Just moved to San Diego a couple weeks ago and needed a new go to place for our car maintenances. Even though Yelp reviews say they take walk-ins/last minute customers I wanted to call ahead of time and give them a heads up. Anthony was very accommodating and friendly, and even more in person. I went in for an oil change and he explained clearly what type of oil and also will be changing filter. He noticed my milage and suggested informatively I also get my spark plugs changed. He gave me a quote and didn't pressure me to get it serviced with him. What attracted me to this business was that it is a family owned business for over 30 years. I called this place because my car needed a radiator replacement and was told to bring it in, which we did Thursday and was told well if you bring back in Friday we will be able to help, I figured OK I will do as he asks and come back. Since I live a ways and didn't want to chance it giving me a problem I called on Friday prior to taking it in and was told no bring it in Tuesday instead. Mind you they had this place packed with mechanics working on cars. I was given false hope they would help me so I waited patiently since they made it clear they would be able to help me the following Tuesday. They made me wait when I could of gone elsewhere to get it taken care of. Instead they gave me false hope. Then on Tuesday I was told they could not help me and turned me away. No other excuse but he was busy and I had to call him to find that out, he didn't have the professionalism to contact me and tell me he was going back on his word to take my car in. He clearly knew I was in need of their expertise. He just told me he couldn't help me for another month due to them being busy. But prior to that he made me believe that he would take my car in. I feel they didn't care about giving me false hope, he didn't care I waited patiently to bring my car in like he promised to be able to take it in. He never mentioned any problems with his mechanics contracting Covid causing him to be short staff until I had placed a review that is when he started making up all this excuses for lying to me and making me believe he would fix my car. Meanwhile I waited and waited just to be treated like my time was not important and neither was his promises. He then continually emailed and called me harassing me to remove my review. I feel this was unfair treatment and a person that is willing to make promises only to leave you hanging isn't very professional. read more

As a new driver, I don't know too much about my vehicle. I stopped by this place for a simple oil change, but left with an amazing learning experience. A worker named Anthony helped me out with everything I came in for, and some. He changed my oil and pointed out some important issues about my car. At first I brushed him off thinking he was tying to make some extra sales, but after taking a closer look, the tread on my tires were severely worn. He offered to change them and even gave me a discount on all four. Anthony was an amazing help and didn't hesitate to answer all my questions and concerns. So I bought a truck from the dealership theses guys work with and there were a few things that needed to be fixed. Small things but it was important to me to have done. I always thought that if you want great service from a repair shop you had to go to a dealership. I have a 2012 Ford Edge and had horrible customer service at a major dealership. I had driven by several times and there were always lots of cars in the front. They seemed to be a busy repair shop, so I thought that I would try something new. For a small place the customer service was excellent and have had no problems with my service that was preformed. I was very nice to know that you can get great service outside of a dealership and pay almost half the price. I don't think I will be going back to a big time dealership anytime soon. read more

I found this place scrolling through Instagram and decided to check them out. They had many great deals going on so I spoke to Anthony and bought 4 brand new tires. When I showed up to my appointment I was greeted with smiles from all the employees, filled out some papers and I was in and out of there in no time.
