Went on a day trip from Las Vegas to St George and oh my goodness has this place grown in the last 15 years(it's been that long since I've been back) we used to stop here in St. George for snacks and a quick break to Cedar City. We walked in and immediately greeted by a sweet hostess that seated us pretty quick, waitress then came (also quickly) and gave our drink order and appetizers which we also received quick and much appreciated since we were all starving. We got our food and everything was fresh and tasty and opted for the 3 for me special and both burgers were done perfectly and so juicy and tasty, for the chicken sandwich I was told it wasn't anything special and really not too much flavor, the mozzarella sticks were a hit and that breading and cheese pull?? You can't go wrong ordering them, I only wished I order the 6 piece instead of 3 lol. Visiting a relative who was in the Hospital. With a group who decided to eat here. Service was OK. Food was slow coming to the table. Most of the meals were good, but one came over cooked. In all meals were just ok. Prices seem higher than last time we ate at a Chilis. read more

We came in less than 30 minutes before closing. They seated us like it was any other hour of operation, and the service and food was great. My wife ordered a beer, and even though it was after the cutoff time, our waiter still managed to get her a glass anyway, so appreciated the above and the beyond. I went to Zion on a day trip from Las Vegas and decided to try out the only chilis in St. George for dinner. I got a triple dipper and my girlfriend did the same. We ate our food and felt fine as we were leaving. Then a half hour later we got the most intense stomach pains and had to immediately pull over to the nearest gas station to go to the bathroom. The pains we felt can only be described as those caused by food poisoning. We had terrible discomfort on the rest of the ride home and had to buy medication to feel somewhat better. Came to this Chili's after a 9 hour road trip. My husband literally pulled a Vin Diesel Fast & Furious move into the parking lot and our luggage went launching throughout the back of our car. Waitress was incredibly sweet yet forgot to catch her name. Complimented my shirt...bless her heart. I looked a fright after that 9 hour car ride so the compliment was kind. Food came promptly! I ordered the chicken crispers, son ordered the Secret Sauce burger, and my husband ordered the Bacon Burger. Everything was cooked to perfection. Restaurant looked clean! Just wanna say I love chilis my niece worked here for a bit so we went a lot for Sunday lunch and it was always great but I wanna say somthing before you work here or go. 1 the survive from some servers are amazing but today we got a man named Dean vary tall and big man first things first when asking for a drink he ignored me and started talking about dog training to my husband witch none of us brought up dogs so I don't know why he started talking about it, then second when the girl came out and gave us are drinks he gave her the most nasty look of all time and I found it vary rude especially since she was bringing our drinks for HIS table. So after we got are food he once again brought up dogs witch we did not start and he stayed for 15 minutes and he had other tables to and this frustrated me, when me and my husband go out we go for us time not us and the waiter time. 2 just before you guys let your teenagers work here realize that they don't get breaks and the managers are pretty mean they fired my niece after she did ONE thing wrong (she thought her schedule for Thursday and not Tuesday for her to work) she had no intention of doing a no call no show when she went in to handle it like an adult, they interrupted her and kept on telling her. There's nothing they can do and that it's all her fault which yes she did take accountability, but they also told her that they tried contacting her multiple times. Where do I start?? First of all, I got the three (3) for me and wow such a disappointment!! This Chilis location (with how BUSY it is) I thought I would get the SAME exact experience I typically get. WRONG! Chips and salsa (the chips were SOGGY) and salsa was clumpy and NO salsa juice anywhere to be seen! The smash burger was small and the bun was NOT sesame seed bun The Coke Zero was FLAT! Like the taste of the soup I got as an appetizer! The atmosphere was okay, music was not loud and Ty's were playing (I couple care less about the TV's because of how good I remember their foods were) And had to leave on a sad note. While the food was pretty good, this Chili's seems really understaffed. The poor waitress helping our table seemed to be the only one working our half of the restaurant, so it was hard for her to get orders out quickly, get refills, and fix our on-table billing machine. That said, she looked to be trying really hard to help everyone and had a good attitude, so I don't blame her. But between the kitchen getting an order wrong, my dish coming out 20 minutes after our table's other entrees, and the general slowness of the visit, I can't give more than 2 stars. read more

Disgusting behavior! Several times a month, my family and I come to St. George on our way to Salt Lake. We always stop at Chili's for a rest stop.For the last few weeks, we have watched the behavior of one server named Dean. He is so disrespectful regarding women. When we go to order, my husband will order first and he writes down when I order. He just looks at my husband and says what does she want? Completely disregarding me and our daughters.I started noticing that he treats waiters/waitresses in a very rude way. He ignores them or walks right past the waitresses and other women guests . I also noticed that he is acting aggressively towards the host. Dean is very tall man and the host is a much shorter man. He will lean over this host and degrade him and yell at him. It doesn't matter if there are guests around or not. This behavior is so unacceptable maybe in the 1950s, but not now! Would someone buy him a belt? I don't need to see his butt crack. read more

It is a chain restaurant so I don't expect much from it but the staff really made it 5 stars for this review! Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. We were a big group of 8 people and they were able to put us in 1 big table in a corner to ourselves. They kept checking and making sure we were good. The chips was the bomb. They're like chipotle chips. Very thin and salted. With the salsa, even for leftovers it was very good. The combos of ribs, chicken with cheese & bacon, corn on a stick, fries (BOMB!!! Let me start by saying I absolutely love chilis. It is one of my favorite places today. Today at this location we stopped to eat after a long drive. My first clue should have been the salsa. It was like they ran out and ran to Walmart and got pace picante salsa. I ordered the fajitas, as I always do, and my husband ordered a steak with street corn and loaded potato. They brought my fajitas but no extra plate, none of the sides and no tortillas. Waited at least 10 minutes when the waiter finally came to check on us. I asked for said items and it took another 10 minutes to get them. My chicken was way overcooked and unedible. My husbands potato was ice cold. He asked for A1 for the steak and 10 minutes later they came back to say they were out. Very bad experience. Do yourself a favor and go to Red Lobster next door. read more

I went to chilis on 12/5/24 with my daughter and her boyfriend. There was maybe 10 tables occupied at the time. We were told it was going to be about a 20 minute wait. There was literally no one there. More than half of the tables were empty. We waited 25 minutes to be seated then finally left And went somewhere else. If you cannot accommodate the people that walk through your door then close. make people sit there and wait to be seated at a table when you're not even busy. read more

We went on a Saturday night. We were in town for a cheer competition, as we're about a thousand other people. The restaurant was busy but we got sat after about 45 min. Our server was awesome. She was quick and offered to get the kids order in first. It was so appreciated since the kids were hangry. Their food came out super quick then ours was right behind it. When did they get rid of the Awesome Blossom?? Food was overcooked and service was slow. The fries were cold yet overcooked, and the cheese was crusty instead of melted on top. The tortilla chips were oily and chewy, although the salsa was good. The boneless wings were surprisingly delicious. The waiter never came to check on us and never refilled our water or drinks. He took our order and then we didn't see him until it was time for the check.
