Shrimps Tacos
Allie D.

Our waitress was so kind, helpful and she hustled; the patio was very nice pretty Mountain View's out the back. They turn out food very quickly and have a fairly large menu. We started with guacamole/salsa, had the fish tacos and blue chip burger. Burger patty fell a little flat, but the bun was good. The shrimp tacos were good. Overall the food could have been more flavorful, and it's a lot of hustle and bustle.

We ate here twice while visiting Zion National Park. The food was amazing. I had the green chilies pork enchiladas for dinner and for lunch the next day, the whoopass burger. Very flavorful burger and the fries were to die for. The servers are excellent and friendly and the food was served up efficiently. You can sit inside or out, inside is a bit echoing but outside is very nice.

Greeted with a smile, left with a wave. Oscar's Cafe is the perfect spot to grab a bite after a long hike in Zion. Luckily, we beat the rush and were seated right away. The service was a little slow, but the place was packed right after we sat down and our waitress was running around. However, the food was good, the beer glasses were huge, and the vibes were fun. While they don't ask how you want your burger cooked, they still came out tasty. They could've been a little juicier, but otherwise, Oscar's Cafe is a prime spot to visit while at Zion.

You will get a delicious meal and get serenaded. We had breakfast here as a group before heading to Zion. This was the BEST breakfast burrito I've ever had. I couldn't finish it all because it was so massive. But it was very delicious & well seasoned. The service was great & fast. Make sure you stop by. You won't be disappointed.

We stopped on a locals recommendation. It was an easy walk from the hotel. We were seated and waited on quickly. The server suggested the ribs and I must say they were tasty. I ordered the 1/2 rack. The sweet potato fries were also good. It was a ton of food! Salad was good except the black olives. Easy enough to pick off. The patio area was nice with heaters and not too loud. It was good and would suggest. Just be mindful the serving sizes are plentiful. Enjoy!

We came here with a large party of 16, on a Sunday morning. We didn't expect to sit together or get sat any time soon. To our surprise the host was able to get us two tables next to each other within 5 minutes! Service was great. The food was exactly what we wanted. Large portions, had a little bit of everything so everyone in our party left full and satisfied. Great spot to check out while visiting Zion!

We went to Oscar's for breakfast, went there first thing before a day of hiking. The ambiance is kitschy with a Southwestern focus on the food. We ordered the green chile horseshoe (eggs, guacamole, green chile, pulled pork over potatoes) and the rise and shine (eggs, meat of choice, potatoes and bread). Both were great!! Service was fast and friendly!!

Service was quick and staff very friendly. Casual ambience that was comfortable and fun! Came on a chilly morning and they had heaters above the tables that made it very nice with the outdoor seating. Hot caramel lattes to start...delicious. Ordered the cakes combo and french toast combo. They were good but nothing special. Came a second time and ordered the Green Chili Horseshoe. That was a huge serving and delicious. The Rocky Mountain omelet was typical. Pro tip, if you stay at Driftwood Lodge or Flannigans, you can buy breakfast vouchers for $8 per person and order any entrée and drink. Great deal!

Wow. I can't recall finding a reasonably priced place in a tourist town that cares so much about value, quality, and service. Enjoyed breakfast one morning - awesome vegetarian breakfast burrito! Stopped in a few nights later and really enjoyed the salmon. House made dill-vinaigrette dressing is dynamite! Quality, quantity, price, service. Owners and management should be proud!

Pork burrito in green chilli sauce - outstanding!

Turned up without a reservation and after hearing about Oscar's from both the Springhill Suites staff and other folks in the town. Clearly I wasn't the only one, the place was packed and I waited ~25 min for a table, which was well managed with a buzzer system. The staff were polite and efficient, clearly serving multiple guests as fast as possible, but it didn't affect how attentive they were. On recommendation I ordered the pork burrito with green chilli sauce, with some guac and chips to start. Enormous, but delicious! Would highly recommend to anyone visiting. Clearly a favourite in the town as the ambience was great, packed with everyone having a good time.

Huevos Rancheros
Laura C.

Stopped in for breakfast before hitting the road for the day, we got seated right away and the staff were very friendly! Little chilly morning but with the heaters in the patio area it kept us nice and toasty. The food was delicious! I got the Huevos Rancheros and it hit the spot! It was filling and had great flavor! The portions are larger so if you like splitting things you definitely could or have it to yourself depending on how hungry! There is also a parking lot across the street that fits a good amount of cars.

Decent place. The salmon platter was tasty. I enjoyed the flavor of the rice, but for some reason the poblano stuffed with mashed potatoes was luke warm. I was told the vegie enchiladas were also good. IMO better to eat outside, the inside bubble is air conditioned and seemed nosier.

The…read morerestaurant has an older bar-style ambiance, which may appeal to some, but the food did not live up to the reviews we had seen. We started with the chips, salsa, and queso. One thing to note is that the chips and salsa are ordered separately, and the queso is an added extra charge on top of that. For our meals, we ordered the special swordfish taco and the carne asada tacos. Both proteins lacked flavor and were heavily covered with pineapple salsa, which overpowered everything else. The tacos themselves were very bland and desperately needed salt. Once we added salt, they became much more enjoyable. The same went for the rice and beans -- both were pretty flavorless until seasoned. The highlight of our experience was Jimenez (Hopefully I'm spelling his name correctly) who did a great job handling a very busy bar section. Service was attentive despite how packed it was, and we appreciated that. Overall, the food just did not meet expectations, especially for the price point. Sadly, Bit & Spur would be a hard pass for us if we return to Springdale.

While the atmosphere and patio are nice, the food was bland overall and not something I'd personally come back for. If you're in the area, there are probably better food options nearby.

We went back again on Wednesday night after our Narrows hike as a little treat before heading home Thursday. It was even busier that night, but the power team of Gabriel, Ethan, and Tristin was on deck. Gabriel and Ethan's hustling orders left and right. Tristin was cleaning, preparing and helping the guys out as much as possible when needed. This trip made everyone feel welcomed while serving drinks to perfection. We had a great time both visits and definitely recommend this place as a perfect nightcap spot. One thing I'll say -- if you go and see it's busy, be patient with these guys. They work really hard to make sure your drinks come out delicious and made right.

It was kind of dry. he ordered some gravy to go on top and our waiter brought him out some and that made all the difference. Could also just be how we're used to eating meatloaf and my husband thinks every meat has to have a sauce. Lol He also got the French onion soup and thought it was absolutely amazing and scarfed down every bite of it. That was recommended to us by the waiter as one of his favorites. I got the filet mignon and chose to top it with truffle butter, I was not disappointed. It was cooked perfectly, nice and lean, and the truffle butter was done just right not over the top, paired perfectly with the steak. I would highly recommend that.
