Not only was the issue never properly fixed, but we also never received a callback or real solution after expressing our concerns. Frustrated and unsure of what to do next, we brought our Prius to AutoNation Toyota Leesburg and the experience was completely different from the start. Orlando took the time to truly listen to our concerns, treated us with kindness and professionalism, and made us feel heard throughout the entire process. Instead of brushing us off, the team thoroughly inspected the vehicle and worked to actually solve the issue. Most importantly, they correctly identified the problem and repaired our Prius properly. The car now runs like new again, and we finally feel confident driving it. The communication, honesty, and customer care we received from Orlando and the entire team was exceptional. Thank you, Orlando, and everyone at AutoNation Toyota Leesburg for restoring not only our vehicle, but also our trust in quality service. We highly recommend AutoNation Toyota Leesburg to anyone looking for a dealership that truly stands behind their work and values their customers. I'd also like to add that AutoNation has always been our go-to dealership for maintenance and service. However, because of the emergency situation with our vehicle and not being near AutoNation at the time, we made the decision to go to the closest dealership instead. While I understand that regulations must be followed, what was frustrating is that this same issue had passed inspection at this dealership in previous years, so I never thought that this would be an issue. What truly disappointed me was the lack of customer service. I have been a repeat customer for service visits, yet there was no effort to offer a reasonable or customer-friendly solution--such as lower-cost bulb options (I was quoted $70 per bulb) or even a small goodwill gesture for a loyal customer. Additionally, the complimentary car wash--something that is consistently marked as "completed"--was once again not done. If this service is not reliably provided, it should not be advertised. My interaction with Elmer was also disappointing. The communication felt dismissive and lacked courtesy or understanding. A more professional and empathetic approach would have made a significant difference in how this situation was handled. Based on this experience, I will be taking my business elsewhere for both service and future vehicle purchases.

After keeping the car for most of the day, I called in the afternoon to find out when I could pick it up, and they told me they didn't have the part since the morning -- and just shrugged when I asked why they didn't call to tell me so I could pick up the car! So for the next service I brought it to Leesburg Honda and have been going there ever since. Their customer service reps are friendly, helpful, and I never feel like they're trying anything shady. The one time I went back to Fairfax Honda service department for an oil change because I had to have it done right before a trip and I couldn't make Leesburg's openings, they tightened the oil drain plug so tightly that it broke, but they refused to pay for something that was their fault and wanted me to pay for the repairs. Took the car back to Leesburg Honda and will never go elsewhere.

They quickly evaluated our trade-in car and offered us a very good trade-in value. Why didn't I buy a car here? 1) They're a fairly small dealership and don't have a big inventory, so they didn't have the car I wanted in stock. They really wanted me to buy the one they had on the lot, but I didn't like the color. They wouldn't investigate what other dealerships had nearby. 2) Because they're a small dealership and don't move as many cars as some of the other dealerships (my opinion), they can't offer as good a deal as the other bigger dealerships can. Leesburg Honda offered me $1,200 over invoice, whereas bigger dealerships with more inventory offered considerably less. So overall, I found the staff very nice and professional here, they offered me a good trade-in value on my car. If they had the car I wanted in stock (just about ANY other color than the one they had on the lot) then I might have gone ahead and bought the car there since it's the closest Honda dealership to my house.

    SCAM ALERT and shady business alarm, entire engine needed replacement!! I originally recommended…read morethis dealership, however am changing my review. After driving the 2018 Mazda CX5 I purchased from Justin and Jay for only just ONE month, the engine started leaking oil. My local mechanic tried to fix it and discovered that the ENTIRE ENGINE needed to be replaced. Apparently, the car was in an undisclosed accident (other than the bumper scratches visible) and whoever repaired the engine had done so with glue and shoddy workmanship. Auto Member does not check their cars before purchasing them to resell. When they took the plate off, bits of metal fell off, and things were leaking and broken everywhere. It could not be fixed. I had to purchase an entire new engine for a 2018 used vehicle that cost me $17,500 at Auto Member. It appears that Justin, Jay, and Auto Member are not helpful, professional, nor trustworthy/ethical as I originally thought. For this horrible situation I unfortunately have no way to fix or get my money back, and am trying to warn any new customers.....RUN FAR AWAY from Auto Member!!! Or at the very least make very sure you have a reputable mechanic do a thorough scrub of any car you are thinking of buying. The sad part is the car ran fine for a whole month before completely breaking down. BEWARE!!! Auto Member does not validate cars they buy before reselling, and just send out trash cars to new customers.
