone calls, I bought elsewhere. Definitely the right decision based on the service I got as a potential customer. read more

I bought a 2015 Porsche Panamara on a Saturday via the internet. From the pictures the car looks great. Called that Monday to have my car delivered to me using a company that I had found. After waiting allay for a call back , I was told that my keys had been lost while the car was in clean up. It took about a week for me to receive my car. Once I received my car. I noticed the car was not cleaned up. The inside smelled like an ash tray . The carpet had several cigarette burns in it. The oil was one quart low and by the previous oil sticker it was 8323 over due . I checked the oil black. The car had four different tires on it. Each one with different tread wear. The check engine light was on. None of this was told to me. I was like ok I will fix my issues myself after all I have been a certified mechanic for Almost 30 years . I spent 1700 on tires another 600 on parts and two days fixing my car. Once everything was repaired, I later reached out to find out about my tag. At this point I had four days left on my 30 day tag. I was then informed that I need to pay my taxes . I reminded Yassir that they he told me they would pay the taxes. But ok . The mailed me another 30 day tag. I paid my taxes and sent the paper work back to them. Three weeks later I called to follow up on my tags , I was then told that they need more paperwork and the would mail it to me and another 30 day tag. I returned the paper work back to them with in 3 to four days. 25 days went by and no tag. During this process I am calling the dealership for updates , but no one is answering the phone in the tag and title office. I reached out to the general manager and explained to him what was going on. He told me they sale cars and that the tag and tittle work is not part of there job. I ask why did I pay a documentation fee that clearly states that taxes tag and Tuttle work is covered by the dealership. He then transferred me back to Yassir . I was told then they would send me out other 30 tag and that I should have my tag in two weeks. I informed them that I can not even get a toll pass because I don't have a tag and you can't register a temporary tag. I have paid over $800. In toll fees alone while waiting for my tag . When ask will I be reimbursed for my toll fees. I was told I would ask still haven't heard back about my toll fees yet. This whole process started FEB 24, 2025, it's now May 27th, 2025.
