I have been a regular client since this salon opening. I came in today for my usual deluxe pedicure and was very disappointed. My whole experience was very rushed (there was only 3 pedicures at this time) it wasn't even busy. I had to ASK for cuticle clean which is included and filing. She barely gave a massage both with legs and hot stones. Did not let polish dry between coats. Came back to put my flip flops on and messed up both toe pinkies polish. She didn't have name tag on and I have never a seen her before. She was wearing a Los Angeles tee shirt on. I don't think I will support this business again. Maybe owner needs to train her employees more. read more

This is my second time coming to this nail salon. I live in California now but come to visit my sister in Lacey. The technicians were lovely and did a wonderful job. They were so friendly and I laughed a few times with them while I were there. It is a lovely studio and an awesome find and will definitely be back every time I visit. read more

The people there are super nice and they recognize you when you come in. I don't typically have to wait as long as I make an appointment and the prices are a little bit more affordable than other places. I've never had any issues with the way my nails turned out there. They do quality work. Super happy and a bonus that it's close to home. I recommend them. read more

I have come to this nail salon for 10+ years. Recently the salon changed ownership. Appointment times are no longer honored. My 1:00 appointment started at 1:55. Manicure and pedicure were rushed and done with very little attention to detail. Finished work was looked horrible. Clientele seated soaking their feet waiting for pedicures were getting up leaving due to inconsiderate wait time. This salon has gone from a relaxing spa experience to a spa nightmare. Terrible job. Had a new set applied. Gaps between my real nail and acrylic on every finger. Was going to go back to fix but think I'll go elsewhere. The acrylic is super thick and I don't see how then can fix the gaps without removing completely. $65.00!!! read more

The staff was friendly but they really lack the skill sets. My daughters pedicure was less than 10 mins. My pedicure was rushed and my feet came out feeling rough on my heels like they didn't scrub well. I paid for the extra packages so I didn't expect it to be less than 20 mins. Almost immediately they made my big toes bleed and they are now swollen and hurting. The paint job on me and my daughter was also bad. Unfortunately since we were soaking in the water for 35/40 mins (longer than the actual pedicure) I was already too frustrated to ask them to fix it. Would not go back here again. read more

I got a regular Manicure no polish just shaping and I guess because I needed to have gel polish taken off it made my regular manicure cost $25 to me that's a lot for not getting much done. read more

Worst ombré design I've ever seen. And worst part is it cost me $55. Didn't cut my cuticles, didn't remove any build up under nails, didn't apply any oil or lotion. Plus, paid for my friends GEL pedicure and big toe polish came off in a day. Clearly wasn't done correctly. read more

My friend and I stopped in here for manicures (we had an appt). They got us right in and we did not have to wait. They allowed us to sit next to each other which was nice since we were getting manicures simply to get away and visit and relax during the hustle and bustle of Christmas season. The gals were very friendly and did exactly what we asked for. Great selection of polishes (gel and normal). Decent prices too. Was here for over 2 hours for a manicure and pedicure. The lady was so rough I kept pulling away. All of my toes have scans from her cutting and a horrible paint job. She was rude and charged $20 for a less then 10 minute manicure that made my hands look even worse then before I went in. I usually don't post bad reviews because everyone has there days but the rudeness and roughness and length of this experience was horrible. I've been to this place plenty of time where they did an amazing job. And I think Kim is also great at nails. But today was not great the lady was in a rush didn't take her time and got gel nail polish stuck to every corner of my nails you could think of. She asked me if I liked them I said no and she laughed and told me to come back in a couple of days and I think she thought I didn't like the color, no I like the color I don't like the way you did my nails. They feel and look lumpy like the nail polish didn't set in correctly. Just a bad experience. read more

Love this salon in terms of the aesthetic and quality of services. It's clean and the techs are kind and do a great job. The one thing that keeps me from going there is the time management. They seem to try and cram in as many people as they can such that even if you make an appointment you might wait 25 minutes to get a seat. If I have lots of time to spare I will definitely go here, but if I am on a tighter schedule, I have to opt for another salon that I know will get me in the chair right away if I make an appointment. read more

Basic pedicure is $25. It includes paraffin wax and leg massage. The spa chairs have been updated and for the first time I actually liked all the options you have. I nearly fell asleep because of the awesome massage chair and how gentle the lady who gave my pedi was. She really paid great attention to detail. I was very pleased with my visit today. She I walked in unnoticed how nice and well kept the salon is. I was greeted in a friendly manner and given a fairly accurate wait time. The lady who did my fill was very professional and sweet. She took her time and did an excellent job even though the salon was very busy. The atmosphere here had really changed. The person I normally see would only see me after work and not fri,sat, or Sun. And I could only make my appt with her by texting her cell. She'd scold me for waiting a long time to get my nails done saying that her customers come in every two weeks. I'm a single mom, full time job and don't like leaving my kids with someone longer than I have to. Also, my nails are real so I can a bit longer in between visits. My last visit was it, she hardly spoke to me, cut my finger which got infected because she was too busy talking with a co worker and not paying attention. Sad. read more

This is definitely the worst pedicure my wife and I have ever had:( My wife's feet are in the worse shape they have ever been after a pedicure- bottom of feet dried out and scaling horribly. My 3rd toe from the left on my left foot hurts as well? The lady was rough and I just dealt with it- obviously she dug or cut to much toe nail off- fine in my flip flops but when I put my work boots on it definitely hurts- Also we called and they billed us for the most expensive pedicure which we did not receive:( We tried to help out a local business. In the past, I have noticed the sterilizer bags, not changing the proper colors in the corners prior to client use. This is worrisome because these chemical indicators help assure instruments are safe to use. I figured they must sterilize them and then place the instruments in pouches. Well I got a pretty gnarly infection from my last pedicure. I am unsure of their infection control procedures and its effectiveness. I would recommend another spa. Went into the salon yesterday about 3:00 the place looked very nice asked for a pedicure and got into a chair very quick but unfortunately didn't have a great experience first off the older lady was nice but was coughing into her hair not just once but couple times as if she was getting over a cold and then would just continue as if she didn't just do that in front of me then when I was the tools at this point I really wanted to get up and leave not sanitary at all but I didn't want to make a scene as there were couple people in there but I was shock I was happy that for 25 bucks they do they paraffin but lady kept asking me 5 more dollars sea salt scrub which everywhere else 20 dollars it's included usually I didn't like how it felt rushed as there was no one behind me but honestly I couldn't wait to get out of there either I definitely won't be coming back to this salon read more

Out of the near by nail spots this places is my favorite! The pedicure I received was long and glorious. Not once did I feel like my nail tech was rushing to get me out of the chair. I used to go here frequently but the lady I loved left. I tried to go back and the owner did my nails. She kept talking me out of what I wanted, she seemed to be in a hurry. My nails were so thick and sloppy I had to go elsewhere to have them fixed. Unless they know u it doesn't seem like they are willing to do the bare minimum. Definitely wouldn't recommend. The most unprofessional nail place ever. Took my 10 year niece here for her part of her birthday present. The nail lady that worked on her nails was cold, rude, and short with here making her manicure experience very disappointing. Then she sliced a huge cut in her cuticle that kept bleeding the whole time. My niece ask for a chevron design and the lady produced some mess of unconnected sloppy half painted lines. My niece cried as soon as we got in the car because her nails looked so bad and her finger was hurting from the cuticle slice. Horrible horrible place!!! All I can say is their tools better be properly cleaned because if she gets an infection in her nail bed they will be hearing about it. read more

I really enjoy how long my gel manicures last! Although I wouldn't recommend the black. Every other color has lasted a long time however that one faded quickly. I rate a three because I feel like I can only go there for solid colors. I've asked for designs before & they weren't able to do them. Love how each pedicure comes with a paraffin wax & this place seems very clean compared to other places. read more
