I returned the call saying the date was wrong, and that I needed it for pickup on Saturday. No reply. Went to "Let's Throw a Party" Saturday afternoon to pickup up the bouquet and was told by the store clerk who, after checking, that there wasn't a balloon bouquet, and that no message had been left regarding making one. She asked me to wait. I sat in the store 25 minutes, watching customers stand as the ONE clerk tried to help fill customer balloon orders, check people out, all the while the phone was ringing, unanswered. There were at least 10 people in that small store trying to get help. After 25 minutes, the clerk came back and said they were sorry, but couldn't give me a balloon bouquet as they were out of Halloween bouquets. Did I have my receipt for a refund, which, of course, I didn't. By now, it's too late to get another bunch of balloons for this party, I don't have my receipt and I'm not sure why my phone call wasn't returned. I hate to blast a young, new business, but frankly, I would think if you're just starting out, you would be alot more conscientious about making sure you're appropriately staffed, calls are returned to customers, and if it was my error on the date, at least let me know so I have options to go and get balloons somewhere else. As it is, it's too late and I was tasked with something that I'm not able to fulfill. I would never recommend "Let's Throw A Party" to any of my party planning associates . . . nor will I ever depend on their services.

I actually ended up pulling my butt muscle and I'm pretty sure it's because of this floor. I couldn't bowl anymore after the 4th frame because I was in so much pain. Then the guy had to keep going back and resetting the pins because it kept breaking. And the screen on our first lane was broken so the worker had to control it for us. There is also no seating near the lanes so everyone ends up sitting on the counter where the balls are kept. So weird. I would stay far away from this place.
