But the lack of a proper cleaning is what took the Prize. he didn't use floss, quickly and barely used the teeth abrasive used to clean and very hastily checked my teeth. I was TERRIFIED to see a dentist! I went many years without seeing one because I was scared and thought I would be "shamed" by the dentist because of how bad I let my teeth get :( April 2022, I cracked a molar and needed to see a dentist asap! So I checked on Yelp and saw all these great reviews and decided to give it a shot. Thank god I did!!! Dr Sean was so easy going and noticed that I was nervous on my first visit, he was very understanding and explained everything in detail on what work needed to be done. I felt so comfortable in his care. To top it off his staff is just as awesome. The first person to see when you walk in is Saint. He's so sweet and soft spoken and answers all of your questions regarding billing etc. Dr Sean has done work on about 90% of my teeth and now I'm wearing Invisalign. I couldn't be anymore happier!!! Now, 6 months later I get to write this review and encourage those that might be on the same boat as I was, to just call and make an appointment. Dr Sean and his staff are the real deal and they play good music too lol. I look forward to my appointments because I know I'm in good hands. I got a great cleaning here. I decided to order a mouthguard for nighttime grinding. It took them over a week to get back to me if my insurance covered it and they only confirmed once I called first. I paid my $160 copay and got fitted for the night guard. About 2-3 weeks later, I was asked to come in to pick it up. Upon arrival to the office, they told me insurance wouldn't cover it and that I would have to pay the $440 that insurance would have paid. On top of that, they refused to refund my $160 for the night guard they wouldn't give me. I found the main reception I worked with to be apologetic, but there was another combative one who stood behind her that didn't need to join the conversation. I'll be opening a dispute with my credit card company and with BBB. read more
