Lash Lounge Legacy is such a beautiful facility in Costa Mesa! It's quaint, clean and they offer snacks, candy and bottled water which is definitely a plus! The most amazing thing is my lash tech Chelsea, who is so good at what she does that I fall asleep every single time I get my lashes done! She has been doing my lashes for a few months now and I'm glad I followed her as a client to this gem of a place because the prices here are WAY more reasonable and I'm willing to drive a little further for quality work and great customer service! First off I would like to thank Winnie for doing my lashes and for giving me a removal Without charge. I had my lashes done somewhere else and I don't want to talk bad about the other place where I got them done. At first they look really good but than they started to itch and it was not comfortable at all. I also notice that they were clumped together as well. I guess one hour for a full set it just to fast for a full set. I found this place on yelp and it had a decent amount of review so I decided to give lashes another try because I didn't want to spend to much money to find a technician that knows what they are doing. I made an appointment three weeks ago with Winnie and they still look like I just got them done yesterday. Winnie really know what she is doing and After my consultation with her, I laid down on the bed that was really comfortable and it had also has a massage option which made the whole service even better. First off I want to say that I am an incredibly picky person when it comes to aesthetics but WINNIE is by far the best person who has ever done my lashes!!! If you tell her what you want she will do exactly that with half the time of any other lash tech I have been to! I will never go to another person ever!! I have been coming to get my lashes done by Chelsea for a long time now. I love everytime I go in because I know how great they will look afterwards. She always takes her time to make them look so beautiful. Chelsea is very sweet and gracious. The salon is so peaceful and relaxing and is located in a non busy area. I so wish I'd had the very same experience as everyone else, but no I didn't. Unfortunately, I have to be brutally honest and I purposely waited more than a week just to be clear. Firstly I made an appointment for lashes and great right, welp I was on time and asked to wait a bit ok fine. I'm patient, however long story short my appointment was for 6:15 I was out of the business until 8:36 to be exact. So it takes 3 hours for lashes. On top of that I wasn't offered a lash brush which is HUGE for after care for lashes. Now its been I'd say two weeks and most of the lashes are gone and that started the morning after. Oddly I have lashes that are flat turned sideways crossed with other lashes. All of this due to not being able to brush them properly. Everything else doesn't matter. I've NEVER gotten lash extensions that took 3 hours nor have I ever been neglected being told about after care but had a sales pitch for a membership. read more

I had a terrible experience with my first set of eyelash extensions from another salon (lots of irritation which led me to pluck out almost all of my already sparse eyelashes) so I was really hesitant to try again, but a friend of mine RAVED about Winnie and followed her to this new salon, which had awesome introductory deals. She really listens to what I want and asks everytime I come in if the volume/weight was good or if we should adjust for the next fill. And she nails it every single time! They text you appointment confirmations and actually respond to your texts, unlike some places that just have a computer generated notification. But soon after I relocate to oc county I wasn't able to find a good and reliable place to continue to have my lashes done so, after many failed attempts I gave up. Then a few months ago a co worker of mind recommend this place after having her own set of lashes put on . It looks so natural and lovely I thought I give it a try .
