Warning: Do not trust Lee's Alterations with anything important. I brought in a silk skirt for wedding events and a rehearsal dinner dress that both needed only minor adjustments. Instead, she added two huge, uneven seams down the front of my silk skirt without ever asking or telling me--that completely ruined it. When I asked for a refund or discount, she ignored me and just tried to "fix" the seams I never wanted in the first place. Nothing was ever ready on time, I had to make multiple trips because she missed deadlines, and she never answers the phone. My rehearsal dinner dress was also altered incorrectly--she tightened it into a bodycon fit after I specifically told her not to. Between the poor workmanship, constant delays, and total lack of accountability, this was the worst business experience I've ever had. Brides and anyone with important pieces--go elsewhere. read more

The seamstress is proficient and knowledgeable. She can make your idea into reality. She is very nice and easy to work with. She doesn't get mad if you want to change something she sewed. I'm only going to use her alteration services from now on. read more

She is awesome! I needed emergency alterations to my wedding dress because another place didn't get it tight enough/it wouldn't stay on me. Leez had it done in ONE day! Took a bridesmaids dress in to get hemmed. I was quoted $40. I paid in full and told her I needed it in two weeks for the wedding.I went in to pick it up on the designated day and was told it wasn't ready and that I owed her $10 more dollars than originally paid. I was never contacted prior to driving there about it either. She did good work when I came back to get it, but will not be using her again. read more

This lady is scamming people. Ask for a price upfront and record her writing it down because if not she will charge you 5x the cost she tells you and if you don't have proof you will be paying that outrageous cost or she'll keep your clothes. I will never be going back. read more

I bought a bathing suit and took it to her to get it fitted just right for my body type. I've always been self conscious of my body and let's face it, swim suit shopping makes it worse! I'm short so a mono-kini always bunches up in the front. She took in the front and also scrunched up the bottoms to make my backside look better! I absolutely love this suit now!! Bottom Line: I do not recommend. I did not have a good experience here. Long story short, the process involved multiple visits and still walking away unhappy with the final product. The biggest issue is she thinks she can eyeball things instead of pinning/measuring/marking. Very poor customer experience. More expensive than other tailors I've used. I came here for my prom dress in 2012 and again for my work uniform in 2017. They do incredible work- it never appears as if the clothing has been messed with. Both times I needed something let out and expanded and they did not disappoint. They seem to be very nice and hard working people. Sometimes there can be a bit of a language barrier but it's not that bad. What needs to be relayed can be relayed, just takes a little patience and sometimes explaining things differently. Both of my needs were completed on very short notice and I am a happy customer because of it. I just wish it were more affordable, although the woman says her prices are very fair. I'm definitely no expert, so I wouldn't really know! But I'll keep coming here until I find someone who does just as well for a cheaper price. That may prove to be difficult, though. :) read more

Dropped off the dress that I am going to wear to my son's wedding this month and was so impressed by the costumer service and professionalism of the person who waited on me! They have to hem it and take up the shoulders plus add a hook and eye to the back! It is supposed to be ready in a week! Plus she said she could take another gown I have and cut off the top to make me a skirt -- win win for me! I would recommend going there! read more

Leez is the very best! I've gone to Leez the past 15 years and they have always done a perfect job every time - never ever letting me down! I do buy higher end expensive clothing (usually on sale) which typically require some type of alternation. The alternations they've done span everything from swimming suits, shortening suit jacket sleeves, hemming (including jeans where they keep the original worn hem look in place). Also the typical "taking in" and "letting out" stuff. They even re-lined a favorite dress I've had for years which I couldn't part with when the lining ripped. Leez can easily take a garment that is one size bigger (that I might find on sale) and make it fit perfect. I now work in Washington DC - but I still bring my alternations to Leez on my trips to OKC. They turn alternations around fast without my asking just to accommodate my travel schedule.. The prices they charge are well worth the results you get. read more

Leez altered my wedding dress and did a fantastic job. We were directed there by someone who had a dress disaster and it was fixed by Leez. After an awful experience with David's Bridal I decided to take my dress here instead. The alterations were so quick and easy. I had bought the dress a size up and also needed almost a foot taken off the bottom as I am short and was wearing it barefoot. I also wanted buttons added down the back to disguise the zipper. They hand made the buttons from the fabric taken from the bottom of the dress and it looked beautiful and fit like a dream. I will never take my clothes elsewhere to be altered! read more
