I went to get my teeth cleaned twice at this location. The first time I went in, the hygienist did…read morea fantastic job. Gave me a deep clean and spent nearly 45 min-1hr working on my teeth. Was very happy with the cleaning so I went back. The second time I went in to get my teeth cleaned, it was a newer hygienist and she was not prepared. Spent 10-15 min when I first sat down getting her things together. Then after the Dr checked me out, she spent MAYBE a total of 15 min cleaning my teeth. She had made a comment about how good my teeth look, and I think that therefore meant to her that she didn't need to spend time actually doing a deep clean. Which is absolutely not how that works. If I'm spending $300 out of pocket for you to clean my teeth, you'd better be looking in all the little nooks and crannies. I was in and out of that office in under an hour and was very upset at the cleaning I received. I tried to talk to the front desk about it but they were very uninterested and far from helpful. Basically gave me a, "Oh well. Pay us the $300." Will never return here.

The hygienist, Nikki, was the most sweet and caring person and made my first appointment incredible. She was very kind and explained the entire process to me, what she saw on the monitor, and why the treatment plan was recommended with opportunity for me to change if I wanted to. Dr.Derek was very nice as well and both were sensitive about my oral history as well as genuine with how we will move forward. This office puts every other dentist I've ever had to shame because Dr.C's office has the most competent and knowledgeable crew you will find in Washington. They even have products on hand you can buy like xylitol paste which saves a trip to the store. I'm excited for my next appointment!

I first came to see Dr Mosby needing much work done. After our consult, He said he would do an…read moreextraction on a molar that was giving me a lot of pain from infection and he would fill a couple of cavities, but not until our next visit in a week or 2. For all the rest of the work needing to be done he gave me a referral to an oral surgeon and another referral to a Denture Clinic. I did some research on the places i was referred to and I did not feel comfortable going to the oral surgeon based on the negative reviews about that business. So when I contacted Dr mosby's office again to let them know that I was going to be seeing a different oral surgeon but I would like to still see Dr Mosby for the part that he said he was going to do, the office lady told me i couldn't be seen there because they didn't have time for me now. She told me they hadn't had a vacation for years and they all wanted to go on vacation. So I guess if you want to make your own decisions and find a different person that you didn't get referred to then they will make up excuses and just drop you and leave you hanging.
