The staff at Legacy Dental are so kind and transparent about the service you are receiving! I have gone in for teeth cleanings and more! The dental assistants are super gentle and friendly! They truly care about patient knowledge on dental hygiene! The front office ladies are also super helpful! They are kind and will let you know upfront what your copay will be with insurance! I recently got my wisdom teeth extraction and Dr.Niblack and Mrs.Riley were able to answer all my worries and questions before the procedure! They were there every step of the way and reassured me through the process! I am healing up nicely from the procedure! I went to Legacy Dental after hearing good things about them but my experience was far from good. Throughout the process I was not well informed concerning the cost of treatment and what my insurance would cover. I originally went in for a cleaning but they did so many other initial tests and diagnostics that they ran out of time to clean my teeth and had to reschedule. I did have a few cavities that needed to be addressed (definitely not their fault) and they scheduled those. The cost of care was expensive and by the time they finished the fillings they were "unable" to do my cleaning because they had used all of my insurance money and I would have had to pay over $700 just for a cleaning. And that is on top of the nearly $500 I had already paid after insurance. I was very frustrated that my estimate of care didn't even come close to matching what my final bill was nor was I given the option to choose the cleaning over the fillings before my insurance ran out for the year. I won't be returning and I will let my friends and family know that this is not the practice for them if they are looking for affordable care and good communication. read more

I have been in quite a few times now and every time is quick and efficient. They always let you know the cost and which treatment they would recommend doing first if you are unable to do all. They have even had time to do unexpected treatments when they had time to avoid going back. I love the reminder too! Everyone is very kind and amazing! Dr. Whitney Frank and her staff were outstanding. I needed dental clearance before my upcoming knee replacement surgery. COVID-19 had closed the office so when they reopened I was in a time crunch. I required extensive work done before the clearance could be given. They worked with me to get it all done. Not only were they easy to work with but the staff is efficient and friendly. One should be wary of any dental review left online because you can't have the internet clean your teeth for you. You actually have to go to their office, complete paperwork and sit in their chair to figure it out...(big step of faith) There are a dental offices in the area that are offering all sorts of gimmicks ($100 off something, free gas, huge marketing spends, etc.) to earn your business, but will they earn your trust long term? Whitney has earned my trust. Whitney is constantly seeking to improve her office and develop her staff to support the needs of her clients. I like a good teeth cleaning more than most and expressed to her that I needed to have a hygienist that didn't mind getting in there and getting a good scrape going. After all, I am incapable of cleaning my own teeth - every six months should be like a skilled body shop working on a restoration project, get my teeth back to new - right? After a visit and listening to my feedback - she hired a new hygienist that completely exceeded my expectations and earned high marks for cleaning, comfort and the appropriate level of communication. I.e. not asking what I thought about some current event with my mouth full of dental tools. Dr. Frank is the best dentist I have ever gone to. She makes you feel very comfortable and most importantly, she is very thorough and professional. The whole staff is so nice and considerate and Tiffany, the hygienist is VERY good at her job. Dr. Franks also does not charge for kids until they are 4 years old.
