Terrible customer service. The dentist didn't wear gloves. Inappropriately kissed my daughter on the head. I could not give a lower rating.

Sad to leave this place, but big families beware - they have changed office policy for no given reason, making it impossible to schedule appointments for multiple siblings on a given day. They wanted me to come three days a week in order to have my children's teeth cleaned, and could not explain why they were unwilling even to schedule tapered appointments (10, 10:30, 11)...this was after calling me back in the office to compliment me on how extremely well behaved and delightful my children were at their appointment, so it certainly has nothing to do with behavioral issues! Sad to see prejudice against larger families and office policies instated without logic. They've made scheduling ridiculously difficult and unaccommodating, and have lost five good patients as a result. read more

Disappointed and offended with the absolute unprofessionalism of the doctor and wish I would have read reviews before scheduling. Unprofessional doctor. We brought our son here for his first appointment. We just wanted an initial cleaning and exam. I told them we didn't want to do the fluoride rinse or any other add-ons at this time. The doctor immediately said "oh you must be with Kennedy" and was so disrespectful the rest of the appointment. We just wanted a simple initial cleaning for his first appointment and we mentioned nothing about our political views?! Though, that does make me question the motives of their practice. Unfortunate circumstance. We will not be back and will not be recommending this office. Not sure if the staff has changed but they schedule your appointment and then call you to reschedule bc they have sooner availability. Then they call back to reschedule again bc error on their part (office closing early) but will not give you back your original date so therefore having to schedule again. This is the 3rd time this has happened to us and that's a strike out for me. Very unprofessional in my opinion. Front office staff is rude and not considerate. Guessing some patients are favored. WARNING: DO NOT take them up on rescheduling or you will be left with rescheduling. read more

Dr. Finkelman at Imagix Dental is hands down the most gentle and caring dentist I've ever taken my kids to. She has such a calm and friendly approach that even my very scared child felt at ease in her chair. Her staff is equally amazing, outgoing, happy, and incredibly kind. I was really excited about making this my son's dentist after doing a ton of research and reading a lot of reviews. I should have placed more weight on the newest reviews about the front office issues, however, as I never actually got to even bring my son because I couldn't get past the front desk. After 4 different phone calls for various reasons (one of them was my fault I will say) I just had them cancel the appointment so I can find a place more aligned with patient care being a priority over insurance coverage. I get it, you gotta get paid but again.. just not my kind of place if I can't even get my son through the doors first. Disappointed. read more

I am so upset with this location and yet my son hasn't even been seen by the dentist. I called in October 2024 to set up an appointment for my 7 year old and they told me that their first available appointment is in March 2025. During the appointment set up, no one told me that I needed a referral from another dentist office for my son to be seen there. They had months but months to call me to tell me that I needed a referral. My son original appointment was March 28 and they called me the day before telling me that the dentist that is supposed to see my son is not part of my network. So it was rescheduled for tomorrow which is April 2nd. Now I get a call me today, the day before my son appointment after 5 to let me know I need a referral. Then why is this location a pediatric dentist since my son is just 7, which falls under the category of a pediatric dentistry. All this could have been avoided and my son could have been seen by another dental office maybe in November, December or even January. Are they going to pay me for the time I am taking off from my job since I requested the time way in advanced, of course not. If you decide to go to this location make sure you have a list of questions and make sure you have everything you need so there is no issues because you will have to cancel your appointment that you set up months in advance. The lady who called me continue saying, "I understand your frustration." Obviously not since you decided to call the day before after 5 to let me know I NEEDED A FREAKING REFERRAL. read more

My girls' appointments were 10 minutes, yet somehow cost an arm and a leg- beyond what the highest possible dental insurance offered to teachers (good plans). I called to ask why they X-ray every 6 months when they've never had a cavity and they brush/floss/rinse every day, and I was told it's "standard practice"- even though the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry says only 6 months for high-risk children. So why do they X-ray every 6 months? To make money. I called and spoke to multiple others in the office who said it was an error and they'd make a note and leave a note for the office manager to call me if there were any issues getting rid of the balance. I never heard back, so I thought it was fine. Then I get a "final notice" in the mail. I call again and get the office manager this time. She insists that this is what they always do. Okay, so since you just want to make money, we'll go somewhere else. It's not like they have to work hard on my kids' mouths, but I take pride in keeping their appointments current. I've also had issues of them calling and leaving a voicemail that they've rescheduled my appointment, then tried charging me a no-show fee when THEY moved it. It's a hot mess, y'all. This was my daughters first dental appointment . She is 2 years and 8 months . It was wonderful ! Her dentist is Dr. Milky and she was absolutely great and we look forward to her second visit in September ! I highly recommend this practice for children . They handled my daughters resistance to the dental work very very well . Also the facility itself Is nice and they have a wonderful room for the kids that's comfortable and playing Disney movies . read more

I do not recommend Legacy pediatric dentistry. I wish I would have checked their reviews for this place on Yelp before I brought my son here 2 years ago. First off let me state that we are very diligent about dental hygiene. My son only drinks water, no juice or soda and we brush his teeth twice a day and floss daily and do a flouride rinse at bedtime. They told me my 5 year old son had 6 and possibly 7 cavities...They did not want to do any fillings but wanted to put stainless steel crowns on all of them!! Do they not care anything about what that would look like?! I asked about fillings but they said fillings fall out too often and refused. They wanted me to schedule treatment right away and I told them I wanted to check out my options first. They told me they would have the other dentist call me to explain why they only wanted to do crowns but I never heard anything from them. A friend recommended Rossitch pediatric dentistry so I took my son there. Let me just say, Rossitch pediatric dentistry is amazing!! The staff are so incredibly friendly and really put my son at ease. They looked over his X-rays and only saw 3 cavities. And they said filling them would not be an issue. My son and I both left with smiles on our faces I highly recommend NOT taking your children to Legacy Pediatric dentistry but taking them to Rossitch Pediatric dentistry instead. You will not be disappointed! read more

My son's beautiful smile was ruined by Legacy. They lied to me twice on what they were doing to my child's teeth. The initial consult had no mention of a crown, only fillings, in which one would have to be stainless. I asked if it was the back tooth, and was told it was. When I brought my son in for his fillings, they said one was a crown, and again I wanted to make sure it was a back tooth- nothing anyone could see when my son smiled. Again, I was told it was. Aaaaaand, it wasn't. Now my son has this trashy silver tooth everyone can see when he smiles. I was never given the chance to protect my son's smile. Seems a little backwards to walk out of a dentist with a LESS attractive smile. I brought this issue up to a staff member, and received lip service, and nothing more. If you do use Legacy, please triple ask everything, because asking twice to be sure clearly isn't enough. read more

My son absolutely loves Dr. Soh, Dr. Millkey and Joanna!!!!!! Why would you want to go anywhere else where your child doesn't feel comfortable? Being a parent and being able to come to an office as nice as this one is wonderful! Angel, Vanessa, Tara and Sabrina make such a great team! I'm a single mom on Medicaid so obviously any sort of appointment for my child is assumed to be a nightmare. But this place did amazingly! They have a little kids' waiting area that was perfect to keep my two year old entertained while I filled out paperwork, the hygienist let my daughter feel the cleaning tool on her finger before putting it near her mouth, let her smell the cleaning paste stuff, took her time talking/playing with my child so I could finish paperwork. The dentist even sang songs with her while he looked at her teeth! At the end of it all she earned a new rubber ducky and a toothbrush, and we were in and out in less than 30 minutes- for a new patient appointment! I couldn't be more pleased with the service we got and the time that was spent making sure my daughter was comfortable through it all. read more

My son had his 6 month appointment in March or early April. My husband had just gone to a new company to work and was put on the plan, but we would not receive the cards in time for the appointment. I did not want that to interfere with a smooth appointment, so I postponed it. We rescheduled for yesterday, April 24, 2019. I got in the office and presented the new card, only to be told that it needed to be presented 48 hours prior, for them to accept it. I don't remember being told this. I was told I need to pay out of pocket. I declined. I then decided, I wanted my son to be seen, so I called my insurance company to find out what are the steps for reimbursement. I told the rep why I need to pay out of pocket, and she said she had never heard that reason. She said the office only had to call them to verify. I have never heard that reason either, after being to many dentists, doctors and specialist over the years. I ended up not getting the information, because I no longer wanted to pay out of pocket. The whole thing became too much, and I felt like I was begging to receive the service, even though I am fully insured. It is an inconvenience to have to find another practice, but there are many other family/pediatric dentists who will welcome us. The lady at the front did not seem to care much about my frustration. She told me it was their policy, and it applies to everyone, not just to me. I understand this, but she showed no interest in helping me. Her nonchalance is one of the things that bothered me the most. Her attitude was that of 'take it, or leave it'. I decided to 'leave it'. After looking at all the reviews, I don't understand why I experienced this problem. Maybe this is a new policy. Maybe others have had this problem, but had it dealt with more favorably; I don't know. This was my second scheduled visit, and I did not want to make a third. I've decided to find another dentist. I know this is a successful practice, and they can do without my business. I only wanted to share my experience, so that others can see. read more

While the doctor was good and seemed knowledgeable, I cannot trust any place that attempts to see my children without parents present. I was highly offended that a medical office would try to see my 5 and 7 year old daughters and leave me in the waiting room. I was also offended at the attitude I got when I told them there was no way my MINOR children would be seen without me in the room. read more

I don't know if this place has changed ownership, but having a corporate feeling is not what I was going for. I am owed $137 dollars and was promised a 50% refund because I had to come up to the practice on 3 occasions, that should have only been one, due to improper handling of a device she had for thumb sucking, miscommunication, etc. It has been months, and no one knows what is going on or when I will get my money back. It is sad when even management tells you they don't what what else to tell you to do when you tell them you will be writing a bad review and admit they have no answers. I was told I would receive it, a month passed... nothing. I was told it was shipped, 3 weeks passed... still nothing. Now no one has answers and the people at the local office even admit that THEY can't even get in touch with their main office in another state. They also tend to be way overbooked and you rarely get seen near the time you are promised. This business needs to get it together! read more

Dr. Conti has always been more than accomodating for me and my friends that are also patients. One example I can recall was a time Iwhen I was the very last appointment of the day and was running 15 minutes late. I called to inform the front desk I was running late and even though I showed up after hours, Dr. Conti was very kind and patient and did her job like she would any other time of the day. Whereas, I have been to other doctors who have asked me to reschedule when I called in late as the last appointment. The staff is extremely friendly, and always have a smile when they greet me. I have enjoyed every visit and look forward to going back to Dr. Conti to finish my treatment to getting a perfect smile! read more

I was super impressed! I have a 6 year old that has always been terrified of the dentist, but Dr. Millkey was AMAZING and made her feel such at ease. Everyone from xrays to hygienists made her feel so comfortable. We even had to have fillings done on her and that process I was super worried how she would do, but they made her feel like a rockstar and even called her the "best patient of the day" (which she still brags about). We had a wonderful experience with this office. I have a child who has an awful phobia of dental work and we were referred out due to her anxiety. This office came highly recommended so we called and they worked us right in that same day! My daughter went right back with them and they were so patient with her. They allowed me to come back and get her settled before they started the work. Dr. Milkey was so very patient with us. They have an amazing bedside manner! She had a very deep cavity and they took care of it. I peeked back one time and she was even cutting up with the dentist and her assistant and smiling! This was a miraculous change after what all we have been through. We were only supposed to visit them about the pulp cap (I believe it is called) that we were referred out for but we were so happy we decided to finish treatment and switch to them as our dentist. This mama will rest easy tonight knowing her baby's tooth is fixed and she has a good dentist to take her to. THANKS SO MUCH to all the staff for taking care of my girl and God bless!!!!! read more

We highly recommend Legacy Orthodontics! Dr. Amanda Conti is very kind and caring. She is extremely professional and very good with children. She always does detailed exams and explains information in a way that children are motivated to take better care of their teeth. Dr. Conti & her clinical staff go above and beyond to answer any questions too. Our young daughters have been going to Legacy Orthodontics for several years and they look forward to their appointments as their staff is very kind and considerate. The office is very clean, cheerful and has a fun, clean playroom for children to play(check out their photos above!). Rarely have we ever had to wait for an appt., and if we have in the past, their staff communicates to us as they are very respectful of our time. No matter how busy, the front office is always cheerful as well and go out of their way to answer any questions regarding appointments and insurance. We highly recommend Legacy Orthodontics! read more
